Unable to print after update

Immediately after updating my HP decided it didn't know it had paper anymore. I'm going to try the fix listed on MaxFixIt. It refers to "Input Managers" and re-installing the combo update.

And BTW, for any others in the same boat, I did not have any hacks installed, nor HiJack, nor any other obscure (to me at least) programs, plugins, etc. I've seen several posts and threads by now that all sound really similar or are exact matches to my situation, and all the removes, uninstalls, reinstalls, archives, erase & installs w/o security updates in the world did not solve the problem. Using the Epson was my only solution until HP can tell me why my printer carriage slams so hard it can jump off of the table. Good Luck to all of you!

I am a realtor working from home and inorder to use the forms it required I update to IE9 and I think java, this is the link. http://www.car.org/tools/zipform6/ After doing so my printer does not work. I tried to go on line and reinstall from a link on line but it did not work. I don't know what to delete and what to add and how to get the " HP sSolution center" to work again. the printer was already poor performance from day one. Always having to unplug and restart and the black ink always runs out too quick. but right now my concern is just being able to print and scan. I am in the middle of a deal and can not communicate with all parties effectively. please help

Adobe wont print after update 9

Can't print after updating to Adobe reader 9. Using a B&W multi "old girl" Lanier 5235 and I tried uninstalling Adobe and reinstalling without help. I can print a PDF file via Preview and I csan print word files via word etc. etc using the diff. cases in the printer, but Adobe just wont print after update. Any good ideas from you guys?

Quite sure its Snow Leopard that made it impossible for me to get to the diff. trays. And this link (http://support.apple.com/downloads/LanierPrinter_Drivers_for_Mac_OS_X_v106) is the only one that doesnt work . Furthermore I asked Lanier if they knew about it, but they didnt seem to have a clue... a bit funny I think... also frustrating though

connect phone to iTunes, click OK on any of the error boxes that come up. Then with your iphone still connected to iTunes, hold down the home button and press the lock button and count to ten, then let your finger off the lock button whilst keeping your other finger on the home button for a further 10 seconds. Your phone will then go into restore mode, a message should then pop up on iTunes asking if you want to restore and update - click yes. I followed the procedures and my phone is now running perfect with ios 6.0.

It is very difficult to offer troubleshooting suggestions when the "os version" you are using is unknown as each os has their own troubleshooting solutions.

Your iPhone was "unofficially" unlocked by some means to work with a different carrier. Now that you have updated it has relocked to the original carrier. If you do not know who the original carrier was you will need to call AppleCare and give them the model and serial number of your iPhone. Then you will need to contact that carrier to see if they have a process to unlock the phone and if you qualify.

Try re-adding your printer in System Preferences/Print & Fax. Not sure what type of printer you have, but if it was old and relying on an Appletalk connection, Snow Leopard dropped that support.

I don't know if this will work with you, but just give it a try.
Go to System Preferences in the Apple menu upper left on your display. Choose Printers. You should get a window with your printer in the left column. Highlight your printer that doesn't respond. Press the "—" button on lower left edge of this window, thus removing the printer from your list. Then, press the "+" button, and choose your recently removed printer in the list. If necessary, choose the appropriate driver in the right window. This should do it, at least for me it worked.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. Unable to print after adobe update

Program says "printer must be installed before printing pdf" but printer is installed, updatd and working properly with other programs. I did a system restore (windows XP) and was able to print pef but as soon as update re-installed I was unable to print. Obvious solution is to system retore again and NOT update adobe but is there a better fix?

I found that Adobe has released an update to Acrobat 9.4.2 for the Print Issue in the form of an EXE. I applied the fix on my system, and it seems to have fixed it.

I receive pop-up notices to install new Adobe Acrobat Reader software upgrades. I have installed the software upgrades and then my HP PhotoSmart Plus printer was unoperational. I deleted the Adobe software upgrades and my HP PhotoSmart Plus printer began to operate. I contacted HP technical support and was told there is no compatibility issues between Adobe Acrobat Reader and HP All-in-One Products. It might be a problem with the specific Adobe software upgrades. HP requested that I contact Adobe support for problem resolution. Has this problem ever happened to you? Any problem resolutions would be appreciated.

Unable to connect after Update to 7.4.1.

I use the Airport express for Airtunes (music from PC to tuner).
Worked fine b4 update.
No after update i have the following error.
I can reach the Airport by using the LAN cable.
Setting up the Airport works.
Using the airport via the LAN cable works.
Then i take out the cable. switching to WIFI.
Airports connects to wireless router.
Green light is on.
Got an IP adress and and if I start the airport configurator i see the Airport.
but when I push NEXT i got the following error:
No connection to wireless please check wireless network ERROR CODE 6753.
Itunes sees the Airport. But cant connect.
Opening the router i see Airport MAC and IP.
Please help me, i worked all day to solve this..

I can not print to my Epson printer after installing the new Quicktime upgrade on my PowerBook G4 (1.67 GHz, OS X Version 10.4.11). I have re-installed the driver from Epson (several times), and have safe booted and reset my permissions but it will not print. My printer is a Epson Stylus Photo R1800. When I print, it just gives me this message... "Looking for Printer 'EPSON Stylus Photo R1800' "
