Unable to log onto Wells Fargo app

I have an iPhone 4 and so does my wife and for the pass two months or so I have been unable to access my Wells Fargo using my iPhone.  I thought that there might be something wrong with the app such as the lost of some critical file so I deleted the app and then reloaded it.  However I had the same problem when I tried to log onto the app.  It keeps on saying "loading..." perpetually until sometime later I would get an error message.  I loaded the app onto my wife's iPhone 4 and had no problem logging on or doing any of the mobile online transactions.  From what I have deduce so far this is not a problem with the Wells Fargo app but rather a problem with my individual iPhone 4 as it relates to this particular app.  Has anyone else had a problem logging onto the Wells Fargo app using the iPhone 4?

already done this and same problem but havin had a better look on this site im not the only one havin problems

    Might be a corrupted database ...
    Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
    Type or copy paste the following:
    ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
    Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
    Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

    restart and hold Command+r to enter in recovery mode and ill allow you to repair your OS X installation. If you cannot repair it, then just create a new user, as usually issues with keyboards are rooted in the user's account.

  • HT204053 For some reason, I am unable to log onto the App store and iTunes using my Apple ID although it works on the actual website/browser. Why is this and what can I do about it?

    I was struggling with creating an account without a credit card at first and then someone on here suggested I create my account through the actual website and I log onto the website without any trouble and onto Game Center, just nowhere else. It says "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store." and asks me to review my account information but when I click on review, it completely ignores my request. This is somewhat infuriating as I really would like to start using the App Store. Thank you for your help.

  • Unable to log onto lightroom mobile on pc

    I wonder if anyone can help. I have been trying to log onto lightroom mobile on my pc, but i am getting a msg [ your computer dose not appear to be connected to the Internet ] it is connected with wifi but not having any luck. If anyone has experienced the same and knows how to fix it would be great to hear.

    We have seen some instances on Windows where a user’s settings do not have TLS support enabled and in this case the user will be unable to connect to certain servers. This can be fixed by:
    1. On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
    2. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
    3. In the Security category, check Use TLS 1.0, Use TLS 1.1, and Use TLS 1.2 (if available).
    4. Note It is important to check consecutive versions. Not selecting consecutive versions (e.g. checking TLS 1.0 and 1.2, but not checking 1.1) could result in connection errors.
    5. Click OK

    the 9360 is not a compatible model...that's the actual answer to your question.
    More detailed...each app must be specifically ported to every BB model number and major OS level combination...that's a lot of porting, and some developers choose to not do them all.   • How do i change my itunes id as the previous email is invalid and am unable to log in to update apps on ipad

    my ipad 2 originally had a road runner email and id.  I no longer use their service and cannot log into itune or apps to update appllications.  it is ios 8.1.  I've completely wiped out my ipad and reformatted as a new user, but the old email still pops up when I needed to update my apps.  the password wouldn't work because the ipad has new info on it, but I can't get the log in to disappear.  I've added a new email to have info sent to that as a rescue and that has worked and been verified by apple, but the iTunes store and apps store keeps wanting the password for the old app.  how do I change what itune and the app store say is my apple id.  I've made those changes at the apple site following the format it requires.  I am frankly stumped

    You should be able to update the primary email address (the rescue email address is not used as the account's id) on an account by logging into the account via the 'manage your apple id' button on http://appleid.apple.com, logging in via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, or by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPad and logging into it.

