Unable to open the Production Order
Hi All,
there is a message error while trying to open the Production Order using tcode CO03. The message is "User AA is currently processiong order 123456".
User AA is already log-off from the system, but still giving the same error message.
How to solve this problem?

Hi,
Logically to display any document it may not resttrict even though same document is using by other user it may only allow yout display rather to change......but also try the below way it may help you.
Just re login in user AAA and select the first radio button "continue with this login and end other login" and then login from your USER ID and try to display the production order through CO03.

Open the reservation for the Production order
Hi,
I have post the GI for Production order MB1A with movement type 261 from 100 peaces components. I would like to cancel a partial quantity of components from this posting (about 30 peaces). After cancel it the reservation for the production order has to be open for 30 peaces of components.
I've canceled it through MB1A and mtype 262 but the reservations weren't open and in the PO (component overview there is always the sign"the Final Issue for This Reservation").
Which T.code and mtype could I use.

Have you cancelled the movement (of 30 pieces) by selecting the "with reference" option from the menu?
If not, then reverse the current cancellation document. Then again cancel the 261 movemtn by selecting the with refernce button from the menu. It will sove the problem.

Unable to open the physical standby in read only (10g)

I m trying to create physical standby using RMAN to another server . But at the last step when trying to test Real Time Apply i m unable to open the standby in read only mode.Can Anyone please let me know whats the issue and how to resolve it

Confirmation of the production order qty equal to sales order qty
Hi Experts,
I need to control the confirmation of the production order should be equal to sales order qty.
I'm having the scenario as follows
If sale order qty for X material = 3
while running the MRP, system will plan the order qty as 8 because of we maintained rounding profile in the Material master and enhancement we used for this.
Rounding Profile Qty=5
Total Production Order Qty=8.
But, finally they will do the GRN for sales order qty only, remaining will be used for testing purpose.
So, the confirmation also has to happen for only sales order qty. There, we need to control the qty based on the sales order.
Is there any exit or Enhancement is available for this.
Please help me.

Exit for confirmation check is CONFPP04.
However, opening orders for quantities higher than demand and leaving pieces undelivered and unconfirmed in production orders does not make sense. I could not get the requirement of incresing production quantity by adding rounding value? Moreover, if rounding is to be used for test purposes, why not do you receive them into stock? Why don't you receive 8 pieces into stock, deliver 3 pieces to sales order and transfer 5 pieces to related department?
If it is because of MRP and you really do not want to produce extra 5 piece immediately, you may use material reservation or any other form of demand for 5 pieces, use EX for lot size calculation and have MRP create two planned orders for sales order and testing requirement, then you can convert planned order for sales order requirement into production order and continue processing.

Production Order - Modify field Material Provision Indicator for component in the production order
Good afternoon,
I have a component in the bill of material, that has the option Material Provision Indicator activated.
When i create the production order, the component automaticaly is activated with the Material Provision Indicator option.
However, in the production order, this field isn't possible to modify, because is closed.
Anybody knows way the modify this field? Configure to open?

Please try one of the following solution and see whether the error is gone or not.
1. Implement the SAP Note 1317551 - Error AD_SUBCON 141 / 143 / 144 (T417)

2. Complete the customizing of Material Provision Indicator (T Code OICO) as per the attachment.

Clear reservation at the production order confirmation
Hi All,
In the confirmation of the production order, does clear reversation - clear all the reservations of the BOM Components ?
What could be possible reason for non clearance of the reversation of the BOM components, when the header material is confirmed ?
is there any pre-requiste ?

When you tick "clear open reservation" check box at the time of confirmation, system deletes the reservation and that reservation does not interfere in the planning process but still it allows you to issue the material against that reservation number on MB1A. As per SAP this is how the system is designed. Even you can issue more then the reserved quantity by changing the quantity manually (System will only flash a warning in such a case). If you want the system to prohibit the issue more then the originally reserved quantity, you can convert that warning message to error.

