Unable to load the newest form from a supplier website.
I regularly acces a supplier website to dwonload blank forms for my business. The supplier has updated some of its forms (usually .pdf but some word) . When I try to download the updated version, it defaluts to the older version. I have tried with other computers and it work fine but not my Imac or macbook air. help
Yes, reluctantly used a windows based with my login and it worked ok. Cannot understand why both my macs are unable to retrieve the latest form. Tried removing browsing history and cookies without success. Problem is definitely on my macs. Suggestions?

For the original poster (OP), try posing in the iTunes form since now you have an iTunes problem, not an iPod problem. -
Unable to load the flat file from client work station
Hi,
I am trying load a flat file (.CSV file)from my desktop (Client work station) and getting the following error.
An upload from the client workstation in the background is not possible
Message no. RSM860
Diagnosis
You cannot load data from the client workstation in the background.
Procedure
Transfer your data to the application server and load it from there.
I have recd a .XLS file and then I have converted to .CSV file , which I saved in my desktop and trying to load the same.
Please help me how to go about this?...

I am looking for suggestions and possibly a solution to the following problem: The new itunes update requires at least a 10.6 os.x. My imac is a 10.5.8. I am unable to sync my iphone or ipad, which both have the update, with my imac. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You need to buy a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD and run the 10.6.8 combo updater.

If you could read just a tiny little bit further, under the "Additional Information" section immediately after that, it says:
If you are still experiencing this issue when syncing, or have not installed Xcode 4 and get this alert:
Follow the troubleshooting steps in Mac OS X v10.5, v10.6: Resetting the SyncServices folder.
If the issue is still unresolved, follow steps in Sync Services: Advanced troubleshooting for contact and calendar syncing.

I cant put pdfs or music on my itouch,it wont sync.the message i get when itunes comes up is "iTunes was unable to load data class information from sync services.reconnect or try again later." and its just my itouch i tried another one and was able to put songs and pdfs on it...please help!

My XP machine is unable to load iTunes 10.5.1. It gets about halfway loaded then says it can't find Bonjour.msi. However, that file is on the computer. I tried loading the Bonjour.msi from another computer but it came up with the same message. I also tried to remove iTunes from the add/remove sector on Control Panel but it also refused for the same reason. Help, please.

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

The missing apps could have been done by setting the Restrictions that can hid those apps. If the backup was made with those retrictions set the the Restrictions are also restored.
Thus, if you get it to work restore to factory settings/new iPod, not from backup
