Unable to log on to App World

Hi can anyone help, I downloaded and set up ID and password for app world earlier today, when I put in ID and password it says its authenticating but then a message comes up saying an error has occured please try later.

hi the problem with mine was that the timezone on phone wasnt set up to uk, all working now

  • Unable to log into itunes & app store

    I am unable to log into itunes & app store from my iphone5s OS 7.1.1. The apple ID works on the apple site and from my apple tv and ipad etc. I have rebooted the iphone, deleted icloud and logged back in successfully. I can use find my iphone and see my other devices. When I go to settings > iTunes & App Store > enter the apple ID and password and press sign in > it shows a activity circle at the top by the wifi indicator but then nothing else happens. Settings > iTunes & App Store still has my username and password. I can press sign in again but nothing happens.
    I've tried to go into iTunes Store and look at my previous purchased movies but it keeps prompting me to sign in..  I use existing apple ID > enter ID and pass > and it just loops the same process over and over..   use existing apple ID > enter ID and pass > use existing apple ID > enter ID and pass >  etc..

    To troubleshoot your problem, follow the steps below:
    1. Delete the file -  Macintosh HD/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist
    2. Restart OS X
    3. Try logging into Mac App Store again.

  • Cannot log into BB APP World... Help please!

    So annoying.. I've set up an account with my email address only when I come to signing in it says my address is not registered. So I follow the link to register and try to register the address and it says it's already registered! Go back to the login screen only to see the same original error message.
    Only had this BB 2 weeks and already getting annoyed with the little problems I'm continually facing with it. I can't get onto app world to reinstall software (due to the camera not working) and to maybe add some apps.
    Has anyone else had this problem logging onto the app world or can help me in any way?

    There literally are thousands of posts in dozens of threads with that exact error message, and there are several different potential solutions, all of which are already posted on our site. Please search the site using that exact error message and then inspect the results for things that may apply to your specific situation.     Back up all data.
    Step 1
    Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

    Right-click or control-click the line and select
              Services ▹ Reveal in Finder (or just Reveal)
    from the contextual menu.* A folder should open with an item selected. Move the selected item to the Trash. You may be prompted for your administrator login password. Restart the computer and test.
    *If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination  command-C. In the Finder, select
              Go ▹ Go to Folder...
    from the menu bar and paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V. You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.
    Log out, log back in, and test. If there's no improvement, continue.
    Step 2
    Reset your computer’s PRAM.

    After I bought my blackberry curve from a friend I dit a memory wipe on the phone and get a bb I'd. It worked fine but after the bb app world update back is the previous owner detail. I followed the steps to delete the blackberry I'd and tried to go to app my world to get a new I'd but nothing is happening now.   • Can't log in Blackberry App world despite countless password reset!

    for months now my Blackberry App world will not let me log in on my handset... I have reset the password numerous times via a computer + it allows me to log in on a PC/laptop but continues to say "unable to log in to your Blackberry ID account"

  • Cannot log into my app world via desk top through the BB website

    Alrighty let the fun/frustration begin.
    First,upgraded OS on PB and rebooted desktop and PB.
    All seems to be well. I find ONE app I'm intersted in EE101.
    So I Log into BB Appworld that is sat., then I'm told to connect my device to proceed and asks for a password.
    Submit password. It will not recognize my PB ID password even though I made a password change and changed the recovery question and noticed the new recovery question is now on my desk top App  World log in .......
    OK now what.

  • Unable to update latest BlackBerry App World software

    I have tried several times to update the BlackBerry App World software on my Blackberry Curve 8520. But the update has not happened.
    I have connected my mobile to the desktop and Connection to smart phone is successful. It did show my PN on the Browser. Updation of the App World Software just goes on without any info that it is complete. I left the device for the whole day.
    So I am unable to download any software on my blackberry device.

    I was struggling with creating an account without a credit card at first and then someone on here suggested I create my account through the actual website and I log onto the website without any trouble and onto Game Center, just nowhere else. It says "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store." and asks me to review my account information but when I click on review, it completely ignores my request. This is somewhat infuriating as I really would like to start using the App Store. Thank you for your help.

    Error message on screen when trying to log in:
    User must have the Planning Application Creator and Dmension Editor roles to manage applications
    Tried to assign apllication creator and dimension editor roles in shared services.But those roles are not available in shared services.
    Sharedservices_security.log has the below error:
    com.hyperion.css.spi.impl.nv.NativeProvider.getHierarchicalRoleTree(NativeProvider.java:2164) - Exception getting Child Roles in hierarchy due to Illegal or invalid id.dflt passed in.
    Sharedservices_syncOpenLdap.log shows the error:

    These roles are under the Shared Services section in the user management console, not Planning.
    If they re not there then I would say you havent configured BPMA or planning correctly.

    After power cycling my laptop, I launched the Messages app and it prompted me for my iCloud login information for iMessage. All it does it present the spinning wheel and nothing else. Anyone else experincing issues w/the app?

    Today when I logged in to the Support Communities Web pages Apple said my password was out of Date and i had to change it.
    The computer then popped up several Alerts for FaceTime, iCloud and  of course Messages where I had to put in the new Password.
    Has anything like this happened to you ?
    If you go to the Apple ID site (Manage option) does it say your ID is verified ?
    Is this the ID you use in Messages for the iMessages Account ?
