Unable to print document

I am trying to print a document sent to me. When I attempt to print the document I get an error message indicating the document could not print. When I close that box I get a second box indicating "There were no pages selected to print." I have tried All, current page and several combinations of 1-10 to no avail. Any suggestions?

Im unable to print documents using Adobe.
Ive uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Reader 3 times, since last week.
I can open the document, and select print. I get the 'progressing' popup, then I get an Adobe pop-up that says 'The document could not be printed' Then I click ok, then I get another that says 'There were no pages selected to print'
Ive checked for updates in Adobe, Ive turned anti-virus off while reinstalling, Ive reinstalled printer drivers. Still cant print.
Im able to print from another computer.
Does anyone have any suggestions? As this is a work computer and I need to print work requests often.

Please try the steps provided in the link mentioned below:

This can happen in following scenarios.
1) if the connection to the printer you are trying to print to is not established.
2) if the PDF is badly made or does not confirm to pdf standards.
3) if you are printing to a plotter then the workaround is to uncheck the auto-rotate setting in plotter preferences directly.
If still you experience the same issue, then provide us some more details like:
1. OS you are using?
2. Are you able to print with the other applications on your system?
3. Is the issue file specific or with all pdf's on your computer?
4. Printer model you are using?
5. Were you facing similar issues with the previous versions of Reader?

Is it just your converted files that you're unable to print? What happens when you try? And, what are you printing to (printer, operating system)? Do you get an error message when you try to print? If you're unable to print several types of files from different apps, then the issue sounds like it may be more related to your printer/print setup.
But let us know a bit more about what's going on, and we'll try to get to the heart of the issue.

I'm trying to print the invoice from EA60 but i am getting the following error:
Payment medium ID * in company code 0110, country E does not exist
Diagnosis
You tried to create form IS_U_BILL with an attached payment medium with ID *. However, the specifications for company code 0110 and the country to which the company code is assigned have not been maintained for this ID.
System Response
Form IS_U_BILL was not created.
Procedure
Maintain the settings for the payment medium in Customizing.
If you do not need payment media in your system, you should deactivate the PAYMO level in the application form.
I have been told that i might need to deactivate PAYMO from EFRM before proceeding further,please let me know if any other configuration needs to be changed.

Additionally :
Check whether the Country is maintained against payment medium format at IMG > Financial Accounting (New) > Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable > Program Enhacements > Define Payment Medium Formats.
Having said this, the key line is "If you do not need payment media in your system, you should deactivate the PAYMO level in the application form."

You see, this is what happens when the question doesn't have sufficient information to provide an intelligent answer. You're saying "i am unable to print document", but what document? From where? What have you already tried to resolve this yourself (maybe try another FM?)? And what is the actual question?
Simply by looking at the FM description I gather it has something to do with DMS. If you go to Google and type in 'DMS print document site:scn.sap.com' there are 1000+ hits. Are none of them helpful?
Going forward, kindly refer to this blog and this one before posting a question.

You can still print wirelessly using a software print server like Printopia installed on your Mac or PC. Necessarily though, this means you need to have your computer running on the same wireless network as the printer:

Suddenly I'm unable to print any pdf to any of my 3 printers. Running Windows 8.1. I did have Acrobat 11 installed. When i would try to print I receive the message "unable to print document". When I click OK i then get a new message stating "no pages were selected to print". Juanrva is correct, the kb document is of absoltuely no help. I already found the link to the KB document and performed all those suggestions. Actually, I'm a bit disappointed that I'm referred back to a troubleshooting link that I was already referred to! All of my drivers are up to date and, like Juanrva, I, too, can print from any other software or program. My issue, though, developed 2 days ago with XI. When I couldn't find a way to fix it, I uninstalled XI with the intention of reinstalling it but DC was the only install option. After installing DC i tried to print again with the same results. I then tried to print as an image and that doesn't work either. I'm tempted to say that I'd like to go back to XI but I don't think that's a good solution. There was no warning, I could print from Xi on Wednesday at 7:44 PM but could not at 8:15 PM. I didn't upload or download anything, did not install anything new and my security and anti-virus program indicates there has been no suspicious activity. In the meantime, I have people sending me PDF's daily, all of which I need to print but cannot.

