Unable to login to IC Web Client

Hi All,
I am unable to log in to the IC Web client in CRM 2007. I get the logon screen when I go to
http://<host>.<domain>.<port#>/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_frame/default.htm?
but when I enter my CRM user id and password it does not log me in. I can log in to CRM SAP Gui without any issue.
I have activated all the necessary services in SICF.
is there anything i'm missing out please advice?

Hello Mike,
You mention that after you enter your CRM user id and password the system does not log you in. Do you encounter some kind of error message? Do you just see a blank screen? Perhaps you can describe in more detail what exactly happens.
If you are experiencing a blank screen, there are quite a few SAP notes (and quite a few other threads -- in both this IC forum and the new CRM 2007 forum which address this topic). For example, please check:

  • UCCE 9.0(1) - unable to login to CCE Web Admin

    Hello,
    I am installing UCCE 9.0(1) in my lab and am unable to log into CCE Web Administrator. I thought I needed to log in CCE Web Administrator after installing UCCE to select the type of deployment, so after the intial UCCE installation and before running Web Setup I tried to login to Unified CCE Administration, but no matter which domain user account I use it responds with "Invalid Username and/or Password." I tried both the domain administrator and the domain user account which I used for the install, both of which are members of the setup security group for the new Instance I had created, but neither worked. I then went ahead and installed the Router and Logger nodes as a Rogger and these processes start and run fine but still I cannot login to the CCE Web Administrator.  This is in an ESXi VM and I have good snapshots to be able to return to an unconfigured state if necesary.  I have searched the UCCE 9.0(1) documentation on CCO but am not finding anything helpful. Can anyone shed any light on what account to use to login to the CCE Web Administrator and when in the install this should be done, or point me to the proper documentation concerning this?

    Use fully qualified machine name with domain suffix to reach cceadmin page instead of IP, machine name or localhost. For example https://machinename.google.com/cceadmin. This solves the login issue.
    If you are not even able to see the domain names in combo box. Check the ICM build number and the version. Do not use version 9.0.2 and be sure the build is 1454.

  • Unable to login to the Admin Client

    Hi Experts,
    Need your help on below mention issue.
    My client was using BPC MS 10.0 SP5 and I upgrade it to SP13, everything was installed correctly without any error. After installation I restore their production environment (which was built in SP5) into the upgraded server (Sp13). While testing it I figured that I am not able to login into the Admin Client though I can login into the Excel and run the reports without any issue.
    The admin client is also updated with latest version. (10.0.13.0)
    Any idea ?

    Hi Charly,
    try to login in the admin console with the user-psw of the sysadmin you used to install bpc it should be possible and after enter in security, modify one user and save it (just enter and save without changes).
    Probably you have to enter in IE as another user (using the sysadmin).

    I am unable to login to the web console through xelsysadm.It doesn't show any error message, but the process bar goes on for some time and then shows the session is expired. I have a delegated admin with 5 users.
    The users present in this group are able to login with in second span of time.But Xelsysadm is unable to login.

    Both the field has a value 0 in database. when I enter the credintials and submit it, the status bar goes on for a long time and its not enterning into web console.the login page appears for long period with status bar progressing and it even stay in that state for 24hrs with out logging in.
    But wen I use delegate admin, he is able to login with in seconds of time.

    Able to login with CUPS & CUCM end user page. CUCM Integrated with LDAP.
    While going through the UP Profile logs seen that "Failed to SOAP login".
    Tried with restart of CUCM & CUPS several times but no go.

    If credentials work on CCMuser CUPSuser I would suspect either some kind of communication problem between the clients and the servers and/or misconfiguration (user/device/line association, device owner, roles, CTI/CCMCIP profiles, etc) on CUCM/CUPS.
    Specially because you mention the same happens with CUPC.

    Hi guys
    the IDES system which i was using was working fine. I was trying CLient copy today morning and was trying to create a new client in the IDES system.
    The client copy failed due to a shortdump in the process.
    Now i am unable to login to the client 800 as it says the user password is incorrect.
    How do i get back my 800 client? is there a way to get back the client 800 or do i have any other optionn to re-set the password without logging on to the client?
    i do have access to client 000.
    please guide me what should i do? i need the client 800 back and should be able to login too.

    i cannot login to client 800. I need to login first in the client 800 to go to su01 to re-set the password.
    I want to login to client 800 which i am unable to do as a result of client copy. So the other option i am looking at is reset the password from client 000.

    is there a way to enable login with UID/password of a calendar resource in the Calendar Web Client? We want to [b]enable resource administrators to manage the access rights of their resources. This functionality is currently only possible when using the Calendar Desktop Client and some of our resource admins are not used to or do not have access to the Desktop Client.

  • SAP BPC 10.0 Web Client Blank Screen after login

    Hi ALL,
    We are using SAP BPC 10.0 Web Client with Adobe Flash Player 13.0.0.214 with IE 9.0 on Windows 7.0.
    We face strange error where on only on certain PC, the BPC web client working.. On other getting Blank/Blank Screen after login (with "movie not loaded" on the adobe flash player).. Both PCs are having the same setting.
    Even one of PC which previously working, starting this week suddenly getting the same error.. I have created OSS message and got feedback with also share this problem on this forum.
    I have done several actions as mentioned on several SAP notes )1624267, 1664889, 1681147, 1694871, 1752971, 1798336, 1804221, 1806371, 1811218, 1820505, 1918631, 1968584), but still no luck..
    If you have the same issue, kindly share..

    Yes .. Compatibility View also checked.. in several PCs, it is working well. both failed and working PCs have the same setting.
    Just found another weird: in one working PC, 2 different windows local-admin users login to the same PC for BPC-web and getting different result (1 Ok ; 1 failed) ..seems it is related with the user profile and login-domain servers (we have multiple login-domain servers with load balancing mechanism).

    I installed DAC and was able to configure DAC properly. But when i restarted my computer and started all the services , I am unable to login to DAC client. It pops up error as "Can't Authenticate user!".

  • IC web client : No SLA and Questionnare sections in Complaint View

    In IC webclient,IC_AGENT business role, I am unable to see SLA and Questionnare sections in complaint view.
    But if i login through DEFAULT business role and go to complaint view i can see  both the sections.
    When i went throught the UI configure tool,i saw that the IC web client UI components are different than the normal default UI components for complaint.
    So can anybody let me know how to enable these section in IC webclient ?
    Do we need to do UI customization here ?

    Hi Eyal,
    I have followed these steps to get the result.
    1. In MS word, I put the place holders like <BUS1006-LINE0> and in properties of the field - selected as merge field.
    2. Then implemented BADI and put break point in BADI.
    3. When in FAX view, I selected word doc template with check box, at this point, the process stops in BADI and here i am seeing value for this variable.
    4. Then after clicking on the word document, one more window opens with template information , but it is showing <BUS1006-LINE0>.
    Would you please suggest, why the values are not passed to MS word.
    Or would you please explain briefly what you have done to send contact person information to MS word

    The error message is
    Error #12150 in XPCUBE: Non-fatal (0300): Data Manager is unable to generate transmission.
    Error #10300 in XDMRESP: Non-fatal (0300): ERROR: NO_GUEST: Guest login not allowed from client startup
    Encountered similar error while calling from OLAP web application.
    In stored procedure XWD_RAMSTARTUP: The following Express
    Server error occurred: NO_GUEST: Guest login not allowed from
    client startup
    Which I believe is the same reason.
    Can you pls suggest what could be the problem and how can we over come this.

    In the Connection Editor, under "Relational Data-> Settings" did you check the "Personal Configuration" box?
    If you did, you should ensure the Authentication type is not set to "None".
