Sorry for your frustrations! What browser and browser version are you using? Are you able to clear your cache and go to www.eprintcenter.com? Any additional information you can provide will be very helpful.

  • EPrint error message: "Ajax submit failed: error = 403, Forbidden": what to do?

    Wow---never have I had such a problem installing a program---4.5 hours without success . . . I followed the instructions (though perhaps not the 'missing' instruction---what is it?
         I installed HP ePrint Home and Biz (from Android Market)---for printing from my smartphone---but it did not work.  I went to HP ePrint Center.
         I obtained the printer IP address (for an HP LaserJet P1102w) and did a firmware update.
         The instructions said to "Print Info Sheet"; this included to go to eprintcenter.com---and to create a new account.  I did that---but the instructions also referred to "In the Entere Printer Code text box, type the printer code found on the information sheet."  Problem was:  there never was a "Printer "Code text box."
      I tried every variation I could  think of . . . but (a) never saw a "Printer Code text box" and (b) always ran into the dead end message of "Ajax submit failed: error = 403, Forbidden".
         I am obviously missing something . . . any suggestions on what to try?

    Try google chrome browser. Only one that worked for me

  • Error message Ajax submit failed: error =403, Forbidden

    I am trying to sign up for my eprintcenter email address but it will not allow and keeps saying in a yellow bar across the top
    Ajax submit failed: error =403, Forbidden

    There are a few workarounds for this issue. The first one is to ensure that cookies are enabled on your web browser. This will differ depending on the browser you are using.
    The next option is you can reboot the PC, which sometimes resolves the problem.
    Option 3 is to use a different web browser, like firefox or chrome, instead of the one you are currently using.

  • Unable to log into App World - Error message 80002

    I am unable to access my app world. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app to no avail. I get the error message " The software upgrade was interrupted. Please try again."
    When I click cancel, it says "BlackBerry Identity installation failed. Please try again later (80002). I know that I am in a country and carrier that supports BB. So not sure what the issue is. I also have v5.0.0.862 on my phone

    Mangoe wrote:
    Seems my BB has a mind of it's own. The removing/reinstalling didn't solve the problem.
    Do you mean removing/reinstalling the Identity App on your BB? Or AppWorld itself? Or both perhaps? One of the above KBs is specifically about removing/reinstalling the Identity App...and that's the one that normally cures this.
    Mangoe wrote:
    I tried following your "Homescreen > Options > Device > BlackBerry ID" but I don't have a selection for "Device". is there another option? I have the Bold 9700
    Oh...that's probably because you are way behind, still on OS 5 on your BB...Rogers currently supports 6.0.0.666, and the menu structures are totally different moving from OS5 to 6, and again to 7 (though I don't think your BB model can support OS7). For OS 5, I think the command string is Homescreen > Options > BlackBerry ID
    Mangoe wrote:
    How do I access BBID on my pc? Not sure if that will help, but would love to try...lol! Anything at this point.
    From a PC/browser, go to AppWorld (www.blackberry.com/appworld). At the top right will be a "Sign In" link...click that and it takes you to the BB ID login.

    I have the same IT policy on my phone as i did when it got the phone. it has never prevented me from accessing AppWorld, or anything else for that matter. Not sure how to tell if "Stealth" is getting in the way.
    So, your BB is part of a BES environment? It may be that AppWorld worked OK before, but that there's something in the IT Policy that is blocking this update...you should check with your BES admins to be sure.
    As for "stealth"...that's the whole point...a stealth IT Policy cannot be seen, other than it's effect on trying to do things on the BB. "Normal" IT Policies can be seen:

  • Any new user creation gets: unable to log into user account error

    Sort of reposting from http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2795507&tstart=0 as that initial question was answered.
    Anyway, running an xserve managing all network accounts (only local accounts are a local admin on each system). DNS checks out and all current users can log in fine. However, it seems any new user I create keeps getting this wonderfully ambiguous error. I've tried Guest (but figured it probably interfered with the Guest Account), Student (but thought it might be interfering with a group of the same name), Guest Student, and Temp User.

    Just making sure, you have selected the home location, and then actually pressed the "Create home" button? I have missed it few times and then wondered why it is not working. Then check the home folder location that it is actually there and created successfully.
    Yeah, and then hit Save!

  • Create log on to eprint center get error message: Ajax submit failed: error= 403,Forbidden

    I am trying to access this through Firefox. I have an HP Photosmart D110a printer. This happens whether I try to log on as well as trying to create log on.

    Hey, I would try a different browser, like IE or Google Chrome, it is the easiest solution. You could also clear the history ,cookies and the cache from the current browser that you are getting the error message on. Restarting the computer is another option to try too. I hope this helps.

  • When i try to sign in to ePrint, I get "Ajax submit failed: error =403, Forbidden" -

    I cannot even step up my ePrint - it won't send me my "forgotten" password, it give me this error.  The screen offers NO help and no contact info for this feature of the printer.

    Hi Blackbug;
    Welcome to the community and Sorry to learn that you are having this issue.
    Quick question have you try another browser i.e. Firefox, chrome or IE if your are using something else.
    Clear you cookies, perhaps this helps.
    Another steps that I will consider taking will be changing the DNS servers from the default assigned by your ISP to the google DNS Servers. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Since you did not mention the operating system I cannot help you on how to do it.  Altough this error means that the server recieved the request, understood the request but did not accepted or grant you access is not directly related to DNS but I will do this just as an extra step.
    Hope it helps and best of luck;

    Hi, DK28,  I hope you are doing well and welcome to the community;
    Try this 2 steps;
    1. Use another browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, firefox, safari, Opera).
    2. Sign-in with an alternative account (Shapfish form HP, google account, Facebook). If you do not have an account with one of the ones mention create one and follow this to sign-in with the new account. https://h30495.www3.hp.com/help#eprint

    Hello,
    First thing I would try is clearing your browser's cache, and try again. If that does not work, try using a different browser. If neither works, let me know and I will see what I can find.

    Hi rwmcbur,
    Sorry you are having trouble signing up for an ePrint account. I would recommend trying a different browser (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, Safari) or a mobile browser (iOS, Android, etc.) to see if that helps.
