    Hi Ziyaul Islam,
Thanks for your post and welcome to the Nokia forum.
In order to fix this issue, I would advise you to perform a hard reset. First of all, back up your data using Nokia Suite (Tools > Back up). Once your data is fully backed up,  type *#7370# on the keypad.  Default lock code is 12345.
The hard reset will dellete all your personal information, that's why a back up is very important.
Alternatively, you may also check for updates on Nokia Suite (by going to Tools > Updates).
If the problem persists, I would suggest you to contact your local Nokia care.
Hope this helps and feel free to post any other questions you may have.
    Regards,
    Pfrancoise

  • I am unable to open applications folder

All of a sudden I am unable to open applications folder and when I try it tells me I do not have sufficient access privileges. Any ideas anyone??

    Hi,
Are you logged in with an admin account? If the answer is no, log into the admin account go into the system preferences under the 'Sharing' section you will need to change the File sharing options.
Alternatively if you are logged in as an admin try restarting your computer and see if the issue still persists.
    Hope this helps.

  • Can't open Application Manager or Application Manager Install??

Been having issues with Application manager for almost a week...
Upon trying to open it, the app freezes and nothing can be done.
Searched the forums and figured the best thing to do was a manual uninstall and reinstall with the latest version.
However, after I manually uninstalled, I was unable to reinstall AT ALL.  The package opens just fine (downloaded it twice just to be sure), I double click on the Install icon, and get the error message "The application Install can't be opened. - 1712"
I'm a member of creative cloud for the CS6 master suite collection and have been trying to download Illustrator for days now...
Anyone got any clues?  I am now fully without Application Manager.  Argh.

In MAC rename the below mentioned folders
/Application/utilities/Adobe Application Manager (rename it to Adobe Application Manager_old)
    /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE (rename it to OOBE_old)
    ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE (rename it to OOBE_old)
Reinstall Adobe Application manager from : http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774 it should work now.
In Windows rename the below mentioned folders
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE (on 64 bit OS) (rename it to OOBE_old)
    or
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE (on 32 bit OS) (rename it to OOBE_old)
    C:\Users\(User_name)\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE (rename it to OOBE_old)
Reinstall Adobe Application manager from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773 it should work now.

    I'm having a similar issue.
Did a fresh install of 11.2.0.1.0 under Windows 2003 - latest updates - IE 8.
I can access Enterprise Manager from other computers - but not from the local server.
    I've tried both: https://oracle.xxxx.xxx:1158/em and https://localhost:1158/em
Both give me the generic "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" - but if I access from another computer it comes up - so I know everything is working...

  • Unable to open Applications folder

I am unable to open my Applications folder and my Pictures folder. When I click on either one of them, this box pops up: "There is no default application specified to open the document Applications (or Pictures, if that is the folder I'm clicking on)." In other words, it appears that the system thinks the Applications and Pictures folders are documents. I can access the contents of these two folders by clicking on "Show Package Contents." I have checked many other folders, and they all open normally. I've also run repair permissions in Disk Utility, but that has not helped. I would appreciate any suggestions to correct this issue.

something caused them to be treated as packages instead of folders
When this has happened in the past what happened is the bundle bit got set on some folder it shouldn't have been. As to WHY that happened, I don't think anyone ever figured it out. If one has installed Xcode I know you can easily check on the bundle bit and reset it. Sometimes Apple has the necessary tools installed without Xcode: you need GetFileInfo and SetFile, which might be in /usr/bin if Apple is installing them by default in Snow Leopard (I used to put them online as a public service, that may not be necessary now).
To check to see if the bundle bit is set you use GetFileInfo in Terminal:
    GetFileInfo ~/Pictures
Pressing return after typing the above will return the following:
    directory: "/Users/francine/Pictures"
    attributes: avbstClinmedz
    created: 12/12/2008 11:05:55
    modified: 03/31/2010 01:23:28
In this case the bundle bit is NOT set (lower case "b") although the custom icon is. If the attributes shows
    avBstclinmedz
as it sounds to me like it would, then the bundle bit is set and can be changed using the SetFile command:
    SetFile -a b ~/Pictures
The situation is a bit trickier if the root level, main Application folder also has the bundle bit set, since that folder belongs to the system. One would have to run the command using sudo.

