Unable to load broadcast setting in Production system
Hi,
I have transported a broadcast setting from DEV to PRD system. When I select the web template for which this broadcast setting has been created, I am able to see the setting in PRD, but when I try to edit the setting, I get a message that it cannot be loaded. There is nothing more in the message to help in identifying the problem.
Thanks.
Hi Sanjeev,
Check transaction SU53 for authorization errors.
Also check ST22 for a dump. Or SLG1.
Looks like an authorization issue...
Hope this helps.

Why am I seeing this message when I try to access my Creative Cloud account:
'We are unable to load all your plans & products. Please try again.'
I want to see which products are included with my CC subscription - e.g. do I have a Prosite portfolio website or would I need to pay for an additional subscription?
Is this a temporary site issue or an on-going problem? Please refer here with information https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1499014

"We are unable to load all your plans & products"
In Manage Accounts, instead of a list of products (I'm a Creative Crowd member) I always get the error message: "We are unable to load all your plans & products. Please try again.” Does that mean I'm not properly registered and won't get updates etc?

We are unable to load all your plans & products. Please try again.
I'm trying to change the billing information for my account but no matter which browser I log in with, I get the following message in my OVERVIEW tab, under Plans & Products:
We are unable to load all your plans & products. Please try again.
Even if I click the View All button I get the same message in the Plans section. This is driving me insane.Hi there,
Sorry for the frustrating experience.
Could you try a new browser or clear the cache/cookie of the browser your are using and then try.
You may also reach out Contact Customer Care to change the billing information.

Hi Supports,
I am using sapinst homogeneous system copy in Linux on sybase.
I stuck on the the step 27/49 "create Database".
I checked Firewall is off.
i got points in my sapinst_dev.log that "
1)The log segment in the target database 'SID' is too small (9216 MB) to accommodate the log segment from the dumped database (10240 MB)"
and
2)"Can't change the owner of the master, model, tempdb or sybsystemprocs database"
Do i need to increase "sybase/SID/saplog_1" ? because my "saplog_1" is 49 mb now.
if it is ! how do i increase in this stage.
can any one know about this error???
Thanks,
Aziz.Hi,
When i seen SID.log file so its showing deadlock and checkpoint occurring,
Is any solution ???
Is this because of networks?
we had 2 servers on this same IP. but i stopped one server and one is still running.
please find my SID.log file and revert back if any soltion.

Hi guys,
I am working from a Mac and and I recently changed my credit card to pay for my membership and was told that none of my products or plans are able to be loaded.
I did have two accounts, however one was a trial membership and one was a paid membership which is the one in question.
I would love to speak to someone at adobe but as usual there is NOBODY TO SPEAK TO and I am being sent around the same loop with troubleshooting solutions that do not help with my issue!!!! HUGELY FRUSTRATING!!!
Can someone please help me as I have a deadline in a few days and a lot needs to be done in a short period of time.
Thanks you! This is an open forum, not Adobe support... you need Adobe staff support to help

I've just signed up with CC on my Win PC 7/64bit and when I log on to my Adobe account I get this error message, "We are unable to load all your plans & products. Please try again.
Just below it I get the correct: Creative Cloud Membership/One Year
Any way to solve this error message?Thank you for your reply. I appreciate the generic list of hardware/software/browser problems, but that's a lot to go through for what seems to be a simple problem. Not all of the info listed in your link applies to my problem, so I will provide only the info that is relevent.
1. See attached photo of Error message found in Chrome Browser.
2. I do not get the error using the FireFox browser.
3. My hardware works with CC because I previously had a Cloud account for one year and all the software downloaded and worked perfectly.
4. My system is Windows 7, 64bit with 12GB of Ram Memory. I have plenty of space on my 1TB C drive
5. I am able to download CC software, but now when I open up an application (Premiere Pro, to be precise) it says it cannot verify my account.
6. It appears that the issue isn't my hardware or operating system, but a problem with my online Adobe account which is paid for and listed (as you can see in the screenshot).
Can you help solve the problem? -
Hi There:
When I try to connect to the Oracle 8i via this applet , I get the following run time error.
Any help will be appreciated.
I am using j2sdkee1.3.1, jdk1.3.1_02 and Oracle8.
I also need your suggestion please. I have inserted some BLOB data in the Oracle table. I will need to display the BLOB data to the end users. I plan to convert this BLOB data into string format so that my applet can display the same. Further the string will have to be edited by the end users. I will then convert this modified string back to byte array so that I can insert the same as BLOB.
Please let me know applet or the servlet? Which is better option.
Users are reluctant to use any kind of WebServer because it will introduce the additional layer of complexity.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

