Unable to Integrate UCCX 9 with SocialMiner 9

Hi All,
I am unable to integrate the UCCX with the SocialMiner as the error message is "Unable to communicate to the SocialMiner on the IP address(Hostname) provided. Please verify whether SocialMiner is running on this IP address(Hostname) or check the network connection and make sure that SocialMiner is reachable from CCX".
As the SocialMiner is running on this IP. Please guide me.

Hi All,
After doing the latest patch for the SocialMiner i have integrated the UCCX 9 with the SocialMiner 9 now i am able able to Pull the agents from the Active Directory to the SocialMiner Please guide me that how to rectify this issue, looking forward to hear from you.

Unable to integrate CQ5.4 with SiteCatalyst

Hi,
I am a newbie to the Adobe Marketing Cloud and am trying to setup/test the connection between CQ5.4 and SiteCatalyst. I am following the documentation on http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/administering/integrating_with_omniture/sitecatalyst .html and am not able to cross step number 1 of the integration.
I've looged in to the Cloud Services section and am not able to authenticate the user. We have created a new test user on our Site Catalyst account and can confirm that this user has the Web Service Access priviledge. I am still not able to authenticate the user and constantly get the error " We were unable to login to Site Catalyst. Please check your credentials and try again".
I've confirmed that the credentials are correct and can log in to Site Catalyst UI directly with them. Any pointers on how I can get rid of this error ?

I've checked with our admin for Site Catalyst and the token count used is showing as 0. Here's a screenshot

Thanks for your reply. My .jsp files where working just fine before I changed the layout of the output. Even making changes to a simple file that contains: <% out.println("Welcome to the jsp page!"); %> to the following: <% out.println("Welcome to the jsp page! Today is the day!"); %> does not work. I have cleared the browser by deleting all cookies, temp files, history, etc. The changes to my file are not being compiled. I thought that in JSP 2.0 changes to your files where compiled automatically. Am I missing something? Please help!

Integrate UCCX with a second CME

Hi all, I want to integrate UCCX 8.0 with the second CME... CME1 and CME2 are using H323 between them... calls inside and outside between them work fine, but I want to setup the UCCX in CME2... I have an IVR prompt when calling from PSTN on CME1 and a support hunt group with 7 agents.. i have something like this:
                                       ----- CME2
PSTN ---- CME1 ---- LAN   |
                                       ----- UCCX
Can I leave the IVR prompt on CME1, transfer the call (from PSTN) to CME2 where I want to move the agents to and that the UCCX application gets triggered once it gets the call? UCCX is setup to work with CME2.

You actually have several options. One would be to use a wired Gateway with a built-in Ethernet switch, like the Linksys BEFSR81. Connect this to your modem and run Ethernet cables from the router's LAN ports to your Ethernet distribution hub in the basement. From there you could connect a number of Wireless Access Points (WAP) at different locations in the house where you would require wireless Internet access.
In the above scenario, you may be able to substitute your "old router" for the Linksys, and your AirPort Extreme Base Station (AEBS) for one of the WAPs. Regardless of the equipment you end up using, the device connected to the modem should have both NAT & DHCP services enabled and, if you use the AEBS as the WAP, it should be reconfigured as a bridge.

LabVIEW 2014 should be compatible with the 9068 and the cRIO 2.1 drivers. I verified it should work as expected earlier today. Please make sure you are using the example cRIO PN-IO Device when you are moving the module over to the new target. If you are already accessing that, please navigate to this folder:
<Program Files>\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2014\Targets\NI\FPGA\cRIO\other
Please let me know if you see a CS_cRIO-PNAD folder. This folder provides all the files necessary to discover and use the module in the project. If we do not have that folder there, we will be unable to locate the module. If that is indeed the case, then it may be the driver did not install correctly.
If after finding this folder and it is still not working, please send me screenshots of the error that you are seeing and a MAX Technical Report. Thanks!

UCCX integration with Service Now

Has anyone ever integrated Cisco UCCX 8.5 with a ticketing system called Service Now (http://www.servicenow.com/)
I have a customer who is now using this system and would like to integrate UCCX 8.5 for screen pops etc.

Unable to integrate file server into KM......

Hello all,
I have performed all the steps required to integrate file server with portal(EP6 SP9-cluster installation) on UNIX.
Under component monitor->repository managers->file server's name I'm unable to see mountinfo running.
As specified by SAP, "File System Mount Service" gets started automatically.
Can anybody help me out with this.

Tried both of your suggestions, however neither strategy worked.
Strategy 1
Tried installing via powershell - "install-windowsfeature -name fs-resource-manager -includemanagementtools"
Feature un-installed itself during the restart.
Attempted to use the command "DISM /online /remove-feature /featurename:FSRM-Infrastructure-Services". However
this did work because one the Service was'nt installed or two because there was no command option for "/remove-feature"
PACKAGE SERVICING COMMANDS:
/Add-Package - Adds packages to the image.
/Remove-Package - Removes packages from the image.
/Enable-Feature - Enables a specific feature in the image.
/Disable-Feature - Disables a specific feature in the image.
/Get-Packages - Displays information about all packages in the image.
/Get-PackageInfo - Displays information about a specific package.
/Get-Features - Displays information about all features in a package.
/Get-FeatureInfo - Displays information about a specific feature.
/Cleanup-Image - Performs cleanup and recovery operations on the image.
Strategy 2

Integrating multiple UCCX clusters with same Call Manager Cluster

I want to know if I can integrate multiple UCCX clusters with 1 Call Manager cluster? If yes, can someone please point me to the documentation.

Yes, you can. I'm not aware of specific documentation for this, but a couple of notes:
- Make sure you use unique resource accounts (e.g. JT user in particular as that is automatically managed by UCCX and one cluster WILL break the other)
- I would also use unique AXL accounts and probably RM accounts. RM you could share between clusters to just have one RM account to associate any agent phone to, but it's safer to have single-purpose service accounts.
- You can't assign a user to a particular cluster - so you enable IPCC Extension on one user, they appear in 'resources' on both UCCX servers.

What kind of integration you're looking for? If it's just HTTP get/post then it can be done directly through the Desktop Admin Workflow. Otherwise, a tighter integration is required.

Is it possible to integrate LSO 600 with an external system without SAP PI?

as asked in the title, i am wondering if it is possible to integrate LSO 600 with an external (non-SAP) system without using SAP PI/XI. The external system is a middleware application which can handle RFC functions, IDocs besides the usual web service communications.
However, i don't know how LSO and SAP PI are integrated so i wonder if their interfaces are such that instead of SAP PI another middleware could be used.

Web Services are used. If you were to implement the services in your 3rd party middleware and configure SAP to call it, I suppose it is possible. The external course catalog can be used for CourseEnrollment and LearningProgress. See the application help for details. Don't expect to receive support from SAP with such a setup however.

On my imac, All of a sudden I am unable to send original emails with any attachments. I can attach the file but when I try to send it, it won't send. Also, if I am emailing back and forth as it gets longer, it no longer transmits

Are any of your other applications going wonky, or is it just Logic?
I'm afraid I've never heard of this particular problem before, but if it were happening to me the first thing I would do is delete my "com.apple.logic.express.plist" file in Library>Preferences, then repair permissions in Disc Utility, and finally restart my computer. Then I would launch Logic and see if the problem has been corrected. It's amazing how much these two steps can accomplish.
If that doesn't resolve the issue I would launch Logic and go to Preferences>Audio Units Manager to see if all my plug-ins are properly validated.