  • Photoshop CC opens Application Manager, says "Sign in Required", not working. Help?

Photoshop CC today opens Adobe Application Manager, says "Sign in Required", but with correct info gives error message. Also, CC desktop not working. I haven't had any problem in the previous two months. I also was just build two weeks ago, and had to update my billing information. I tried online chat, after 30 minutes of typing, I've been disconnected twice. The funny thing is, Photoshop CC does open, and it works fine. However this message is irritating concerning. I'm on a Mac running the latest operating system and hardware.

Please Update CC App from following link:
http://www.adobe.com/appsmanager/index.html and then try signing in.
Do let us know if it works for you.

  • Cannot open application manager on desktop

I have joined adobe cloud free trial, and adobe application maager is installed on my desktop, but I cannot open anything using the application manager.  Any suggestions?

You will want to open the applications from either your Start menu or Applications folder depending on which operating system you are utilizing.

  • Unable to open Applications and Utilities

I run Snow Leopard and have recently been unable to open most Apple applications, some third party Applications, and most Apple utilities. The problem seemed to be after downloading an update to my OSX 10.6.2 to 10.6.6. I telephoned Apple Support and was advised that I should download 10.6.6 combo. My internet broadband connection is very slow, providing only less than 0.5GB and during the 6hr download of 10.6.6 combo, I noticed that the connection had been lost. I recommenced it and afterwards installed it. However this did not resolve the problem.
Should I now download 10.6.6 combo and install it once more, or is my problem elsewhere. Please keep any answers simple!!

When I double click on an application either nothing happens or I get a dialogue box displayed with the message "You can't use this version of application 'its name' with this version of Mac OS X." The version I have of the application is then shown beneath this text. Or when I attempt to open a utility such as 'Grab', I have a dialogue box displayed in which is stated 'Grab cannot be opened because of a problem. Check with the developer to make sure Grab works with this version of Mac OS X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and Mac OS X.'
As I stated I believe that I have installed the latest update of the OS X, but I do not see how I can install the latest version of the application because I thought that they were in the OS X in the first place.
In relation to the 3rd party applications which I cannot open I presume I need to check on the 3rd party's web site to see whether there are updates to their software?

  • I am unable to update Application Manager crushes

On a iMac Intel running Maverick I am unable to update via my Cloud subscription due to the crashing of the Adobe Application Manager. Anny ideas?

Thanks Neil. I guess would have to buy the app to do that. I bought the computer from a neighbor who is now deceased. Pages was already on it. When I try to update from the app store, even though I'm signed in, the update wants the neighbor's password. Any other ideas?

  • Problem opening Application Manager

I purchased Adobe Cloud earlier this summer and downloaded a few applications from the application manager (ie, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, & Premiere).  But I for the past week I cant open the Application Manager so I can download Illustrator.  I even downloaded a trial version and once I'm prompt to install, the install manager shuts down when opened. I'm using a Macbook Pro i5 with OSX 10.8.2.
    The error reads first:
"The last time you opened Adobe Application Manager, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again? If you choose not to reopen windows, you may have to open and posistion the windows yourself."
(I have chose to "Reopen" and "Don't Reopen")
    This is the next message...
"Adobe Application Manager quit unexpectedly. Click reopen to open the application again. Click report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple.
    Can someone help me out?

No, I chatted with one of Adobe's reps and we went through a couple things.  We deleted and reinstalled.  Then tried to download and install Illustrator by itself but couldn't open even open it because I got the same report that it unexpectedly closed.  He then told me to rename my "OOBE" folder to "Old OOBE" from my Library.  Which I did then deleted the AAM and reinstalled but that didn't help.  I've also restarted once I deleted the AAM.  Sort of a bummer deal.