Merging the Production order number and operation number into sequential no
Hi,
I am creating the production order using the Tcodes Co01 or co10 and my requirement is that after creating the production number and then when I open that one in the change mode using co02 Tcode the sequential number which is present in the assignment tab should come as a concatenation of order number and operation number .

for each user there will be a buffer set in when logeed in and create a production order.
depending on the saving the production order saving time there may be a situation as you have now.

I purchased Suite 13 on January 17. The files are listed on my hard drive but I cannot open the product.
It seems you purchased Photoshop 13 i.e. CS6 and is unable to launch or install it.
So, could you please ellaborate the issue that have you install the product yet or not? If so, what happens when you try to launch it? If not, then what error do you get while installing it?

XenApp 6.5 and Acrobat issue: "Unable to open the document".
We are using XenApp 6.5 with a published desktop Windows 7 x64. If we open Acrobat Pro 10.1.5 and Create PDF we get an error "Unable to open the document". If we do the same action directly on the XenApp server then it works as expected. The Word doc in question was created by the test user and is located on their Home drive area so the permissions are correct. If i try to save the Word doc as PDF it works fine directly and indirectly.

For one of our clients, the handling of PRT is to be controlled with the issue/receipt for the production order.
1. What is the procedure for issue/receipt of PRT material in the SAP?
2. What is the procedure to block the PRT for the creation/release of production order when it was already assigned to the other production order during the same time?
3. The PRT is to be available automatically once the assigned production order operation is confiremd.How it can be handled in the SAP?

1. The dies can be used for the production of Pressing, Casting and Forging etc. These dies will be managed in the stores. The stores representatives will issue the die to the shop floor for an operation of a production order.They will return back the die once the production is completed at that operation using the die. How to map this process in the SAP.
Typically, these dies can be treated as PRT materials in the SAP system.
2. OPJK configuration is not sufficient. The same PRT will be assigned to the many production orders during the same time.The system won't block with only this setting. There are some other steps involved to complete the process.
I would like to know the complete procedure with all the steps to block the PRT once it was assigned to the production order operation. The same PRT is to be available for other production orders automatically once the operation is confirmed after production. -
Open doc URL: unable to open the report in same window

I'm trying to open a report using open doc url with "swindow=same" but still it opens in a separate window. This happens only when I use JAVA viewer. it works fine in ActiveX and HTML but I want this in JAVA viewer as i'm including this page in my JAVA application and it should open the report in the same window. I tried using "<a>URL</a>" and also target="_self" by HTML interpretation for that object but still the same problem. I'm unable to open the report in the same window by using JAVA viewer for Crystal Reports in info view. Please help me!!!

Raghavendra.GI have tested that myself and It seems that HTML interpretation does not work with the Java viewer.
I have also tried using a hyperlink containing javascript
eg.
javascript:window.location.href='http://www.sap.com'
but the java viewer seems always to launch a new window before processing the command.
I would recommend to open a case by SAP support ( httP://service.sap.com/support )

Unable to open the Project web app Instnace , giving STS error
I am unable to open the Project server web app instance from CA- Proejctserver application service -- Manage , it is giving error and I am unable to open the instance as well http://intranet.cmpy.com/pwa also giving error . LOg is showing as below

Unable to open the Projects from Project center with the Alias name PWA 2010
Hi,
I am unable to open the Projects from Project center with the Alias name with the server name i am able to open the projects, version is project server 2010,
My system is ABC.DC.IN alias name i have given is DEF.AD.COM
With the system name i can able access PWA and all are working fine.
As i have observed with alias name i can able to login to pwa and all the server setting approval center all are working fine but only in the project center i am not able to open the projects (http://DEF.AD.COM/pwa/ProjectDrillDown.aspx .xxxx) its
is coming in the below of the ie.
But with Alias name these are the issues i am facing,
1.when longing with alias name its asking two times for user name and password
2.when i click on a project from project center its taking some time and asking for user name and password after i enter user name and password "PAGE cannot displayed" error i am getting.
3. I have observed one more thing if click on Project details then only this issue is coming project schedule and project information is also opening with Alias name.
can any one Help me.
