Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430

  • Is it possible to print larger than 4x6 from ipad with airprint?

Is it possible to print photos lrger than 4x6 from ipad with airprint?

    Suzie-
It apparently depends on both the Photos program and which printer you have.  My HP D110 only does 4X6, regardless of the paper size.  Others can sense the paper size and adjust automatically.
I suggest you download the free iPad App, HP iPrint Photo.  If it works with your printer, it has the capability of specifying paper size, and lets you change image size and orientation using two fingers.  Some of the other printing Apps like Print n Share can do that, but are not free.

  • How can I print from my iPad using AirPrint?

I have an HP6500 printer connected to an Ethernet port of my wifi router. How can I print from my iPad using AirPrint?

Your printer may not support Airprint.  Attached is a how to from Apple for Airprint.  If you click on the link for HP supported printers, the HP 6500A is listed, not the HP 6500.

  • Why am I unable to print email on HP ENVY?

Why am I unable to print email on HP ENVY?

The HP Envy is a notebook if I am not mistaken..not a printer or iPad.
Are you having trouble with an AirPrint printer? If so, what kind of printer is it?

  • Why am I unable to print ....

My iPad can connect to the web through my wireless router without my computer being awake ...   Why am I unable to print to my wireless network printer without my computer being awake ?

Thanks for the article ...  Using FingerPrint will still require my computer to be awake because it will serve as a print server.  That i's what I want to avoid ... leaving my computer awake.  All printing software for iOS requires to download a software to install on my computer that will be used as a printserver.
Will printing to an AirPrint or HP's ePrint printer require my computer to be awake ?  I have looked around for this answer but have not found any conclusive answer.

  • I'm Unable to print. Is there a set up page withiin the eprintcenter that I can access

I'm Unable  to  print  from  my  ipad to my  HP  eprinter.   Is  there  a  set up  page   withiin the  eprintcenter  that I   can  access to  check  the  status  of  my   print  jobs?

    Hello Cabby,
Are you wanting to use AirPrint or ePrint?
HP ePrint : ePrint is a free service from HP that allows you to print from your email-capable device to your Web-connected printer, anytime, from any location, over the Internet. It is as simple as sending an email to the email address assigned to your product when you set up the ePrint service.
Apple AirPrint : Apple’s AirPrint uses your local wireless network to print directly from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a local HP product. Any Apple product using Apple iOS 4.2 and above is compatible with Apple AirPrint.
Can you advise what kind of printer you have?
    Thanks

  • Photosmart c410 unable to print with Mavericks 10.9.3

up until the latest Mac OS X update (10.9.3 out May 25th 2014), i was able to print (wireless) without incedent. But since that update, i've been unable to print to that printer.  My wife's HP laptop (running windows 8.1) prints fine to the printer (HP Photosmart c410).  My Macbook Air recognizes the printer and connects without problem but when i go to print, the printer shows "printing...printer in use" but does not awaken the printer.
i have no issue printing to my Epson Artisan 810 so suspect the problem lies with a specific driver issue between 10.9.3 and the HP PS c410.  any ideas? (i've deleated and re-added the printer but no change).

    Hi Zedman435,
Only having the AirPrint driver tells me that there is something missing. Please complete the steps below.
    Reset Printing System
Click the Apple icon (   ), and then click System Preferences.
In the Hardware section, click Print & Fax/Scan. The Print & Fax/Scan  dialog box opens.
Right-click (or  Ctrl  +click) in the left panel, and then click Reset printing system…
    Click OKto confirm the reset.
Type the correct Name and Password.
Click OK to reset the printing system. The Print & Fax dialog box shows no printer selected
Note: This will remove all printers in the print and Fax/Scan, any printer removed can be re-added later by clicking the plus (+) symbol.
    Repair Disk Permissions
On the Dock, click Applications, and then click Utilities.
    Double-clickDisk Utility.
Highlight your hard drive/partition on the left (by default this is "Macintosh HD").
Click the Repair Disk Permissions button at the bottom of the window.
Once the repair is complete, restart the computer and download and install the HP Printer Drivers for OS X.
Now when you add the printer, you should have the HP driver to choose, do not select the AirPrint driver.
Select Add other Printer or Scanner
Select the printer you are adding and next to 'Use' you can the printer driver
Please let me know how this works out. Thanks.

