Unable to pair studio beats to iPhone 6

I have the latest pair of Studio wireless beats and an iPhone 6 fully updated.
I am unable to pair the two together. Have followed instructions from: the dre beats website.
Any help would be useful!

Found this on another thread. Maybe resetting the Beats will help. http://www.beatsbydre.com/support/troubleshooting/wireless/reset-wireless.html
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on for the iPhone, then place the Beats into discovery/pairing mode and follow the directions on the screen.

  • IOS 8.3 update leaves me unable to pair a Configurator-supervised iPhone

I've used Apple Configurator to supervise an iPhone 6, in part to prevent the phone from pairing with any computer but my own (a MacBook Air 11" from 2013 running OSX 10.9). I updated the phone to iOS 8.3, changed nothing else, and now the phone won't pair with my own computer or any other. As the screen cap shows, I get the error: "This iPhone is supervised by another computer and cannot be used with this computer." The iPhone apparently does not recognize that it is in fact attached to the supervising computer.
I checked the pair-lock records in /var/db/lockdown and they're just as they were. (I was following instructions there from this post.) I archived the lockdown folder, restored from a backup, and got the same result. I've rebooted both the Mac and the iPhone. No joy.
I do NOT want to wipe the iPhone and start again. For security reasons I do not back up my data to iCloud; I use only USB local sync and backup the computer securely. I do have a very recent backup on the computer, but of course I cannot restore it to a phone that refuses to pair.
I did use Configurator to set up a password on the iPhone that can remove the supervision profile. I can delete the profile and then connect to my Mac.
BUT: If I do that I'm pretty sure I can't set up supervision again without erasing everything from the phone. After erasing and supervising the phone, I don't think I can restore from the backup. Doing so, as I understand it, will either (1) remove the newly installed supervision profile or (2) restore the now-in-use supervision profile that does not recognize my Mac as the supervisor.
The most painful loss, if I have to wipe the phone, would be my hundreds of keyboard shortcuts. I know from extensive research that they cannot be restored, even with third party tools, from an iPhone backup.
Please, someone, help me restore the pairing of my iPhone to my Mac without wiping the phone.

Solved it, so I may as well say so here for the record. I don't know that all this was necessary but I:
    - updated from OSX 10.9.5 to Yosemite (not enough on its own; launched iTunes and still no pair)
    - updated Apple Configurator
    - launched Configurator -- and it saw the iPhone. I quit without doing anything else
    - launched iTunes -- this time it paired as usual with the phone
It may be I could have simply launched Configurator in 10.9.5, but I didn't try that first.

unable to pair my iphone 4s to my mac using bluetooth been to apple store who have told me there is a clitch and to wait for undates to cure the problem ?

I have my iPhone 4S paired with my macbook retina, so hexonxonx's reply is incorrect.
After you pair your phone and your computer, go into network preferences on your computer. Click the bluetooth pan, check that you see your phone and click connect.
    That worked for me.
If I click connect from the phone it tells me that my retina mbp isn't compatible and it forces me to forget this device. If this happens just repair it...
    Good luck

  • Unable to pair Remote with iTunes

Hi, I am unable to pair Remote app to iTunes via both Home Sharing and Add an iTunes Library (via passcode).
I am using Remote version 4.0 (748) on iOS 7.0.4 on iPhone 5s and iTunes version 11.1.3.8 on Windows 8.
Both my iPhone and my Windows computer are connected to the same home network via wifi. I have signed in to the same account (the one used to access iCloud and App Store downloads) on my iPhone's Remote app as the one I used to sign in to iTunes' Home Sharing on Windows.
I have read this support article: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12357. I can neither find the "Remote button" on iTunes on Windows that allows me to type the 4 digit passcode, nor get the link established via signing in to home sharing. I have also taken a conscious effort to allow both inbound and outbound traffic on TCP port 3689 and UDP port 5353.
I have attached some screenshots for clarity:
    Thank you.

I have the exact same problem. Have you found a solution?

  • Unable to pair ipad 3 and apple wireless keyboard

I own an Ipad 3 but am unable to pair it with my apple wireless keyboard. I bought it in Sept 2012 same day with keyboard. Both paired without issues daily. Once I downloaded the recent ios 6 update i've been unable to connect my keyboard with my ipad. The apple keyboard still pairs with my macbook pro and my iphone 4.