PDF: Unable to print a document as PDF from APEX when using the BI Publishe

From an APEX application, I am unable to print a document in a PDF format when using the Oracle BI Publisher.\
Here is the configuration:
1) Server A is W2K3 and hosts the Oracle BI Publisher server, with IP address ip01.
2) Server B is a OEL5.2 and hosts the database server of the APEX application, with IP address ip02.
3) Machine C is a W7 desktop from which through an URL both the APEX applicationn and the BI server are accessed, with IP address ip03.
4) The APEX application is configured with the following to use the Oracle BI Publisher:
- Printer server: Advanced (requires Oracle BI Publisher)
- Printer server protocol: HTTP
- Printer server host address: ip01
- Printer server port: 9704
- Printer server script: /xmlpserver/convert
- Network services are enabled (at least I did get any warning/error message)
From C, I access the the APEX application through its URL, if I try to download a page by selecting PDF in the download section of the interative report section for that page, I am unable to open if and get the error:
<file>. pdf file can not be opened because the file type is not supported or because it is damaged (because, for example as an e-mail attachment is not sent and correctly decoded)
Yet, still from C, I am able to open any other PDF document.
The same way, still from C, acessing the APEX application through its URL, I have a query report defined with a PDF output format. Then, when I test the report (Test Report in the Report query) for that query, I get the error:
ORA-20001: The printing engine could not be reached because either the URL specified is incorrect or a proxy URL needs to be specified.
At first sight this could be a wong entry in the priinter configuration for APEX. But with this address, through the URL I can log in to the Oracle BI Publisher server.
Does someone has an idea what the problem could be?

Why do you say your MBA won't support it? MP Navigator for OS X 8 and the MP530 is available here.

Unable to print multiple copies of documents on Win7 machine with Office 2010

Since upgrading to Windows 7, I have been unable to print multiple copies of documents in any MS Office 2007, 2010, Word Pad or Adobe Reader 9. I also experience the same problem if I print from Word Pad. The issue appears to be associated with the Collate Option in the Print Dialog box. If the Collate box is checked, I only get one copy of the document. If I uncheck the Collate box I get as many copies as I choose. The problem is that with the Collate box unchecked, I have to collate multiple copies by hand, and with 10 – 20 copies of multi-page documents that can be quite a chore.
The ironic thing is that MS Visio 2003, on the same machine, prints and collates as many copies as I choose, with the Collate box checked.
I can print multiple copies of Word 2003 documents from my wife’s Win XP machine to the same printer, but not from my Win 7 machine with Office 2010.
My printer is an HP LaserJet 1320nw and I have downloaded and installed the latest printer drivers from the HP Web site.
Has anyone experienced this problem, and if so, are you aware of a solution other than unchecking the Collate box?

I have the same issues with my LJ1320. I have Office 2010 and Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. However, my printing problem is more widespread since I have been unsuccessful at printing multiple copies of all types of documents, not just from Office 2010. For example, I have the same problem trying to print multiple copies from Internet Explorer.
I also have other problems printing from Office 2010 that you may not have discovered yet. I cannot print Excel spreadsheet grid lines from Office 2010 if those documents were originally created in an earlier version of Office. I tried saving them as Office 2010 documents and also using compatibility mode but nothing worked. These same documents print fine on the same printer from my laptop which uses Windows Vista and Office 2007. Also Excel spreadsheets originated in Office 2010 print nicely.
Looks like HP has a few bugs in their printer drivers.
I note that HP released a new Universal Print Driver for Windows PCL5x64 on Feb 18, 2011 (Version 5.2.6). Have you tried it yet?
