Unable to make an in app purchase while I'm in a game! Help!!! While in a game if I want to upgrade to full version
And put in my Apple ID password it states unable to connect to apple store or it has said incorrect user id and password
But if I go to App Store I can make the purchase. Please help it is frustrating

I attempted to make an in-app purchase on the Original Gangstaz app and a message came up saying to contact itune support to complete the transaction. Unable to make an In-App Purchase following Civilization 5 installation

I successfully installed Civ 5 on my MacBook Pro, but when I try to buy the "Gods & Kings" or "Brave New World" as In-App Purchases I get (after giving my iTunes password) the message: Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed
Any ideas how I could solve this? Thanks a lot for your help!

I am unable to make an in app purchase for an called "Game of War." I've even tried using several different Apple ID's but it still hasn't worked. It gives me the message "unable to make pirchase go too www.appole.com/support/iTunes/ww/. for more assistance. Anyone encounter this before? If so how do I solve it

We are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know why you are getting the message to contact Support - if you haven't done so then you will need to do as the message tells you :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
- then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

HT4528 iOS 7: I'm getting an error message while trying to make an in-app purchase.

It reads: YOUR PURCHASE COULD NOT BE COMPLETED. for assistance ..blah blah support ..blah blah. I have tried with both restrictions (in the 'General' settings enabled and disabled) no workie. The catch is I am able to download apps but I am not able make an in app purchase.

Contact iTunes support. Nobody here on these user to user forums can help with billing issues.

When I try to make an in-app purchase, it says it cannot complete the transaction.

So, I downloaded the app Roblox mobile and tried to make an in-app purchase with it, and it worked the first three times, but when I tried a forth time, it said "Please contact Itunes Support to complete this transaction" I then tried purchasing an app, and I was able, same with songs. But not with the in-app purchase. I do not use credit card, but I just got a few Itunes gift cards and I'm using those. I have redownloaded the app and tried over and over, and even waited a day, but it still doesn't work... its an Ipod 4th Gen and I just got it a few days ago, and there's only about ten apps on it. I also got the apple account at the same time. I sent Itunes support a message, but I'm posting this while waiting for their response.

Every time I try to make an in app purchase in the app WSOP... I go and fill out valid credit or debit cards, then it will say I've attempted to use to many cards and that method is unavailable... So I purchase iTunes gift cards, that works for a while, but now, nothing. Haven't tried other apps or songs.. It might just be this app which is synonymous with glitches and problems... But I feel like this one is an iTunes billing issue... I want to be able to use the money that I have exclusively invested in iTunes... Shouldn't I be able to use it?

Make sure In-App Purchases isn't turned off in Settings>General>Restrictions.

Contact iTunes store support for this. Go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ and click the blue link next to the green shopping bag. Follow the steps and send them an email explaining your issue.

I've never had a credit card on my iTunes account because I mostly purchase free apps and because I don't own a credit card. If I want to buy an app I use a family members Apple ID. I had two $10 iTunes gift cards and I put them as credits to my iTunes account. Now I'm trying to make an in-app purchase of something worth 19.99 and it says that my iTunes account has insufficient funds. The billing information appears and I choose "none" as I always have for it to charge it to my credit balance but again it says that I have insufficient funds. I checked in my iTunes account and it still says that I have a $20 credit balance.

You have a Puerto Rico address on your account ? From a quick search I've found one site from somebody in Puerto Rico that includes a screenshot for an app receipt showing tax of 7 cents added to a 99 cent purchase. Are you able to view the purchase history on the account that you've been using, and see what prices show on them (e.g. if the store's listed price or price plus tax) : Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes, then 'see all' link next to the Purchase History section.
