Unable to purchase export pdf

I ltried to purchase the adobe export pdf for CHF27.00 seven times, and each time I log in, it refuses my password.  I have reset my password three times and logged in ok, but when I tried to purchase and had to log in again, it refuses me and tells me to log in with a new e-mail address which I do not have.  I only have one e-mail address.  Please help.

I'm sorry for all the trouble you're having logging in to Adobe.com. I think the fastest route to resolution is to have you contact Customer Care via phone or chat and have an agent take care of that for you. Here's the contact information:  Contact Customer Care

  • How to purchase Export PDF in France - how to overcome security on a PDF file

    I've been trying today to get subscribed to Adobe Export PDF, but since I live in France, it doesn't seem to be available for purchase.  I found a page in French where I was invited to subscribe, but it took me to the French Adobe Store, where this item does not seem to exist.
    However, I did reach a page where I was invited to try it out, which I did with a PDF page, really wanting to transfer it into a .csv file, but tried Microsoft Excel as the nearest available.  However, when it had tried to process this PDF file, I got the message that the security on the PDF document was such that I couldn't export anything from it.  I checked the security on the document and found, surprise, surprise, that yes, I couldn't export from it (or much else either). 
    So, is Adobe Export PDF supposed to override the security on the original documents, or do I have to have another (paid for) version of Adobe in order to use this facility?
    If it is supposed to override the security, how can I purchase, or otherwise access Export PDF in France?
    If the security settings continue to prevent any access, do I have to go to the original provider of the document to get them to change the security settings?
    Any help would be gratefully received.
    Perhaps someone can get on to Adobe in France to ask them to make their pages more logical?  i;e. don't invite people to buy something which apparently is not on sale here.  If it is, then please make it available on the store page.

    Unfortunately, our ExportPDF service is not yet available for purchase in France.  Update: Adobe ExportPDF is available in France. 
    As for any security settings applied to a file, you would have to contact the file's originator to obtain the document password and remove that password within Adobe Acrobat (separate program), or obtain an unsecured version of the file.  Our service will not allow you to circumvent any security settings that have been applied to a file.

    basically i have just purchased the export pdf for £16.99 off the app store, now im not sure how to log in and use it as my apple id and password isnt correct.

  • Unable to open exported PDF

    I am using Firefox on Linux (SimplyMEPIS), and Buzzword works
    fine. But when I export the document to PDF, there are a couple
    things:
    1. The name of the file is always Buzzword.pdf, regardless of
    the document title I defined when I saved it. This does not happen
    when I export to RTF (that takes the document title).
    2. I cannot open the exported PDF file. First I tried with
    KPDF, then installed the 'official' Adobe reader, Acroread. But it
    still says "There was an error opening this document. The file is
    damaged and could not be repaired". I've exported the document
    multiple times, same result. And when I export to RTF I am able to
    open it without a problem.

    Once you have a subscription to ExportPDF, you may access it on any computer since it's a web-based service.  It's important to note though that a single subscription to the ExportPDF service is for one individual to use.

    Click on the 'Export from PDF' on the right hand side and then click on 'Select Files'
    Select the pdf you wish to convert.
    And then select the export options -
    Click on 'Export' to convert the file into desired word format.
    In case you face any issues try from a different browser and check.

    Are you trying to log in to ExportPDF via Adobe Reader? If so, please try logging in via the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com. (We've seen the error you're describing occurring only in Adobe Reader.)

    I need help solving a subscription issue. I purchased Export Pdf and my credit card has been billed (almost 2 weeks ago). I have no access to program nor does it show up on my subscriptions in my account. I received no email confirmation. I cant find any contact with Adobe other than posting on a forum. How do I get my money back or at the very least how do I get the service I have been billed for?
