Unable to load Reports on Web

We are working with Developer6.0,OAS 4.0.7,
Oracle 8.0.
We have a static implementation. Initially,
we had Jinitiator 1.1.7.11. Reports were working fine. Later, We upgraded Jinitiator to 1.1.7.18. From then on I am unable to load reports on the web.
This is the URL that I am using to connect to my report http://paygoweb.telemedia.co.nz/webreports?server=rep60server.world&report=status.rdf&userid=paygoapp/pg13@paygo1&destype=cache&destype=html
When I try to connect. IT says web site found, awaiting reply and after 1 minute or so a page is displayed saying unable to service this request please try later.

When i tried executing for Web templates we are getting the error " error in Java" .Anyways we have assigned this issue to Basis guys as we don't know much whether Java Stack,FQDN are instaled or not....
Portal connection is there but we are unable to go to the portal page....

  • Unable to load report error

    Hi
This started with an asp.net application which I have been maintaining for several years, on an XP 32-bits box. Alas, the box died, and I have acquired a new Development machine, now with Windows 7/64-bits. I have installed Visual Studio 2010 and Crystal reports (13.0.,9), including runtime for 32 and 64 bits.
I got the "unable to load report" error, and I think I have tried everything I could find on the web related to solving this issue.
Finally I got Down to creating a new dummy asp.net application with a dummy report just displying the text TEST. This report Works fine when run from within VS, but if I deploy it to the web server on the Development machine I also get the unable to load report failure.
I believe this is a configuration issue. The application has run fine for years, I just can't get it to Work on the new development machine.
    Please help
    Peter

  • Jdeveloper vs CVS (Unable to load taghandler class: /WEB-INF/fns.tld)

I am new for Jdeveloper and CVS.
I migrated a project to JDeveloper. After I compile the project, I can run it. Then I imported the project into CVS. The import is successful. Now I can not even compile the project in Jdeveloper any more. I get errors for all the JSP files.
Error(2): Unable to load taghandler class: /WEB-INF/fns.tld (and other tld files). All the tld files do reside under /WEB-INF
I tried to add tld files as library and additional class paths. Nothing works.
    Any idea?

    Hi,
Just check I think users are executing reports first time, Go to Start Menu of Windows -> All Programs -> Business Explorer -> Analyser.
Then a pop windows will come which will ask for enabling Macros in Excel.
Check the Authorization Role for User in TCode PFCG, Check the Sub option for S_RS_COMP & S_RS_COMP1.

  • Unable to include report viewer web part. Error is, assembly has a higher version than referenced assembly

I am making a web part in VS 2010 for SharePoint 2010. The web part uses Report Viewer control. The files I have referenced in my project with "Copy Local = True" option are:
    Microsoft.ReportViewer.Common.dll
    Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms.dll
    Both are version 10 files.
When I build the project it works fine. But when I add this web part in a page it shows following error.
    Compiler Error Message: CS1705: Assembly 'MySolution, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=8acc41a360fa228d' uses 'Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' which has a higher version
    than referenced assembly 'Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms, Version=9.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a'
I have already installed both Report Viewer 10 redistribute able and its SP1 but no luck. Also copied these DLLs to my SharePoint site bin folder. Did iisreset many times. .Net framework is 3.5 and OS is Windows Server 2008 R2.
    How to fix this issue?

Fixed it by updating my web.config which was referencing version 9 instead of 10.

You might want to post this on the Reports discussion forum.
    http://forums.oracle.com/forums/index.jsp?cat=19
Did you move to an older version 904->902? I'm not sure this is supported.

