    Hi Fabian,
I followed the steps written by you but no luck. Problems I am facing with the consoles :
    EM Console -
On same server where web logic is installed
    1. The console is not accessible through http://<ip_address>:port/em - Page cannot be displayed error
    2. The console is accessible through http://<host name>:port/em - But all buttons are not working, when I submit the credentials no processing takes place.
    3. The console is accessible through http://localhost:7001/em - I am able to login
    ODSM console :
    On same server
Some times I am able to access ODSM console through localhost but otherwise the application is not accessible.
    To access the application-
    1. Start the nodemanager - C:\Oracle\Middleware\wlserver_10.3\server\bin\startNodeManager.bat
    2. Start the weblogic server - C:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\vfOIDDomain\bin\startWeblogic.bat
    I have a doubt regarding installation :
During Installation while creating the web logic domain a screen asks for "Select Optional Configuration details "
    1. Administration Servers
    2.Managed Server,cluster and machines etc...
I have not checked any one of the 5 options where in Administration Servers you can say Listen address - all local address.
Can this be the cause ?
I though if I dont check it will take the default configuration which will be " all local address "
    Please help.
    Regards,
    Deepika

    a) stop the glassfish server from the Windows Services
    b) start glassfish server using

  • Unable to login to Switch & Router through secondary Acs ,when primary ACS is down.

    Dear All,
i have configured primary ACS in DC data center and secondary ACS in DR data center, i have configured replication , and it is working well, but when we put down primary ACS , we are unable to login in switch and router through secondary ACS , i ahve  dedicated link between core dc sw to core dr sw through which all traffic is getting replicated . All user , mgmt vlan are created in FWSM firewall.Kindly help.
    Regards
    Amit Kulshrestha

    Hi Bro
I'm assuming you've configured your ACS correctly and the Cisco network devices correctly. Perhaps, this could be a bug. The reason I say this is because last week, I was implementing 2 units of Cisco ACS 1121 v5.3 (in HA mode) for a client, and i had similar issues myself. When I down the primary ACS, I'm unable to login to my network devices, eventhough my secondary ACS is UP and PINGable from all network devices.
Hence, I downloaded and applied the latest cummulative patch from the CCO website 5-3-0-40-4.tar.gpg (Release Date: 27/May/2012) and my problem solved.
Perhaps, your ACS version isn't 5.3, but the morale of the story here is, maybe patching is required for your case!!
Please do let me know the outcome. May the force be with you, bro!

  • How to configure Ip address if unable to login error is occur through Hyper

I am a new user of sun Solaris 10 . In my sun fire v490 server every thing is configured fine there is no fault in booting .But when I configured the file /etc/inet/hosts in solaris 10 and missed to configure the file /etc/inet/netmask and /etc/inet/ipnodes, due to which server is not allow me to login there is an error occur " unable to login" . Now what is the other way to login into server console. I am entering in the console using normal mode, should I try to login in using diagnostic mode., or is there any other way to login into and modify the file. I also need training videos of solaris configuration .
Help in this regard will be highly appreciable.

you should try to boot in single mode
    1) start server, when boot process begins (after memory checks), do a STOP + A on the Sun keyboard. you should be on prompt "Ok" (OBP)
    2) on Ok prompt, type : "boot -s"
    and tell us what happened.

  • Unable to login to web administator

    Hi ,
I am facing issue while setting security to BPC user, In Back end for user given below roles
    /POA/BUI_FLEX_CLIENT
    /POA/BUI_UM_USER
and has given full task profile.but user is not able to login to web admin. Do we have to give any other roles & profiles other than this to the user in back end?

    Hello Neeti,
Are you the first user on your system? If so, you may need manually add a role to yourself (or have your security team do this if you don't have access to SU01) for your environment from the backend.
The role should be called something like:
    ZBPC_??P000003
"??" would be replaced by your environment initials. This can be found by looking in RSA1, find your environment, and the first two digits of each Model's or Dimension's Technical name would be the part you need (like /CPMB/??#####)
The role I listed above is "BPC System Administrator", this will give you access to begin setting up other users in BPC.
(You may also have to give yourself ZBPC_??U000001 which just defines yourself as a User, I wasn't the first user on my system, so I'm not 100% if this role was required in addition to the above role or not, but it doesn't hurt to give yourself this as well.)
Any further questions, please feel free to ask!
    Alexander

please let me know how to solve this issue.
    thanks in advance.
    subbu.

    Hi,
You will first have to create a datasource which will hold details about your new planning application, in the datasource you provide details to your sql repository and essbase server.
Datasources are created through the hyperion configuration utility.
Once you have set up a datasource you can go to http://<planning machine>:8300/HyperionPlanning/AppWizard.jsp to create your application.
    Cheers

  • Invalid Login error while trying to login to OIM console

    Hi,
I have installed OIM 11gR2 in my local environment. It was working fine a day back but post installation of OAM, I am unable to login to OIM console with the correct credentials. OIM and OAM had been installed in the same domain. I deleted the OAM server but even after that it is not working. Getting the following error :

    OAM side:
    How you deleted OAM server?
It seems that OAM server not uninstalled clearly.
    OIM side:
Check for the OIMAuthenticator in the security->realms->myrealm in weblogic
There should be OIMAuthenticator to authenticate OIM users through the database.
Is your DefaultAuthenticator also set to Sufficient?
