Unable to purchase skype credit via korea skype fa...

Skype in Korea has been taken over by a local company. Theyve added credit card purchasing features that are not compatible with english. Ive tried several times to reload my skype credit but failed.
Its really frustrating. The korean company hasnt yet replied to my emails regarding this problem and that was 2 weeks ago. Somebody pls help.

For a few countries a legally binding agreement requires you to be transferred automatically to Skype's local partner website if you established your account in that country. This can't be changed. The workaround is to create a new account.

  • As a manager I am unable to purchase skype credit

    I can no longer purchase any credit, due to suspected fraud on my account, I have tried to contact Skype to rectify this, but to no avail, I also filled out the recovery form, but could not remember the exact date that I created my account, I am at a remote mining site in West Africa & use Skype to keep in touch with my loved ones, this is most frustrating, could somebody please advise me on what to do. If I attempt to purchase credit, the purchase goes through only to be reversed again minutes later.

    I am the adminstraor on the skype manager account and am not able to buy credit for myself.  
    I have been trying for over 6 weeks to buy credit - I have received emails informing a managee wants credit.  I have recieved skype notifications informing me that there is a problem with my automatic recharge and I have had many, many error messages saying "Looks like our website is currently having a few problems. Please try again later." 
    I have tried plenty of times.  At least 8 hours worth of trying over 6 weeks - waiting for the website to work (I haven't been able to access the useage history or billing history either). Today is my final attempt and if it is not resolved, I will be dismanteling our company's Skype Manager account and finding an alternate solution.

    I do not see any help line as such.
    The reason I think I was blocked that earlier this year there was a free offer for one month forClick to call. I signed for that and gave my credit card details. I then went toIndia and I tried to make skype phone call but I could never connect any number in India or to UK where I reside.
    Because the monthly payment of nearly ten ponds would statrt from thenext month, I cancelled the standing order payment ( earlier month was free offer like any one can get even now ).Just because I cancelled the standing order, I can not buy a credit now. I offered to pay up any thing If I owe any money but I do not get any response.
    I get warning mail every day from Skype that I should renew my subscription. But I can not renew my subscription because I have been blocked ! It is a chicken and egg situation, which occurs first. Can any one suggest how I can purchase Sky credit?

    I purchased Skype credit yesterday and when I tried making calls, receiving the message that I need to buy credit. Faced the same problem last month and lost half of my credit without making calls.

  • Unable to buy skype credits

    For almost a year I'm trying to buy skype credits. But there are some problems, because I started using skype when I was in China. Now I have to buy credits reading Chinese symbols, luckily they added a translate button to Englisch so I thought my problem was solved. WRONG because I have a European bank account I still can't purchase skype credits!!!!
    I should open a new account, but that is also not possible because skype knows my email address and tells me, very friendly that I already have an account. So I'm stuck, I worked around this service for a long time, but now a have to use it again.
    So somebody please help me to buy credits and ore change my account to an European one!

    While I appreciate the inconvenience, the easiest thing to do would be to create a new Skype account and use or create a different or new e-mail address.  Your first account is affiliated with Skype's partner in the PRC.

    There must be a real solution. I am not going to randomly delete all my apps one by one hoping that by coincidence it kick starts the waiting ones... I did this in the beginning to check what was going on and it didn't help. I think it is an apple bug and apple needs to fix it. I thought this was an apple support site and not just a place where people give random hunches (sorry, I don't want to be respectless, and I appreciate your attempt to help).   • Unable to access Skype Manager

    I've been unable to access Skype Manager for 8 days now.  My account works fine to log in regularly via the skyep app (to make calls, chat, etc), and I can even login to the skype site to change settings for that account.  I just can't get into the Skype Manager.  When I do, I see an error message (screenshot below) either after I'm prompted for my login credentials, or immediately upon clicking the Skype Manager link if I'm already logged in.
    When I chat or email Skype support, they either claim that it's working fine, or they say that a "specialized department" (they always refuse to name the department when I ask) will take care of it and email me.  The email invariably arrive a couple of days later telling me that everything is working fine, and if for some reason it's still not working, I should contact Skype chat support.
    I tried reaching out to Claudius at @SkypeSupport via twitter and all I got back from him were these two non-specific and not-helpful tweets:

    My business is suffering as a result of these problems, as I am unable to reassign phone numbers to my sales teams and make changes to my tracked numbers for my ad campaigns.  I'm probably losing about $250-$500 per day that this is not working.

    Am I able to cancel my skype number?  If not then that is stupid.  It was a purchase by mistake.  Didn't even confirm the purchase.