    Lrlandés-
I never tried my function keys before, but most are working under iOS 4.3.5.  I get no response for F3, F4, F5 or F6.  I suspect those may be App-specific.
What model keyboard is yours?  Mine is MC184LL/A, according to the box it came in.

  • Pairing problems since new iPhone software download

Downloaded the new software onto my iPhone yesterday, but in order for the software to work correctly it had to restore everything on my phone to its original factory settings. Since then, I've been unable to pair my Bluetooth headset with the iPhone. I have a Bang & Olufsen headset. I've tried every trick in the book, but the iPhone will not "discover" my headset. Suggestions from any one would be greatly appreciated. Thanks/scott

Yes! Finally figured out the concept of pushing in my headset switch and holding it down until the light flashed red and then green. Once that happened I was able to pair the head set with the iPhone. Thanks for your response.

  • Just bought a pair of Beats earphones

I would also appreciate help, I just bought a pair of Beats earphones, they work perfectly on my iphone but in the z10 the command incorporated in the wire does not work properly and the left earphone is the only one working. it is desapointing, specially because I cannot just change earphones and they are expensive.
Thanks a lot for ur kind help.

    Hey presidencia2000,
Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
    Thanks for the question.
I would suggest trying a different pair of headphones in the BlackBerry Z10.  if the issue still persists, then I suggest contacting your network service provider for repair/exchange options.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
    Cheers.

  • Pairing error due to iPhone fullness

When attempting to sync and update a chock-a-block full iPhone 3GS (literally 0 free storage), iTunes came up with a bizarre error :
Unable to create pairing record for this iPhone.
I say bizarre, because logic and good programming etiquette dictates that the error should simply have said
"No free storage on the iPhone. Remove some data and reconnect".
Why? Because that's what fixed the problem!
If you do see this type of error, and you've also noticed other, bizarre symptoms on your iPhone, such as intermittently not receiving SMS messages (but you can still make and take phone calls), the first thing to try is to check your storage, and if possible, remove some stuff. In my case (it wasn't my iPhone, so I had no idea until it was too late), I tried deleting songs, but that's impossible without syncing with iTunes first - a perfect catch-22! Luckily, I was able to delete some photographs and photostream images, and that fixed the proble
I hope this helps anyone else in a similar situation.
I should also note that the default troubleshooting steps initiated by following the iTunes "Online support" link in the help menu didn't redirect here - instead, it directed me to another support portal, where the problem I described ("iPhone pairing record") had no (zero) results. Unlike here, where there's a huge amount of quite helpful information! Perhaps this might make its way back to the Apple programmers and help to avoid similar situations in the future. (If there's a legitimate way of submitting this kind of info to Apple, please do let me know!)
    Cheers!

    Thank you Richard,
will feed back my findings. I'm having all sorts of weird things happening to my devices at present (all sorts of recovery and restore from iTunes to wifi done since the 18Th of September and 2014). If I change location settings, settings window closes down, I get kicked out of iTunes and iCloud too. Under settings; diagnostic and usage... X5 crash logs. This happens even when I setup my devices As new...
    Thank you for the reply

According to Technical Note TN2348, provided you're using a device running iOS 8, migrating to iCloud Drive shouldn't prevent your applications from accessing files that were stored in iCloud before you migrated, even if they don't support iCloud Drive. It would therefore seem the blame for causing this problem lies with Apple.
I suspect your files still exist in iCloud, but have been rendered inaccessible due to a bug in the iCloud Drive migration procedure. Do you have a computer on which you can install the beta version of OS X Yosemite or iCloud for Windows (which both support iCloud Drive)? If so, then you could search for and hopefully recover the missing files.

  • Unable to pair plantronics backbeat go 2 to iPad nano

Unable to pair plantronics backbeat go 2 to iPad nano

I have a back beat also and was having the same problem with my ipad. I found that if you hold down the call button and volume key it seems to reset the back beat to factory setting. Once you do that then hold down the call button by itself  until the blue red light flashes for pairing. It should then show show up in your Bluetooth devices. Hope this helps.

  • Unable to use iCloud on my iPhone 4S

I'm unable to use iCloud on my iPhone 4S.  I click on Settings, Scroll to iCloud, Click on iCloud, and then it prompts me to enter my Apple ID and Password.  After I do I click on Sign in and it says User name or password is incorrect and I know they're not.  I try signing in with the same Apple ID and Password and I have no problem signing in.  I don't know what's going on.  Can someone please help??

You need an Internet connection to use Facetime. As not all carriers support Facetime you may need a WiFi connection.
