Unable to open business partner (Organisation)...

Hi,
I have created organisational structure for interaction center.
every organisational unit was created autoamatically with their own BP Id              ( ex:50000380).
when i am trying to open this Bp(organisation) in the "BP" transaction code, The system said that "no bp number is available".
How can i open that BP, actually i have to enter a email address in that Business partner(Organisation)
Please help..

Hi Reddy,
I suspect that the corresponding BP for an organizational unit is not getting created properly. Make sure you have followed the below procedure for HR integration:
make sure, you exactly follow the best practice documentation : CRM Organizational Model (C01) and the section :3.4
Also make sure the parameter for Activate HR Integration, HRALX - HRAC must be set to X
If still BP is not getting created, then try to create a BP manually in CRM. Let me know, if you need anymore information.

    Hi I am unable to Create a Business Partner (BP)in CRM though I could  see that the INBOUND  IDOC ( Msg type : CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE_M ) is getting posted.I created the IDOC through the test transaction (we19).Also i dont have any data to give in the field PARTNER_GUID without which the IDOC was failing.So i took an existing value from the table BUT000 and used it and it posted successfully but still the BP is not getting created in the system.Request you to pls suggest a solution..

    You dont have to populate BP IDOC with partner guid.System generates partner GUID whenever BP is created.
    Try to create a BP without populating guid.

  • Opening Business Partner Master Data is slow

    Hello everyone. I seem to have a problem with one of the companies in my SAP installation. I'm using SAP Business One 8.81 PL10 and I have quite a few companies on the server, including a demo db. The server is hosted on a VM that is in compliance with the supported platforms and I'm using SQL Server 2008 R2.
    The problem is with one of the companies. When I open the business partner master data or do any sort of query to the database it seems to take 5 mins or so to open the form but when I login to the demo DB it works instantly. The two databases aren't that much different from each other, size wise. I also didn't have this issue a few weeks ago, it just started.
    I searched around for some help on it and found out about doing a DB reindex. So I did one of those but it didn't seem to help that much, just a little bit. Any other ideas?

    Yes. I've tried it out on two different machines and on the server itself. Each time it's slow to load but when I login to the demo company its instant to load.

    Is there any object for business partner Properties which are stored in OCQG table

    Financials->Financial Reports->Accounting->G/l Accounts and Business Partners-> Click on Properties Button

    Hello Atul,
    With the sbo sapbouicom object you can for example simulate a buttonclick.
    I suggest that you use in your code:
    ActivateMenuItem("13057") //(G/l Accounts and Business Partners)
    and then you simulate a click on the property-item/button.

  • Unable to remove business partner catalog numbers

    Hello,
    I have created a business partner catalog number for one item.
    Now I want to remove that catalog number but it is not possible.
    I have tried to remove the catalog number over the menu item "Data" and the function "Remove".
    I get the positive system message "Operation completed successfully" but the catalog number is still there.
    Any idea?

    Hi,
    I have tried the same in my database. It works fine. We can remove the Business Partner Catelog Number from the Item Master for any item eventhough we have performed transactions in that item.
    Try once again to remove the BPCN. if it fails, please try to inform SAP and they will solve this bug immediately.

  • Unable to replicate Business partner Address

    I am replicating Business Partner(BP) from ECC 6.0 to CRM 7.0.
    r3am1 shows that all objects have been loaded sucessfully....however when I enter data using bp transaction in ECC the address doesn't get replicated in CRM.
    the adress fields show up empty in CRM....whiel all other fields are populated.
    Anyone has any idea how to solve this problem?

  • Unable to create Business Partner - Organization and Group

    Hello Experts,
    I am learning SAP CRM, I am working on version 5.0. I am not able to create BP in Org and Group, but I am able to create the person. I made few changes in BP role, since then I am not able to create BP in Org and Group...these both are deactivated...

    Check the roles that are not hidden.
    Are the categories Org and Group assigned to them?
    To do so, the path is IMG>Cross-Application Components> SAP Business Partner--> Business Partner > Basic Settings> Business Partner Roles-->Define BP Roles
    Here choose the option BP Role categories, now double click on the role you will see if it is permitted with the categories Org and Group.
    Incase you done have the Org or Group checked for your visible BP Roles, it will not permit to create Orgs and Groups. Check Org or Group category and you should be able to create BPs in these categories.

