* Uninstall your current Firefox version.
* Do not remove personal data when you uninstall the current version.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.

  • AddOnRegDataGen.exe - Unable to Locate Component ERROR

    Hi to all,
After upgrading to 2005 (6.80.123)SP:00 PL:07 i tried to install my custom made addons but got  "AddOnRegDataGen.exe - Unable to Locate Component" error while generating an ard file. It looks like it can't find xerces-c_2_4_0.dll for some reason, but this dll in fact is in C:\Program Files\SAP Manage\SAP Business One directory. I notieced that during first upgrade, i used default destination folder which turned to be C:\Program Files\SAP not C:\Program Files\SAP Manage , so what i did is re-insalled software in C:\Program Files\SAP Manage folder. But still no luck. Please advise.

  • Error message hphmon06.exe - Unable to Locate Component

I am getting the following message upon startup:
hphmon06.exe - Unable to Locate Component
This application has failed to start because hpzjrd01.dll was not found.  Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
    On HP's website, it says:
Uninstall all HP products associated with this device.
    Then,
Click here to go to the Software & Driver download page of the HP Web site.
Type the product name in the search field, and then press Enter.
What "products associated with this device" do I uninstall?  And what "product name" do I search for when I go to look for the new driver?
These instructions could not be any more vague and frustrating.

Should you have a HP Photosmart printer, consider uninstalling it and reinstall it.  The error message you are receiving I believe is related to this device.
    Or
Failing that you may also try using the system configuration utility (msconfig)
Click Start then Run. In the Open box, type msconfig.exeand press enter. Once displayed, click on the "Startup" tab. You will see a list of items and the 2 columns that we're interested in are "Startup Item"
look for hphmon06 and "Command" look for hphmon06.exe.
Note you can expand the width of Command column by holding down the left
mouse button with the cursor on the vertical line between the column headings
and then dragging the mouse to the right.
To stop the process click on the box on its left to remove the check mark.

  • Today, I got a "update iTunes and tonight, I can't access my iTunes. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the error message reads: iTunesexe-unable to locate component. App has failed to start due to MSVCR80.dll was not found: Reinstall may fix" but hasn't.

I received an iTunes update today and updates files. Tonight, I couldn't acces my iTunes. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still getting same error message: iTunes exe unable to locate component. This application has failed to start because MSVCR80.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.  I've done it several times and still get the error.  I'm fearful I have lost all my music.  What can I do?

  • HT1926 Have the same problem as many other users: tried to update iTunes on Windows 7 today; first message "unable to locate component- MSVCR80.dll was not found" then "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes - Error 7 (Windows error 1

I have the same problem as many other users: updated iTunes on Windows 7 on Jan 26, 2014 and iTunes does not open.  First message "unable to locate component- MSVCR80.dll was not found" then "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes - Error 7 (Windows error 126)". When will Apple fix this? Don’t feel like uninstalling all Apple software and then re-installing it as suggested, as I am on a terribly slow internet connection while travelling in the DR Congo.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
    iTunes
    Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall press on)
    Bonjour
    Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
    Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

That DLL is part of your printer driver; reinstall or update the device driver for your printer, and the message should go away.

If the above doesn’t do the trick entirely, then use the instructions in the following as it applies to the version of Windows you are using:
HT1925: Removing and Reinstalling iTunes for Windows XP
HT1923: Removing and reinstalling iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
You may be required to boot into safe mode to complete the folder deletion process.

  • On starting windows xp I get an error message. applesyncnotifier.exe  unable to locate component

On starting windows xp I get an error message. "applesyncnotifier.exe  unable to locate component". I have uninstalled and reinstalled ITunes. Are there any recommendations?

Dunno. I just got it too. And after reading all the info, I tried what they did..
I copied the file from one folder to another one, and then I got a DIFFERENT error.
All I know is the last time I ran an upgrade to apple products, I lost my entire library, AND my I pod.
So I have been avoiding updates.. I finally try one and again, the silly thing acts up.
If this is the quality of Apple software then Im going to stop updating at all.

  • Error on boot: "STOP c0000135 unable to locate component csrsrv.dll not found reinstalling the application may fix the problem"

I am running Windows Server 2003 R2 (I know it's old, I'm in the process of upgrading it now to 2012) on an old HP ProLiant server. It's worked for ages, but yesterday morning it booted up with the blue screen of death, saying:
STOP c0000135 unable to locate component csrsrv.dll not found. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem.
I have tried coping the file from C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386\csrsrv.dll to C:\WINDOWS\system32\ using a WS2003R2 recovery disk, but it still doesn't work. I'm not sure what to do now...
I do have backups, but I'd prefer just to get this server back up and running so that I can continue to migration so that I can decommission it permanently and put it out to pasture...
Any help and guidance is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance!

If copying the DLL does not help then I would recommend doing a system state restore from a backup.

With that one, first try uninstalling and reinstalling your MobileMe Control Panel for Windows, robin. Does that make the error go away?