Eric, this can happen after a failed update that partially changed your Firefox install directory.
    Try a clean reinstall:
    1. Download the Firefox installer from [http://mozilla.com Mozilla.com] and save it to your desktop or other location.
    2. Make sure that Firefox is closed completely
    3. Delete the Firefox installation directory (On Windows, this is typically the C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox folder that contains "firefox.exe" and other Firefox program files and folders).
    4. Reinstall Firefox by running the installer you downloaded previously.
Your personal settings, including bookmarks and history, will not be lost.
    See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Clean_reinstall

  • Load report failed - COMException (0x8000020D)

I have a windows application project (C# and .NET 2.0) that used Crystal Report 2008.  But I get error sometimes (it seems accidentally) in loading report on end user's machine. That error is:
    CrystalDecisions.Shared.CrystalReportsException: Load report failed.
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x8000020D): Unable to load report.
       at CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ClientDoc.ReportClientDocumentClass.Open(Object& DocumentPath, Int32 Options)

    at SIA.DataTransfer.Forms.frmReport.GetStateReport(Int32 transferType)
I'm sure report path is correct
please guide me. How can I solve this problem?

There are a few basic reasons you'd get the error:
    1) App is asked to load the report from a faulty location
    2) There is a read permissions issue on the folder the report is in
    3) There is a read write permission issue on the temp folder
    4) The app is not cleaning up the report object
    5) A dll (such as a ufl) can not be loaded
It is critical that your original description is accurate:
"I get error sometimes (it seems accidentally) in loading report on end user's machine."
If that is the case (and I assume you meant you get the error on occassion, or after the app has been running for a while(?)), 1 to 3 above should not be in play.
    Two questions:
What is the version of the assembly crystaldecisions.crystalreports.engine.dll referenced in your project?
Did you run procmon and did it show you anything?
    Suggestions:
Use the [Modules|https://smpdl.sap-ag.de/~sapidp/012002523100006252802008E/modules.zip] utility to compare the dlls loading on your development and on the user computer. Since this works on your dev computer, check for dll differences.
Ensure you are using .Close and .Dispose once you are done with each report object.
See if the Event Viewer shows any messages

  • Web Report Viewer error - Unable to load client print control.

    Dear All,
We have a problem with Report Viewer print funtionality. Getting the error "Unable to load client print control." on click of Print button.
We tried all solutions posted in web - nothing resolves the issue.
The print works fine when we open the report via a browser. But the same is not working through our application. We have the application installed on the Report server itself and the user has Admin previleges.
    Please find below the details
    Report control: ReportViewerWebControl.axd
    Version: 9.0.30729.4402
    SQL server version: SQL Server 2008 R2, 10.50.2500.0 (running on Windows Server 2008 R2 - 64 bit)
Your help on this would be highly appreciated. Please let me know if you need any specific information.
    Thanks,

    Hi, Larry,
Thank you for your answer which remind me and lead me to the resolution. I have struggling on this SQL Server Report Server 2012/Client printing control for
    2 days.
I just cannot figure out why it kept prompting non-admin XenApp users for SSRS installation. Thanks for your notes again.
I have 2008 R2 server setup as XenApp server for the publish apps. We published the IE to user to access Web application with SQL 2012 reporting service in
    the backend.
In the control environment, users do not have permission to install any software. This SSRS has to be installed as administrator under “Install mode” in XenApp
    server.
Yes, 32bit IE works for me but 64bit IE works too.
You just need to ensure which version of IE you’re using to install the SSRS. I’m not aware of using 32bit IE for SSRS installation in server but publish 64bit
IE to client.  That’s my mistake.
    Thanks again.