IDOCs error in Production System
Hi Gurus,
In Production system, there is a CRM oppertunities process chain is running on hourly basis, the data was updated to DSO successfully, but for the past one week it was not updating to further processing InfoCube, there is an error.
error: Idoc Ready to be transferred to application.
Please update me step by step procedure.
ThanksHi,
Check the DataSource in RSA3, if it is working fine and able to see the data in RSA3, there is no problem in DS level, then checl the Mappings and any routines in BW for that DS, if this is also fine then check the below options.
See Dumps in ST22, SM21 also.
Check RFC Connection between ECC and BW systems, i.e. RSA1-->Source System->Right Click on Source system and Check.
You must have the following profiles to BWREMOTE or ALEREMOTE users. So add it. Bcoz either of these two users will use in background to get extract the data from ECC, so add these profiels in BW.
S_BI-WHM_RFC, S_BI-WHM_SPC, S_BI-WX_RFC
And also check the following things.
1.Connections from BW to ECC and ECC to BW in SM59
2.Check Port,Partner Profiles,and Message Types in WE20 in ECC & BW.
3.Check Dumps in ST22, and SM21.
4.If Idocs are stuck i.e see the OLTP Idoc numbers in RSMO Screen in (BW) detials tab see in bottom, you can see OLTP Idoc number and take the Idoc numbers and then goto to ECC see the status in WE05 or WE02, if error then check the log else goto to BD87 in ECC and give the Idoc numbers and execute manually and see in RSMO and refresh.
5.Check the LUWs struck in SM58,User Name = * (star) and run it and see Strucked LUWs and select our LUW and execute manually and see in RSMO in BW.
See in SDN

Log frequence for productive system
Hello!
We use SAP DB (version 7.7) and use auto log function.
We configured the redo log frequence so, that every 10 minutes a new redolog will be written to hardware drive.
Question:
How does this setting (log frequence of 10 minutes) affect the performance of the SAP system?
And which setting (every 10, 20, 30 minutes) should be set for productive system?
kind regards> My question is about the log settings. Untill today the redo logs were written to the drive, when the max. size of redo log (appr. 1 GB) has been reached.
> Now I changed this settng, so I have every 10 minutes a new redolog file on the hardware drive.
So again my question: Why did you change that? What was the reason to do so?
> The questions:
> Does this frequence (10 minutes) affect the performance of the server (network, SAP system, DB)?
The default max time between database savepoints is 600 seconds - so 10 minutes.
> What is the recommended setting to redolog setting for productive systems?
There is no recommended setting for that, it all depends on what you are trying do. If you want e. g. a shadow database running "after" the production database for 10 minutes, then you use that 10 minutes setup. If you want an hour you configure an hour etc.
It's all based on your setup and what you want to do.

Why is it that when I am trying to install an adobe product, I get 33% of the way through and then it gives me an error "unable to load metafile"?? It happened with Reader and now with Flash player. With the Reader, I was able to find a different installation link using the troubleshooting guide. I cannot find the same with flash player. Please tell me how to install Flash player because there is a website that I cannot even view without it. BTW That is annoying that I cannot even see the website without flash player
my system is XPUse these installers:
Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
Flash Player for Mac OS X
