Unable to open purchased student version "Evaluation Software has Expired"

I recently purchased a student version of Labview 2011 from Academic Software Downloads | OnTheHub eStore. It worked for about a month. Now I receive an error message when opening Labview: "This Evaluation Software has Expired". Why is this happening?
The installation instructions provided by OnTheHub eStore stated that no activation or serial number was needed when installing on a Mac.
I am confused, because I thought I had purchased a student license, but I seem to have been given an limited time evaluation copy. How could this have happened? Can I do anything about it?

I did not previously install the trial version of LabView on my MAC, at least not intentionally. I do know that I never installed a trial version which is available directly from the Labview website.
The weird thing is this: It appears that I did not download and install the student version of Labview from Academic Software Downloads | OnTheHub eStore. It seems that instead I downloaded and installed a trial version of Labview from this download site. I don't understand how this happened, because I purchased the student version.
I am currently communicating with customer support at Academic Software Downloads | OnTheHub eStore. Should I do anything else at this point?

1. Close all the Adobe Applications. Log-out from creative.adobe.com and re-login.
2. Once you launch the software and when you get the error saying the the trial version has expired, you will have an option saying "License this software".
3. Select this option and enter your credentials and click next.

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Apple Software Updateentries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install using an iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) downloaded from the Apple Website:

Java 102 error and unable to reload the latest version of the software

Hi, I am trying to sort out my Blackberry curve which is showing the error message Java 102 reset. I have tried to follow the instructions in KB11320 & KB10068 but the phone has the most up-to-date version of the software on it and the ‘view other versions’ option is not available. Any ideas what I should do next?

Unable to open purchased books in ibook

I can only open ibooks on my ipad that are listed on my bookshelf . However, if I select the library's Purchased Catagory and try to open one of the many books that I have purchased, they will not open. I only get a description of the book. All of the books in my purchased section show to have been downloaded and many of them were recently updated. But, like I said, none of them will open when clicked on. If they have to be listed on my bookshelf, how do I move them there? I have had access to many of them before since my last IOS update, but am unable access them now.

P.S. I don't use and never have used iCloud (and don't plan to.)

The Purchased tab is part of the store, tapping on them there will only show your their description page from the store. If a book is not currently only on your bookshelf then it should have a cloud icon against it in the Purchased tab, tapping on that should download it to the bookshelf so that you can open and read them.
Not using iCloud won't stop them showing in the Purchased tab for redownloading and/or viewing their descriptions. Your purchases are automatically kept in the cloud for you to be able to redownload them (though you should also be taking your own backup copy of them), that can't be changed - they will stop showing for redownloading if you move countries, or if the rights-holder removes them from your country's store, or depending upon the type of item and your country (e.g. audiobooks and tones are one-time only downloads so won't show for redownloading ; films, music, TV programmes can't be redownloaded in all countries).

Unable to open purchased ebook

I purchased a textbook a while back and I was able to open it on digital editions and had been using it fine. Then I quit the program and tried to reopen it today to read some more and when I tried to access the ebook, it wouldn't let me. I tried to reopen it from the publisher's link and it just reads:
Error getting license
License server communication problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER
I don't know what to do. I need to have access to my textbook.

Unable to open Firefox (any version)

Been happily using Firefox ver 2 and recently ver 3 on my powerbook G4, OS X 10.4.11.
Recently Firefox would not open. I moved the application to the trash and went to download ver 3 again. Initially, could not mount the disc image: on download I got "verification failure". I then tried the same with ver 2, same error. This seems to have sorted itself out after 5 attempts, as I just downloaded the ver 3 application. However I still can't open firefox. There's no error message or indication as to why the app will not open.
Recent changes to my powerbook are I set file encryption (but that was long before I had this issue). Also of note, my preferences keep defaulting to Mac defaults i.e. the toolbar looses all my settings, itunes keeps losing my library and I just look miffed all the time.
Over 3 years, I've not had a single problem with this powerbook. When it rains it pours.

Generally, that bad img thing is either RAM, or problems with the HDD.
Failure of APPs to open is likely Permissions problems or incomlete installs.

After installing, reboot holding down CMD+s, then when the DOS like prompt shows, type in...
applejack AUTO
Then let it do all 5 of it's things.
At least it'll eliminate some questions if it doesn't fix it.
The 5 things it does are...
Correct any Disk problems.
Repair Permissions.
Clear out Cache Files.
Repair/check several plist files.
Dump the VM files for a fresh start.
First reboot will be slower, sometimes 2 or 3 restarts will be required for full benefit... my guess is files relying upon other files relying upon other files!
Disconnect the USB cable from any UPS so the system doesn't shut down in the middle of the process.
The usual reason why updates fail or mess things up, is if Permissions are not fixed before & after every update, with a reboot... you may get a partial update when the installer finds it doesn't have Permissions to change one obscure little part of the OS, leaving you with a mix of OS versions.
Some people get away without Repairing Permissions for years, some for only days.
If Permissions are wrong before applying an update, you could get mixed OS versions, if Directory is the slightest messed up, who knows!
If many Permission are repaired, or any Directory errors are found, you may need to re-apply some the latest/biggest updates.
Let us know where you are after that.

I am unable to open new Tabs (version 3.6.23)

Ive tried clicking on the + to open a new tab, but it wont. Ive tried following the directions from a previous post, but I dont have the Ask toolbar loaded on my browser

Uninstall the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.
There are a couple of places to check for the Ask toolbar:
* Check the Windows Control panel for the Ask Toolbar - http://about.ask.com/apn/toolbar/docs/default/faq/en/ff/index.html#na4
* Also check your list of extensions, you may be able to uninstall it from there - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Uninstalling+add-ons

Purchased Student version from Amazon, key invalid.

I wish I didn't buy it from amazon, but I wanted the extra money off as I am a student with barely any money. Anyway, the product key they provided me isn't working. What should I do? I'm about ready to tell amazon to give my money back for selling me a fake key.

I will be surprised if amazon sold you a dodgy product. Either you can't read the serial number or that you are not pressing the correct keys on your keyboard.
The best you could do is to write down the serial number in a plain text file in Notepad and get it double checked by somebody in your family or ask your friend to read it for you. when you are satisfied it is correct, all you need to do is to copy that serial number and paste it in the boxes at the time of installation or after you have finished installing the product. The product can be installed without the serial number and you can run it in trial mode for 30 days until you have sorted out the number issues.

Unable to open LR trial version

I have installed LR ( web-download from Adobe ). It seems the whole downloading and installing procedure went OK, but i cannot open LR.
I use windows 7 professional 64 bit. When i open LR by dubbelclicking the icon, it tends ro open, but nothing comes on the screen. I see that there comes an icon in the task-window but thats all. When i move the cursor over this icon, i get a miniature previeuw off what could be on screen, but there is nothing further that i can do. I have uninstalled LR and installed it again 3 or 4 times over the last week, but it is always the same....
Any idea's ?

I am now left with 20 day's of trial, so that's what i am going to do...
For your information, i normally only use 1 screen on my PC, but can use my TV-screen to look at my photo's, and did not realise that this could block LR.
