Unable to install WSUS role

Question

Hi, I'm trying to install WSUS for SCCM purposes for SUP role. Here are the steps I did:
1. Install SQL Server 2012 with instancename: SCCM
2. Installed Configuration Manager 2012 R2
3. Trying to install WSUS but it always says that it requires a restart.
Tried to restart the server but same results. In installing the WSUS, I followed based on this instructions:

Is there something I'm missing in this?

Sorry for the late feedback, here's my situation right now.
At first I was having issues adding WSUS role in my machine, so what I did, knowing I might did something wrong, I format the whole server and reinstall the whole thing and here's my procedure.
1. Install OS: Windows Server 2012 R2
2. Perform WIndows Updates
3. Install SQL Server 2012
4. Install SCCM 2012 R2
When I tried to add the role WSUS again, it gave me the same error eventhough I already added the MSSQL$WID## credential into the "Log on as a service" BUT BUT here's the difference, inspite seeing this error message saying it requires a restart,
checked the WSUS services and it was disabled, tried to manually enabled it and start the service, I can see the WSUS inside tools and when I clicked it, it run the WSUS setup wizard and I was able to finish the setup wizard. It also showed me the WSUS GUI/Window.
Here's the weird stuff. Although it did setup the WSUS, since there's a pending restart from the adding of WSUS role, I tried to restart the server and after the restart, the role is gone again, as in the WSUS role is not on the tools, WSUS service is not
located under services anymore. So when I click on add roles again, it is not checked again for WSUS.
