Unable to load entities into Planning using OutlineLoad utitlity

Good day all,
One of our Planning admins needs us to load some new entities for her. We've done this off and on with her Planning app for the last year without a problem. However, over the last couple of days we have not been able to load her latest metadata. She's massaged the load file almost half a dozen times and we get the same error message every time. If anyone has any ideas what it does not like about the header values, I would very much appreciate any feedback.
We are currently running EPM Planning 11.1.1.3.04

  • Unable to load data into Planning cube

    Hi,
I am trying to load data into a planning cube using a DTP.
But the system throws a message saying that, real time data loading cannot be performed to the planning cube.
What would be the possible reason for the same?
    Thanks & Regards,
    Surjit P

    Hi Surjit,
To load data into cube using DTP, it should be put in loading mode only.
The real time cube behaviour is set to planning mode only when the data is input to the cube via the planning layouts / or through the Fileupload program.
You can change the behaviour of the cube in RSA1 -> Right click on the cube -> Change Real-time load behaviour and select the first option(real time cube can be loaded with data; planning not allowed)
    Best Rgds

Are you sure that you haven't got Planning 11.1.2.3.500 in your environment? This sounds spookily similar to the issue described in note 1678759.1 which was seen after applying Planning 11.1.2.3.500. If it's definitely Planning 11.1.2.3.500 is there any chance that someone has applied ODI patch 18687916 to the ODI home (C:\Oracle\Middleware\odi)?
If you /*are*/ running Planning 11.1.2.3.500 then you might need to apply patch 18687916 to C:\Oracle\Middleware\odi - you might need note 1683307.1 to take some of the pain out of applying this patch though.
Given the error that you're seeing though there's a mismatch in versions of JAR files between ODI and the Planning server somewhere.
    Regards
    Craig

  • Can FDM be used to load Metadat into Planning 9 and 11

    Hi John,
Can we use FDM to load Metadata into Planning versions 9 and 11.
    Looking forward for your response
    Thanks,
    Sravan

Not that I am aware of, you can use it to load data into planning essbase database.
You may read about FDM loading metadata in version 11 but this is using the ERP integrator which sits on top of ODI.
    Cheers

  • PC/Win 64bit/Creative Cloud " We are unable to load all your plans. Please try again" error message

I've just signed up with CC on my Win PC 7/64bit and when I log on to my Adobe account I get this error message, "We are unable to load all your plans & products. Please try again.
Just below it I get the correct:  Creative Cloud Membership/One Year
Any way to solve this error message?

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate the generic list of hardware/software/browser problems, but that's a lot to go through for what seems to be a simple problem. Not all of the info listed in your link applies to my problem, so I will provide only the info that is relevent.
    1. See attached photo of Error message found in Chrome Browser.
    2. I do not get the error using the FireFox browser.
    3. My hardware works with CC because I previously had a Cloud account for one year and all the software downloaded and worked perfectly.
    4. My system is Windows 7, 64bit with 12GB of Ram Memory. I have plenty of space on my 1TB C drive
    5. I am able to download CC software, but now when I open up an application (Premiere Pro, to be precise) it says it cannot verify my account.
    6. It appears that the issue isn't my hardware or operating system, but a problem with my online Adobe account which is paid for and listed (as you can see in the screenshot).
Can you help solve the problem?

I'm trying to change the billing information for my account but no matter which browser I log in with, I get the following message in my OVERVIEW tab, under Plans & Products:
We are unable to load all your plans & products. Please try again.
Even if I click the View All button I get the same message in the Plans section.  This is driving me insane.

    Hi there,
    Sorry for the frustrating experience.
Could you try a new browser or clear the cache/cookie of the browser your are using and then try.

  • Alias when loading metadata into Planning

    Hi all,
We are trying to load metadata into Planning 11.1.2 using the outline load utility. We have the dimension name, parent, data storage, and alias.
We get this error when doing the dry run(with /N):
    Unrecognized Column header value: Alias
Does this mean we cannot load aliases using the outline load utility? Unfortunately, all the examples in the hp-admin document only talks about loading data. Where in the 'cmd' do we specify that we are loading metadata(and not data itself)?
    Thanks,
    Sujani

If you are loading to the default alias table the header should be Alias: Default
    Cheers

Why am I seeing this message when I try to access my Creative Cloud account:
'We are unable to load all your plans & products. Please try again.'
I want to see which products are included with my CC subscription - e.g. do I have a Prosite portfolio website or would I need to pay for an additional subscription?
Is this a temporary site issue or an on-going problem?