    Hi ,
I've recently purchased HP Officejet Pro 8610 and unable to print from windows.
    I am running 64bit Windows 8.1
I can print from Web via email
I can print using the HP AiO Remote app in windows. This doesnt have full functionality and is also inconvenient if I am working on documents and I want to print.
    I have tried the following:
    - Uninstalling and reinstalling from CD provided with printer
    - Using the HP printer troubleshooter assistant, no success
    - Downloading the software direct from HP website
    - Updating the firmware using OJP8610_R1416A.exe
-Changing the port to the network port (in this case it is 192.168.0.200, it responds to a ping, also set the printer to have a static ip)
This is the error message that i get when i try to print a test page when i choose printer properties in the control panel

  • Unable to print multiple line items in Z-SAP SCRIPT

    Hi ALL,
We have a scenario where in we are calling the Driver program (RFKORD50) for Document Extract(F.64), Where in we have attached the Z-Script to the program(RFKORD50),
    Unable to print multiple items.
    1) Checked with all the elements in STD program for printing multiple items in main window but unable to get all the items we are able to fetch only 1 item .
    (&BSEG-BUZEI&,,     &BSEG-SGTXT&,,,,&BSEG-DMBTR&)
    2) I have also tried with external subroutine but it also didnot work.it is fetching the latest value.
Ex: if we have 3 items say 1,2,3 first 2 items are not getting fetched it is taking 3rd item and printing it straight away(Problem is it is not going to script for fetching the first item).
see the perform which i have used
/: PERFORM ITEMS IN PROGRAM ZTFI_ZNV20296
    /:USING &BSEG-BUKRS&
    /:USING &BKPF-BELNR&
    /:USING &BSEG-GJAHR&
    /:CHANGING &V_BUZEI&
    /:CHANGING &V_SGTXT&
    /:CHANGING &V_DMBTR&
    /: ENDPERFORM
    IL  &V_BUZEI&,,     &V_SGTXT&,,,,&V_DMBTR&
Please suggest me whetther we can call write_form from external subroutine. or is there any loop commands in SAP SCRIPT Form.
    Regards,
    Jana

    Hi!
The LOOP is always within the printer program. In this case also.
Just check out the RFKORI35 include, the LOOP begins in the 215th line (in 4.6C).
    SORT HBSEG BY BUKRS SORTP1 SORTP2 SORTP3 SORTP4 SORTP5
                          BELNR GJAHR BUZEI.
            LOOP AT HBSEG.
    *         WHERE BUKRS = SAVE_BUKRS.
              SAVE_BUKRS  = HBSEG-BUKRS.
              IF  ( HBSEG-KUNNR = SAVE_KUNNR
AND   NOT SAVE_KUNNR IS INITIAL )
              OR  ( HBSEG-LIFNR = SAVE_LIFNR
AND   NOT SAVE_LIFNR IS INITIAL ).
                CLEAR RF140-ELEMENT.
                RF140-ELEMENT = '521'.
                CALL FUNCTION 'WRITE_FORM'
                         EXPORTING  WINDOW    = 'MAIN'
                                    ELEMENT   = '521'
                         EXCEPTIONS WINDOW    = 1
                                    ELEMENT   = 2.
You might try out to write your code within the 521 elemnt in the sapscript.

  • I am unable to print color photos from i photo using a Brother Printer

I am unable to print color photos from i photo using a Brother MFC-6490CW all in one.  The photos appear to be in grayscale.  I have checked the printer settings, but for some reason I am not able to access the color management on my printer from printer set up.  It only gives me the standard option.  I have spent hours checking Bother's website and Apple's and I am not able to come up with a valid answer.  I know that the color print works.  If I print something from the internet of from outlook it will print in color.  I know all of my cartridges are in working order, I have cleaned the print head on my Brother, but I am still not able to print photos in color!!!
What puzzles me the most is why I am unable to really access the color management menu on my printer?  It just does not come up.  I have the option from paper handling to print photos, but this has nothing to do with the quality.  I have also tried printing the photo from an Adobe PDF file and I still have the same problem.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?  Thank you.

In the Print dialogue box click on the little triangle to the right of the name of the printer. That will expand the dialogue box.
