Unable to load pdf docs after loading Adobe Flash Player

I loaded Adobe Flash player today and now I am sorry that I did. When I try to open any pdf documents on my mac I get a message to the affect that I need to lauch adobe reader, accept the terms of the agreement, quit my browser (safari) and relaunch it. When I try to do all of this, I cannot find a way to accept the terms and conditions of adobe. I'm am so stuck and so frustrated! Thanks for the reply, the points are listed below:
1) I am able to access the f4m from the browser of the client macines.
2) Crossdomain.xml is already there in the webroot.
3) The 3 f4v are placed in the application/vod as we are implementing the rtmp dynamic streaming.

the Adobe Flash player update instruction showed on screen. I followed the simple install instructions. Jerky video playback after installing adobe flash player for forefox

I switched to Firefox the other day from MSIE. I immediately had problems with jerky / intermittemnt delivery of video training. I noted that one of the causes could be the adobe flash player so i uninstalled the windows one and installed the firefox plugin. This made no difference.
Can't readily see anything on Google that makes immediate sense.
Any ideas welcome. Thank you.

I uninstalled version 13 and installed the version 12 as they suggested. Did not work.
On my computer now I have three accounts.
1. Mine - Flash Player version 13 originally worked but after updating (as was suggested by onscreen prompt) it did not work with Safari. Uninstalling and reinstalling Flash Playaer version 12 also did not work.
2. Second computer user can still see CNN video clips in Safari. 'This user did NOT install the update to version 13.
3. Guest accoount still can see CNN video clips in Safari.
Any suggestions how to get back to the original configuration on my account. Unfortunately, I did not know about Time Machine and did not have it set up (have subsequently tried to set it up but cannot seem to be able to select a backup disk).
Any suggestions appreciated.

I sent a request the other day for help regarding my downloading Adobe Flash Player 11.2.202.235 and losing the ability to play my games( they were bookmarked from the web) because of missing plug- ins. I mentioned that I know very little about this computer. I did get a reply saying that he needed more information about my computer which I sent and I have not heard anything back. IMac Flash Freeze! Videos won't play after updating Adobe Flash Player. Send help (and donuts).

Last night I was prompted to download the newest version of Adobe Flash Player. After installing it Hulu and Youtube will not play videos. On Hulu there is a "Plug-In Failure" message. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it, turned it off, turned it back on, uninstalled and reinstalled again, searched on message boards, turned it off for a long time and then turned it back on, refreshed the pages, and now I'm just drinking lots of coffee and pleading for help.
Hulu is my only t.v.!!!!

Hi David, try dropping the .dll extension, in fact you can just enter dom.ipc.plugins and it should come up. Or enter the whole thing and then backspace until it comes up. Also, I have Windows 7(x64) and this fix worked fine for me.
