Scan and photocopy are working fine.HP print and scan doctor shows everthing is fine but I am unable to print test document.

How to perform a clean boot in Windows.Disable any Antivirus programs. Disable Antivirus software.Disable any firewall programs. Turn Windows Firewall on or off.Create a new user account. Managing User Accounts and Logins (Windows 7).Reinstall using the Full Feature Software And Drivers. (Wait for the software to tell you to plug in the USB printer cable.) Why can't I print from illustrator? I don't have a problem from other apps. just illustrator. I downloaded new drivers for both of my printers an HP Deskjet D1600 and an Epson Stylus Photo 1400. Anyone know of a fix? This first happened when I upgraded to OS X Mavericks. I got a fix and everything worked. HT4356 unable to print from my ipad mini

unable to print from ipad1 or ipad mini. tried all suggestions in support. This problem has been highlighted before is there a a problem with an software upgrade. I have hp 5510 that works fine fromPC.

I rebooted my BT router, Switched printer off and on, Checked printer on same wifi as router. closed ipad wifi to forget this network and reselected.
Printer worked OK on my ipad1 up until a few months ago it has never worked on my new ipad mini. works from my PC.

One thing to slow it down: low ink. Please check ink cartridges and replace if required.

I am using reader 11.0.10.32 in Win7 Professional 64 bit. I am unable to print from Reader. After selecting print all pages, the progress bar goes through the proper page count. After that a pop up window appears with the message: The document could not be printed. After pressing the OK button that pop up closes and the next pop up window appears with the message: There were no pages selected to print. After pressing the OK button, the pop up closes and the pdf document is still visible in Reader.
I can print from other programs to that printer. I can print from Reader to other printers.
I was able to print to all printers before. I uninstalled Reader and reinstalled it from the Adobe web site.
Any suggestions to make it print?

I downloaded OpenOffice and am able to print documents (in particular, the same document I created in MS Word). I guess MS Word is to blame. I believe the issue is concluded, but I'd welcome any comments about the Active Directory, as I might have a problem
with OpenOffice in the future regarding that.

Users are unable to print from Adobe Reader X

Hi,
Multiple users in our environment report that they are unable to print from Adobe Reader X. They receive the following error messages (translated from Dutch) Document cannot be printed. There are no pages selected.
We are using Reader version 10.1.3
What we have tried to resolve the issue (without any positive results):
- Repair the installation of Adobe Reader.
- Update Adobe Reader to the latest version for Vista (x86) (10.1.7)
- Created new user profile for the affected users.
The documents can be printed without any errors from Foxit Reader.
At the moment we use the following workaround:
Open the document in Internet Explorer, and then print the document from there.
Does anyone have any idea how we can resolve this?

I'm sorry to hear that you were having the same problem under 9.5. I had recently updated to Adobe Reader 10 under Windows 7 and yesterday my "default printer" simply disappeared from the options on my control panel. I re-installed my printer, but today whenever I would open a PDF document and try to print it, the document would simply close with no further ado. After a bit of trial and error, I ended up uninstalling Adobe Reader 10 and going back to Adobe Reader 9.5. Now everything is working just fine.

I fixed it! After searching I found a workaround:
The following workaround can be applied to get these older versions of Illustrator and InDesign to print on this newer operating system. Remove the following files and back them up:

Unable to print from my window vista 32 bit laptop to HP deskjet ink advantage 1515

I have window 32 bit vista system. I installed my new HP deskjet ink advantage 1515 , but I am not able to print. I tried install and uninstall many times, run HP Print and scan doctor. No problem reported in installation but failed to print.

I see you're running into print issues. I would like to help.
Do you recieve any sort of error messages?
I would suggest Uninstalling the Printer Software.
Once it is uninstalled, I would suggest putting your system into clean boot mode within the Microsoft configuration. You can do so by following this document: How to perform a clean boot in Windows.
Once the computer is in clean boot mode, I would suggest reinstalling the HP Deskjet 1510 e-All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers.
