Unable to purchase a specific movie collection

I am trying to purchase the 007 Bond - Bond 50 and it is failing. If I try in HD or SD it still fails. The error I get is:
"Could Not Purchase "Bond 50: The Complete 23 film Collection". The Network Connection was Lost"
"There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please Try Again Later"
This has been happening for days now, but I am able to purchase other movies.
Any ideas or similar problems. I am on the UK store.
P.S. This also happens on any devices I try from.

I have no idea where you're seeing this message, but one possibility is that someone else has access to your Apple ID and is trying to purchase that item. If nobody else is supposed to have access to your Apple ID, it may have been hacked. See:

My desktop has a videocard with a 1GB frame buffer, Windows 7 Ultimate, and three monitors connected via DVI or Displayport. I have an extensive iTunes HD movie collection. Now for some reason I am getting an error telling me that my hardware is not HDCP compliant, which couldn't be more false. I can still download HD movies to my laptop and transfer them to my desktop via Homeshare, and they play just fine. Something in the new release of iTunes is fishy... Anyone have any ideas?

i have booted back to 10.4.1 and itunes 7.4.2, then purchased a song and a movie just fine. they both play. then i booted back to 10.5.1 and 7.6 and i can now purchase anything but it will not stream or sync to my apple tv. this is the strange part. i cannot download tv shows that have been waiting for download! i have season passes and have been unable to download those programs for the past several days they are on hold. i have check for purchases selected. they will not download. i get the message itunes is temporarily unavailable. try again later. grrr.

How do I access my iCloud content? Specifically movies purchased in itunes. I have multiple Apple devices, one itunes account, one cloud...purchased upgraded storage. The iCloud page on Apple website states that movies purchased in itumes are automatically transferred to the cloud. I can't find the movies unless I sync my devices via a cord. I am interested in purchasing Apple TV but want to make sure I will be able to access movies purchased.

Movies are not stored in icloud. They are on the cloud - yes, but what Apple means, is that you can redownload the movies via the iTunes Store, where all movies are stored (the itunes cloud).

I am unable to purchase tv shows or movies via iTunes on iPhone 5 running iOS7. Can purchase songs, have plenty of space available on the device, and no issues purchasing tv shows or movies from iTunes using my computer. Has anyone else had this issue?

Unable to watch my rented movie on apple TV but it says ive rented it already

Hi can someone help me please ?
I have purchased a Rental in itunes 2days ago, this rental is on my PC and ready to watch, however I would like to watch it on my Apple TV.
To be clear, I have not started watching the movie on any other machine.
Since a recent upgrade of the software on my Apple TV, (and to be fair I havent used the rental facility for a while) I am unable to see my rented movie.
If I find the movie through top movies and try to rent it , it tells me I have already Rented it and am I sure I want to rent it again ? But its not there to watch on Apple TV
Can anyone advice please as its very frustrating. ?

Hi vazandrew, thanks for your help, Ive just checked, both home sharings ie Apple TV and itunes on my laptop, and they were both on , but for the heck of it, I turned them off and back on again. I still have the same problem.

ITunes movie collection and data fill for the "Get Info" section...

I am an avid iTunes (iTunes 8.2.1(6) for Mac) user. My iTunes Library is stored on an OWC Guardian Maximus Raid (1tb-1tb) connected via USB2.0 to my Intel iMac (2.26 C2D/ 2GB RAM/ 350GB HD/ 256K ATI Radion X1600). I have 3 Apple TV's that we use constantly to watch our movie collection in different locations throughout the house (Kids Playroom, Living Room, & Master Bedroom) using our 3rd Generation AirPort Extreme (Dual-Band).
Does anyone know of a service or program that can data fill all of the information in the "Get Info" sections especially for the movies? I have the titles and dvd cover photo on all of them just not any of the other information. The only ones that have any other information are the ones I purchased from the iTunes store. Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated.

Error code 5103 "Unable to Play" with rental movies! Please help!!

I have a PC with Windows 7. iTunes 10.5.2. I purchased 2 rental movies and have downloaded them a few times now. But when I press "Play" I get the error code 5103 - Unable to Play. This has been going on for 2 weeks.

All it says is to download the lasted vers in iTunes which I already have.
That's not true. It goes on to say:
"If you have the most recent version and are still unable to download your rental, you may be able to resolve your issue by removing the "SC Info" folder. To do so, follow these steps:"
... and then gives links to instructions on how to do so for your particular operating system. So best to proceed with the instructions for your operating system.

Not playing purchased music and movies...

My new iPod touch isn't playing some of my purchased music and movies. It will not play any movies at all. When I try, a pop up appears saying "This movie could not be played." And from what I've noticed all purchased music bought before 1/1/09, do not play. That's what I've noticed, however, I'm not 100% positive.

Unable to purchase apps

It wont let me purchase apps on my ipod touch. I try download or install an app and it doesnt do anything just says waiting and does nothing. The only way to clear it is to re start and when i do that i get an unable to purchase messgae. Is ther a fix to this problem available?

I have had so many problems with nokias, it just feels like it will be a bit hit and miss as to weather anything works.
I used an android for a little while and even the cheapest (t-mobile pulse mini) was so much smoother and more reliable.
Every time I needed help I found the fastest solution off other fraustrated nokia users, never off the company itself. Get an Android next time, the only thing nokia does well are small, cheap dumbphones.

We can use the free wifi wherever it is available but we cannot connect to the outside world when out of range. Is there anything else we can do?

Very very likely that tax is applicable and tax is more than $0.01. You need to add a payment method for the tax. If you add a credit card, the girft card balance will be used up first.
