Unable to open blackberry world in blackberry z10 error ' an error has occurred and blackberry world
I've been receiving this error ever since u tried to back up my files on my windows laptop, and no matter what I do I can't seem to get it to work.
Is there any work around for this error? Or is there any way to reinstall app world using my browser?

What else might cause this behavior, and how can I resolve it?
Outdated permissions on the files from your old computer. Right-click, Properties --> Security --> Advanced, disable Inherit settings from parent folders, chose to copy. After that, delete outdated security keys and assign current ones. You may even need to go so fart as to Take Ownership of some files to correctly restore the new system's default security settings.

Opening BBW online and trying to access my blackberry through the online program.
AND I have just wiped my blackberry to start over, and it is still not working!!!!! The restore of my data was done using the "quick backup" so it shouldn't be due to a conflict with another program.
Can you please help - I am getting ready to tear my hair out!

Go to Solution.Jennie1997, For those using BlackBerry OS 10.2.1, BlackBerry Virtual Expert is built in and can be opened by opening the Help application followed by tapping Testing along the bottom toolbar.

I recently converted from my Blackberry Torch to the Z10. I travel a lot and use the VZ Access manager through my Torch. Can I do the same thing through my new Z10? I don't see that as an option on the software sight.

Congrats on your new Z10! I know having the right features is important. The Z10 uses Blackberry link software. The device uses the mobile hotspot feature to non-cord tether the device. The mobile hotspot feature is an additional cost. You can add this feature online http://vz.to/1di2TlT .

We are unable to open a Pages 5.0.1 document in Pages 4.2 and retain ability to edit all aspects of the document. I have tried saving the 5.0.1 version in Pages '09 but am still unable to open it in the earlier version of pages. Help?
No, it isn't. Pages 5 isn't compatible with Pages 4.3 as it is lacking more than 90 features that Pages 4 has. So when you open a Pages 4 document in Pages 5 only the simplest documents will look the same in Pages 5.
Pages 4 can't open Pages 5 documents at all!! You have to export back to Pages 09 as I said above.
You probably will be more happy if you just use Pages 4 (Pages 09). There are many threads in this forum that describes the lack of compatibility between the two versions. Pages 5 is in my view not Pages anymore.
If you don't desperately need Pages 5 for moving documents over iCloud to new iOs devices don't use it. -

I too have been unable to open Nemo's Reef properly since January 31 2014. I have used it without problems since August 2013. I recall it self updated around midday and then ever since it's failed to get beyond the opening page of what's in the reef. If I tap the back button it goes back to the iPad screen of apps. If I tap to buy a suggested plant it also disappears from the screen. However I have managed to collect my pearl gifts/sand dollars daily on that initial screen.
I just cannot buy a plant or get out of this screen without the crash. Just going nowhere.
Rather frustrating at level 37 and about £80 overall spent in pearls to build the reef and get beautiful fish whilst recovering from surgery past six months. I have found the game very calming. I've really enjoyed this game which past level 8 is surely intended for adults and more strategic play.
This morning I switched on and there was instead a full screen advert. I hit the x button and it just crashed again. Now it shows my own reef on loading, but instantly crashes even faster.
Is this an iPad problem or an apple problem. From an Apple point of view FWIW I have noticed my screen gets very hot when playing games such as Bejewelled Blitz too.
It would be good to know if others have this nemo or/ and overheating iPad problem too. What is the solution? -

PLEASEEE HELP ME! "serious error has occured" and now it wont open
So I have been working on a video for youtube, and as always Adobe being a peice of crap shuts down every 5 minutes or so when I am doing a lot of effects or text, but pretty much it doesn't bother me anymore. Until last night I had been working on a project (it is saved because I click the save button every minute or so) and it said " a serious error has occured and we shut down immediatly, your project will try to be saved" or something like that. It has done this once or twice before so I was just going to open it back up. But now when I go to open it it does the little "im loading thing" for like 2 seconds then doesn't do anything..I gave it time to see if that would help. no. I also tried opening it up from another spot (not the desktop) but from my documents/adobe/4.0/ then my project, does it work? no. I am sooooo mad at it since I have had so many issues with other movie makers and other computers recently being soo stupid like this. and I thought this one was actually gonna work. but no. BTW it is Adobe Premiere Elements 4.0, if that helps. If ANYONE can give me a suggestion that DOES NOT involved rebooting and losing my current project which has taken me SEVERAL HOURS of VERYY specific effects almost down to a different one every second please tell me....and I would be DEVISTATED if it was gone! So pleaseeeeeeeeeeee help me if you can. Thanks so much.

Otherwise, how about telling us more about your system. Like which operating system you're using, how fast your processor is and how much free, defragmetned space is on your C drive?
Also, what kind of camcorder did your video come from and how did you get it into your computer? Which project settings did you select when you set up your Premiere Elements project?
Version 4 was a very stable build. But we can try to figure out what's up with your system if you give us some details. -

You can find details on how to locate an interpret your installation log files at Troubleshoot installation with install logs | CS3, CS4. Yes, I have near-perfect hearing too (for scope, squeaky brakes hurt my ears) I come from many conversations on many phones and types and first off, CDMA technology is great for coverage, terrible for voice quality. HD Voice in Europe made for some of the best phone conversations I've ever had.
Back on track, feedback is most noticable (similar to the landline phone) when using the iPhone without a headset, but for me it's not an absolute criticality mainly because I use VoIP apps alot, so maybe it has desensitized me some over the past year.
But whenever I'm on a call, and the other person has me on speakerphone, I have alot of trouble talking because of the feedback loop caused. So the less of my voice I hear the better I can talk.