  • Unable to load database connector - using JRC w/report connecting to Oracle

A simple Java program was created to test a Crystal Report using JRC. The Java program is a thick-client Swing desktop application (modified from an example of crxi_r2_migrating_rdc_to_jrc.pdf). The program failed to execute the report with the following error:
Unable to load database connector u2018com.crystaldecisions.reports.queryengine.driverImpl.DriverLoader'
It might be something simple to correct the problem, but I am not able to find related answers in the documentation and from the forum.
CR version is XI R2. The Java program was compiled and run using jdk1.4.2_13. Oracle is 10.2.
Do I have to use JDBC? or the CR Oracle driver will do? What needs to be setup? If I use JDBC, what do I need to setup (I tried to following the links in the forums or other documentation, but most of the links to http://support.businessobjects.com/.... are broken - i.e. re-route to the SAP support page but not directly linked to the articles)
When the report JRCTestReport.rpt was saved with the option "Save Data With Report", it works fine. So the problem is only with Oracle database driver, the other jars are fine.
In the report JRCTestReport.rpt the database properties are:
           DatabaseDLL             crdb_oralce.dll
           Password
           Server                        myTestDB
           Trusted_Connection    False
           User ID                      MyUser
    The crdb_oracle.dll is located at:

Also got similar error when the path and classpath was switched to Oracle 11g.
Is there a way to tell which file that it failed to load?
    Thanks

  • Why do I get the error message "unable to load page (HTTP 502) when I try to open Mobile Web?

I have an LG Octane 3 basic phone.   Does everything I need, phone and text, and I never was interested in web or e-mail capabilities until I recently upgraded our plan to the "More Everything" and was able to use data and check e-mail and access the internet.   Whenever I try to open Mobile Web, I get the error message "unable to load page (HTTP 502)".    As of March 31, 2015, all of us basic phone users lose the "Mobile Email" app on our phones, and will have to access web versions of our e-mail via the web.  Which is currently unavailable and doesn't work.
Over a week ago, did a chat session with a tech support rep, and she indicated that either she or an engineer would contact me with how to fix the problem.   Have not heard anything from anybody, and the deadline is approaching quickly.   Have no need of all the excess features of a smart phone, nor do I wish to be forced to jettison a perfectly working phone for my needs and buy something I don't want to be able to do 2 simple things.............check e-mail to see if there's something that needs to be answered right away, and to check traffic reports when I'm on the road, or find something in an area with which I'm not familiar.     Not really too much to ask, you would think....   )
Has anyone else had this same problem, and if so, how do we fix it....???  My next move is a phone call, but those haven't always been very productive.
If any of you have any ideas why this error keeps coming up and the web can't load, and some on how to fix it, I would really appreciate some advice.
    Thanks in advance.
    Karen

Since the chat session got no reply, I contacted Verizon by phone and a very nice level 2 tech created a trouble ticket and sent it up the food chain.  Got a call back, maybe 2 days later, and had a nice, although very long session with a higher level tech.  They had determined that the browser for the LG Octane is an old one and no longer supported by Verizon.    We tried everything we could to download the Opera browser, but since I was totally unable to get Mobile Web to work, couldn't do it.   The only other possible "fix" was to totally reset the phone to factory specs and try it again.   That would mean a lot of work on my part to move anything I didn't want to disappear off the phone, and find a place to forward texts that had to be saved.   Caught our tenants lying about why the rent was late (again), and need that for when I put them back on a lease....
Long story short is that unless we try this total reset, which isn't a sure fix, either, anyone who isn't able to access the Mobile Web with the LG Octane will have to change their plan to avoid paying for data that you can't access using any method.
I ran a test with an app that I knew was no longer valid.....that was sending photos to PixPlace.   Got the exact same error message as when trying to access Mobile Web to get the web version of my e-mail.   That just verified that the 502 error is, at least in the LG Octane, for an app that no longer works.   After today, we'll get the same thing when we try to access Mobile E-Mail.
Have to admit, it's a real ****-off, but this shouldn't surprise me, since Verizon won't repair older copper phone lines if you are in an area where FIOS is offered.
I am going to immediately change my husband's and my cell phone plan to one without data, and see what I can find that will still give unlimited calls and text.  The way my luck runs, they won't offer one for a decent price.  The other half has some very long-winded friends and he was always running over minutes, and some months are very text-heavy and I'd go over my limit.   Absolutely HATE touch screens, and am not looking forward to having to get a new phone.