  • Unable to open Business Rules in EAS

    For some reason, I all of a sudden cannot open business rules in EAS.
    I get the following errors:
    Error while sending command to HBR Server running within the EAS server.
    Detail:Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://usnbka091p:10080/eas/eas
    The only thing that happened was that something was messed up with our active directory, but it eventually got fixed. Additionally, it takes a very long time for my EAS to open.
    Does anyone have any ideas on where I can look for additional log files to review or anything else that could be causing the problem?

    I did manage to get one of the BR's modified by using the admin ID, however there is still an issue. It seems to have something to do with one of our active directories not working. We recently changed active directories, however, there wasn't an issue until all the active directories went down last week. It seems like the original directory is no longer up and running. I am currently waiting for a response from our IT. We'll see how that goes.

    It was working before. I have restarted Administration service and Essbase service. But still no use.
    I work on SIT env. Few business rules were migrated from prod to SIT. But the error is not from the ones that were migrated. Could this be an issue?

    You should have created the BP in the role of BKK030- Bank statement recipient to add to the Accounts statements TAB.
    In this screen the system will accept only those BP who are created as 'Persons' and not 'Organization'. If you want the system to accept BP who are created as 'Organization' then you should do the following setting:
    SPRO-IMG-Treasury and Risk Management-Basic Functions-SAP Business Partner for Financial Services-General Settings-Business Partner-Basic Settings-Business Partner Roles-Define BP Roles
    In this ensure that BKK010,BKK020,BKK030 under 'Possible BP Role categories' all the three(Organization, Person, Group) are checked for all the three roles.

    I am trying to create a 'Person' using the tcode BP. But i get an error saying "Application Object BUPA: Table BCS002 does not exist".
    The table BCS002 exists when I checked through SE11 tcode.
    Moreover I am to create using BP tcode in another client in the same server.

    Problem is sloved....It was not related to Authorization...The missing table entry was to be maintained in table V_TBZ1C using SM30 tcode (In my case)

  • Error opening business rule from AAS

    Hi,
    I'm unable to open business rules from AAS console associated with one of the Planning/ Essbase application. This particular planning application is also not showing up when I try to "select outline" for the business rule. The business rules for this particular application are running fine from Planning web application.
    Error retrieving Planning application app_name on server server_name.
    Detail:Exception occurred. Please check your log file for details.
    hbrserver.log randomly shows one of the two errors given below:
    2010-06-15 16:02:56,469 WARN [ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '1' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' com.hyperion.hbr.plugin.planning.PlanningMetadata - Error retrieving Planning application app_name on server server_name.
    or
    2010-06-15 15:28:22,094 WARN [ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' com.hyperion.hbr.plugin.planning.PlanningMetadata - Cannot retrieve connected root element for Planning/server_name/app_name/database_name
    There is no issue with other business rules which are associated with other applications.
    I have tried restarting EAS service but that didn't fix the issue. Also, i reckon this problem came up after I manually deployed 64 bit weblogic for EAS. On other environments where tomcat is being used there are no issues at all.

    I take it you have tried the standard process of :-
    Stop Planning,EAS, RMI services.
    Start RMI,EAS,Planning
    Log into the planning application through the web.
    Log into EAS, open your rule.
    Also can you create a new rule for the planning application after following the above process?

  • Search business partner master data by properties

    hi,
    it would be nice to search the business partners by properties as we can do it in the item master data.
    When i'm in find mode on business partner master data the tab "properties" is missing.

    When you click open Business partner,it is in find mode,Press Ctrl + A,Press Ctrl+F,
    Tick required properties.

  • Error in NewItemHandler - Business Partner

    Hello!
    I do have the following error since 2 days:
    Error in NewItemHandler: Invalid object name '@'. [Form=683 Item=3 Pane=0 Column=1 Row=1 Variable=72]
    This shows up when opening business partner.
    Can someone tell me where to find Form 683?

    I only found a very old link for form ID. All of them are still valid. However, there is no 683 included: All SAP Business One FormTypes at one look . There is no logic link between FORMID naming convention. You need to check system info to find the form.

  • How to Assign Business partner for Vendor Organisation

    Hi,
    We are in SRM upgrade from SRM 3.0 to SRM 7.0.
    For Vendor organisation say 0 50002381  there is no Business partner assigned.
    Under this organisation there are 200 vendors .
    When i run the report: BBP_XPRA_ORGEH_TO_VENDOR_GROUP
    it is showing an error -No partner assigned
    How to assign the Business partner for the organisation .
