I sent text to my wireless printer and there has been no receipt of it or any printing. This is from my laptop. HP Photosmart Premium using windows xp home

When it askes for DNS information, enter in Google's DNS. Preferred DNS = 8.8.8.8 Alt DNS = 8.8.4.4
Once you set the static IP, make sure to turn the printer off and back on. This will let the printer re-establish a stable network connection. If that does not work, let me know.

Since installing the latest version of itunes (11.1.5.5) whenever I have either mine or my wife's iphones (4 and 5c, both with the latest 7.1.1) turned on and I start iTunes, I receive the error message saying that itunes was unable to load data class info from sync services. try again later.
If I leave the phones turned off and open iTunes, I am able to sync my old ipod so it appears to be an issue with the software on the phones?
I'm just not sure where to start. I've made sure that itunes has the latest version and no more updates are available.

Go to appleid.apple.com and try to login there. If unsuccessful, there is a link to change your password.

Please change the browser and sign in, once you are signed in then it should not change the country itself.
Remember to choose your region from the left bottom of the screen.

MacBook Pro won't recognize Canon MP800, even after reloading print drivers

Time Warner Cable updated servers. We had to update the DNS address for the MacBook Pro to maintain internet access. After doing this MacBook Pro doesn't recognize the Canon MP800 printer - shows no print drivers for Canon IJ Network , even after reinstalling printer software and downloading print drivers from Canon website - MPNavigator 2.0 keeps saying print driver has not installed. The MacBook is wirelessly networked with the printer and an EMac. We haven't updated the DNS address for the EMac because it still recognizes the printer and prints; however, we now don't have internet access with EMac as a result.

If printing wirelessly check your printer sharing settings - System Preferences/Sharing
If printer is connected directly to your computer, check your printer connections, read the troubleshooting section in your printer manual and check the printer manufacturer website for drivers you may need to update.

The iphone is not storage/backup device.
The sync is one way - computer to iphone.
The only exception is itunes purchases. File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
You should copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.

If you do not have, or remember, the passcode for Restrictions, the only option available to you is to reset the device to factory settings via itunes.
