Unable to publish to Youtube

I am using Adobe Captivate7 demo version and published 1 video to Youtube.
I have 2 more videos to publish but it always prompts incorrect username and password though I am able to login to Youtube and other google accounts using same username and password.
please help.

Can you try a different youtube account on a blank new project, check if that works?
Could you also try recreating Captivate 7 preferences, here are the steps:
Close Captivate
Go to this location on Windows 7: C:\Users\[user name]\AppData (hidden folder)\Local\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 7 folder
Rename the Captivate 7 folder to Captivate 7 old
Launch Captivate.
Then create a blank neww project and publish that to youtube.
P.S.: Recreating Preferences will reset all the settings and customizations to defaults, however it won't make any change in your project.

I have followed the instructions for sharing but I am unable to publish 3 minute video (and it is not in HD). What am I missing? I also cannot seem to compress it enough to send as an attachment in an email. Any suggestions?

Export it in the size you wish and then, after you have the .mov file, you can easily upload it to Youtube. I can't imagine a 3 minute video that would be too large for Youtube to accept. Sometimes, iMovie (as well as iPhoto) seems to have problems "sharing" to other applications. I don't even try anymore. It is almost as easy to export the video and then upload it where ever you wish.

Unable to login into YouTube

I want to publish my video to YouTube. When I select the publish to YouTube option it doesnt give me the option to capture my youtube account details. It just opens and closes windows with in seconds and nothing happens.

This is a long shot, but can you tell us what language version of Captivate or Windows are you using? Is it English or another language?
There is a known issue with being unable to publish to Youtube if the Captivate install directory name contains Unicode characters, which is the case for some language versions.
Also, are you definitely using Run As Administrator to launch Captivate?

IMovie 11 error when publishing to Youtube

Get the following error when attempting ro publish to Youtube.
"Unable to prepare project for publishing. The project could not be prepared for publishing because an error occurred. (-50)"
I have 71 Gb available from 500 GB (14%). I have also made sure all folders in the "Movie" folder have permissions set to Read/Write and verified and repaired my HDD.
I just upgraded to iMovie 11 in hopes the problem would correct itself, but it did not.
Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you are using the right password for YouTube. A few months back, they had everyone link their YouTube account to a Google account. If so, you may need to use the YouTube username, but the Google account password.
Try going to the YouTube web page and uploading it there. The same password should work.

using safari browser did get my into my channel few days back,some videos were opening ok some not,
now I cant even open youtube w Safari

this IPAD couple months ago!

Can you tell me the Operating System and Captivate version you are using?
Also can you confirm if you are getting this issue will this one project or all the projects? Try to copy paste this project on a new blank project and then try to publish.

I'm able to build by application but when Starting the Webligic server (10.3.6) Im getting error message(no exception in eclipse Error log):
+Unable to publish to server 'Oracle WebLogic Server 11gR1 (10.3.6) at localhost [MyDomain]'. Open or remove the following closed or inaccessible projects and re-execute the operation: MyProject+
But, I'm able to run the application without issues.
Any ideas?
I tried deleting and re-creating the project.. no luck

It might be worth to try following steps to refresh/synchronize project files.
* Refresh all projects, perform clean & re-build
* alternatively, you can also try to close the project(s) and re-open

It may not be your computer telling you this, it is probably the company providing the shows to you over the Internet. If that is the case, no setting on your computer can change it because the media company is going by your network address (IP address), which is where your Internet modem (cable or DSL) connects to the outside Internet. If the location of your Internet connection appears to be outside the US (even if it is mistake), media companies that distribute shows under contracts with geographical restrictions may lock you out.
If you use a service like a VPN service, you may have the ability to use IP addresses from other countries so that you can appear to be connecting from there. But it takes some setting up.

Presenter 7.07 error. "Adobe Presenter is unable to publish this presentation...."

I am getting the following error for only one presentation out of perhaps 200 that my team and I have published in the last 3 years. "Adobe Presenter is unable to publish this presentation. Please check that you have enough disk space and you have appropriate permissions for the destination folder.'
1. Plenty of disk space
2. Correct permissions
3. Can publish other presentations in that same folder.
4. Running Windows 7. As mentioned, have had no other problems with this for past and current presentation publication. Just this one file.
5. We have copied and pasted from this file into a clean file. No avail.
6. We have had two people try to publish it from different computers and have gotten the same error so it isn't a Windows profile issue.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I just had the same problem after adding a long description in the SCORM settings. Try shortening your description, title, or Identifier on the reporting tab under Manage for Quiz. This fixed two different files that we were having issues with.

Experience manager issue - unable to publish on authoring dgraph

I am getting an exception on XM that it is unable to publish on Authoring dgraph. PFB description of the error. I have done an export and import of the configurations but it is still showing the error. Also, my cartridges in the import folder are not getting updated on XM. On loading the error popup says "Experience Manager does not appear to be configured for this application." Please help!

Unable to publish/export to word 2011 for Mac with Captivate 5

Although it seems most of the previous posts were from previous years, i am still experiencing this issue with being unable to publish to word or export captions to word. I receive the same errors that other users report asking me to make sure Word is installed, which it is. I saw something about a hotfix, but didn't see a link. What do i need to do to resolve this issue?

Just upgraded to 5.5 and am still experiencing the same issue with publishing to Word 2011 for MAC from Captivate. Can anyone help resolve this issue? This is functionality that i really need to use...of course...today!!

IMovie won't publish to YouTube

I've tried publishing this project 2 times now...it takes about 2 hours to actually publish, but after the progress bar has filled, nothing happens. I've uploaded several times before and it usually tells me that it has published to youtube but may take some time before it's there kind of message, and then it gives me a button to go view it. But now I'm not getting that at all an it's extremely frustrating to wait 2 hours for it to not be published. The only thing I have seen as far as "solutions" is to export it to desktop and then use youtubes uploader. That isn't a solution, just a workaround. I don't want to do that because the export time is 6 Hours, which is ridiculous when the share option is there..and has worked in the past. Someone please help.

Audio problems when publishing to YouTube with Adobe Captivate 5.5

I was using Audacity to record audio, then importing the audio into Adobe Captivate 5.5. One I recorded earlier, before my computer was changed, but published into YouTube after it was changed published fine. But now, after doing recordings with Audacity and within Captivate itself, on different computers and everything, I am getting no sound when publishing to YouTube. It sounds fine in Captivate, but I get zilch sound in YouTube. I have tried different computers to record and listen to the video, different microphones, different audio levels, but to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

Publishing to YouTube Failed: The request timed out.

Why do I get "Publishing to YouTube Failed: The request timed out." when trying to load to YouTube. It doesn't happen all the time, just once in a while but it's been happening everytime for the past week!!
I am using the pre-set drop down feature - Share to YouTube.

Just trying the upload from the desktop: 'Uploading your video. 2616 minutes remaining.'
Am also doing another export using H264 to see if that is quicker. It's only 15mins of footage.