  • Unable to log onto MSN messenger

    Hi,
    I am currently experiencing major problems logging onto msn messenger at home. The funny thing about my problem is that msn works fine using other wireless connections. I have called up my internet provider (tiscali), apple technical support, and belkin (the company that makes my wireless router). No such luck yet. Apparently I have managed to figure out that it isn't that program that is at fault, nor is my computer. I can log in fine with other wireless networks (e.g. school library). The tricky thing is that it isn't the fault of my internet provider. There is no problem in me surfing the web (logging into hotmail to check my email)and using internet wirelessly in the house. I downloaded adiumx, amsn, fire, and msn messenger for macs. none of the will allow me to sign in with any user name ending with @hotmail.com from what i have concluded.
    it just won't read my hotmail address when i type in my username and password.
    my internet provider is tsicali and since it did not come with a wireless router, i bought a belkin one on my own. the belkin technicians have put down all the firewalls (dmz settings?)and security settings and I STILL can't log on to msn.
    there are no firewalls on my macbook by default. so there's nothing to disable.
    tiscali does not block any sites for their users as an internet provider.
    I have even gone into utilities and to the terminal icon and switched the mtu setting to 1400
    what more can i do right now?
    does anybody have any idea what could be wrong?
    my computer? router? internet provider?
    please advise!

    try to reset pram. (this resets some memory which is used to keep your specific settings).
    for this:
    1. Shut down the computer.
    2. Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
    3. Turn on the computer.
    4. Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
    5. Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
    6.Release the keys.

  • ZCM 11 : Unable to log onto the WIRC

    We recently switched from Zenworks 6.5 to Zenworks 11, i just installed the reporting server a couple days ago everything works fine from the ZCC, i can connect to the infoview without any problem but when it comes to login to the Web intelligent rich client, i am just unable to log on it, every possible combination that i use gives me credentials error which are good because i am logged in the ZCC with the same account/password. As there are very little documentation about this in the novell documentation, you guys are my last hope to make this work.
    So we're using an LDAP user source so at the authentication i chose the LDAP. As for system this is where i am really not sure about what to enter there, i tried a couple of things like our server name, zone name, zenworks but all of them did not work. If anyone could point me in the right direction i would be thankful

  • Unable to log onto domain controller with user account

    Hi,
    I am able to log onto my DC as domain admin. I cannot log on as myself. I do not see what I am missing in the GPO to make this happen? I am part of a server admin group and would like the server admin group to be able to log on to the domain controller to
    maintain the server. 
    Any suggestions?

    Log on to this DC and run rsop.msc and check the following policies:
    Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment\Allow log on locally
    Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment\Deny log on locally
    Add your self to Allow log on locally
    (in default domain controller policy - as I mentioned above) and make sure your user account not belong to any group that have Deny log on locally.

    hi all
    wonder if you could help me please
    i had an i touch for christma and love it but the only issue i have is the inability to log onto some sites that i have to enter my username and password for, even though i can log in perfectly fine on my regular computer!
    eveery time i try to access a certain site as soon as i enter my log on details , its starts to process then just goes back to the log on page again. i have tried loads of times but no luck!
    im able to log onto facebook etc and wondering if its because im trying to access an usa site but dont think that should make any difference!
    i have clicked the debug setting and when trying to log on it does come up with messages and one of which mentions something about a webkit and html issues!! and i havent got a clue what they mean of how to fix them!
    others that i know that also have iphones are able to log on, so any help gratefully received, thanks

    Welcome to the forums... The thing that I would like to bring to your attention is that the safari browser in the iPod is not near the equivilance of a regular computer.
    As it can't do flash or some advanced scripts, especially if requried by a the client (in this case your touch) to complete.
    Most of the main stream websites I've had no issues with, but again you will run into some issues. And if there are issues, only that website developer can fix them... There's nothing that you can do from your end, you just have to note the websites with this restriction.

    I have similar problem. I can log onto this forum and I can log into my iCloud Control Panel on my PC but when I go to iCloud either directly or thru the control panel, I keep getting the message that an error has occured.

  • Unable to log onto broadband internet

    Recently changed motherboard to K7N2 DELTA2-LSR. However I cannot log onto the internet from home using the onboard network card and ethernet modem.
    When I try to make a new connection manually, the option "connect using a broadband that requires a user name and password" is greyed out. My ISP help desk says it's due to corrupted network hardware.
    How can I overcome this?
    Aztech ADSL ethernet modem
    Win XP Pro
    AMD Semprom 2400
    512MB ram

    Just a thought, not all modems and routers are necessarily compatible.Go to Aztech's website and see iif possible firmware/driver update is available that might have the answer.A possible workaround would be to install a PCI card and disable onboard.
