Unable to Purchase TV Show

My son wanted to get an episode of the TV series "Clone Wars". I found it in the U.S. store. We have a Canadian address.
When I went to purchase it iTunes wouldn't let me purchase it as it said I can only purchase items from the Canadian store. This TV series is not listed in Canadian iTunes store. We receive this weekly TV series here in Canada on the TV.
Anyone know why I can't purchase it or if there is anything I can do to purchase items that are only in the U.S. store?

Having purchased a season TV series on my apple TV, I was enjoying watching until today when I was unable to bring it up on apple TV purchased tab.
When I searched again for the show and attempted to purchase a single episode, the screen informed me that I had already purchased the show and to search in 'purchased' TV shows. It is not there. It was there yesterday and we had watched approximately half of the series.
Can someone tell me how to access this "already purchased series" ?

I have purchased a game from itunes store online. However, whenever I open the app, it just show me "unable to purchase this item".

I had the same problem. My wife had the PocketBible on her Ipad 2 and she transferred ownership to me. I had to delete the app and reinstall it from the App store(logged in with my apple ID) and its working without a problem. I do not get those error messages when I attempt to Buy/Upgrade or Add/Remove books.

Movie Rentals / Purchased TV Shows no longer play on iTunes

Playing movie rentals and purchased TV shows have been working just fine on iTunes until a few days ago when I attempted to watch a movie rental, a pop-up warning came on and I pressed OK too quickly to fully read it. It said something about being incompatible. Unfortunately, since the error, I'm unable to watch the movie or any of the purchased TV shows on my MacBook Pro. All I get is a black screen with nothing happening after repeatedly pressing the Play button. I've tried to delete and re-download the TV shows, and iTunes Support has had me delete the movie and TV shows and re-download them. Still getting the black screen. Can anyone help??

The lack of a purchase date, although I am not quite sure why it happens, does not in itself prevent the track from being authorized and played. However, since the account name is correct and they have disappeared from your purchase history, something may have been corrupted.
Unless someone here has a better idea, you should take it up with iTunes Customer Service.

My apple TV is not playing my purchased TV shows

I have purchased several TV shows on my apple TV and not had any problems so far. The last week I am unable to watch a show. When I press PLAY it just returns back to the play screen. Help?

Hi Chenks, but as I wrote above, I have tried restarting the AppleTV several times, I have had this issue for a while now, I even turn off the AppleTV at night and boot it up each time I want to view something so it has had plenty of time to recover, but now it is getting to a stage where I want to view my content!
So, have rebooted, restarted, factory restored and still no joy on latest version, 1.0 comes up with not authorised despite it being authorised, de-and-re-authorised iTunes on MBP - these shows play fine on my MBP and wife's MB - the only issue I have is with AppleTV (the DID use to play on it, just get white screen of death now!)
Any other ideas?

"Unable to purchase" message

Every time I downloading something from AppStore, message appears "Unable to purchase" with text "2GIS and 25 other items could not be purchaces at this time. Please try again later." But programm "2GIS" is installed and working. Anf in my account purchase history there's no information about other 25 programs I could not purchase.
What shall I do? Where can I find applications AppStore thinks Im trying to purchase? How to clear this list?

I am also having this issue. Mine says 48. The one name it does give me I have deleted from my phone. I also synced with my computer then even tried deleting it from iTunes and syncing it.
The one app in question will then show an icon that is stuck in an install state (is grayed out with the word "waiting" under it). To get rid of it I have to reboot my phone.

Cannot play purchased tv shows

I have been unable to play purchased TV shows on iTunes. iTunes software is the most current, and the TV show was puchased from iTunes. The software will present the first screen to view the show, but will not automatically start. If I press the start button, then it will immediatley go back to the pasued state. I can open and play all episodes directly with quicktime, so it does not appear that the file is corrupted in any way. It also seems that if I play a movie that did not come from iTunes, and then play the TV show once the movie has run for a few seconds, then I have 1 shot at getting the TV show to play.This is happening on iTunes version 10.5.3 (3) and on the previous version as well.

After being more though and reading a few other posts, I have identified the problem. The downloaded shows are HD, and I was trying to play them on my 30" Cinema Display. And it seems that is not possibe. That is annoying. I hope apple finds a way to get my apple cinema display to talk to my apple computer.
Problem solved. Now I am greatly annoyed.

First time i tried to purchasing 210 rubies it cost 189 In Rupiah(Indonesian currency) but it was failed and showing dialog box unable to purchase ruby. So I tried again and again bought rubies with different values (10 rubies,50 rubies,210 rubies) but that unable to purchase dialog box always appears. I though the purchasing rubies transaction was failed. Then i was trying to find whats wrong and get some information from the internet all day until i calling my credit card (Citibank/visa) technical support, he said i was already did some transaction for this. i ever did rubies transaction before and it was completely working. Please help. wheres my money gone? wheres my 210 rubies? I even cant check my billing information and purchased history cause my credit card is declined by itunes cause over limit. It sounds like you were charged for an in App purchase but did not receive the item. I would report this issue to iTunes Store support with the following article:

Not all my purchase history showing up for redownload

OK, so I'm enjoying iOS 5 on my iPhone 4 and finally have access to download previous purchases directly from the iTunes app. The thing is, not all my songs or albums are showing up as available to redownload. I took a look at my history through iTunes on my Mac, and I can locate the purchase in my store history, but yet no option to redownload.
An I missing something here? Is there a licensing issue or restriction on certain songs or albums preventing redownloading? When I friend reporting the problem, the iTunes rep emailed that I wasn't eligible for a refund, which isn't what I'm looking for.

xxxxxxxx, the iTunes Store gives you the ability to download your past purchases without incurring additional charges as long as what you want to download is shown on your Purchased page. This does not include any item that has been modified or removed from the store since you purchased it. If you don't see what you want to download in the list, it may have been removed or modified since you purchased it, and no longer available for download.
I took a look at the Scream album for example, and noticed there is a difference. When I originally purchased the album, it was a preorder, and had an extra song with it (#12). Now that the preorder doesn't exist, my album is considered "modified or removed" from the iTunes store. I have other songs (single purchases) not showing up, but I can't tell if the albums were changed.
How much modification would cause this is unknown to me... Change of description? Price? Album cover? I find this very disappointing. I was hoping iTunes and iCloud would make it more "secure" to purchase digital media. Anyways, just be sure to backup any digital downloads.

Hi, I am unable to purchase Skype number (for German) using Skype Credit. It only show some other options like CC, paypal and others.
Then I choose to test UK number, but it enable the Skype Credit purchasing option by default, but no other options. Why?

My apple id unable to purchases music or apps from itunes store

It happened many times with my Apple id. Firstly, I was unable to purchases contents from itunes store. The notif "contact itunes support" always appear everytime I tried to purchased. Everytime I met the issue, I always contacted itunes support, but rarely itunes support teams replied my email. This time, it happened again, and even more. Right now I couldn't purchases anything from itunes store even music. It said that I have to verify my billing info. I've tiped everything needed in that billing info also my credit card, but the notif always "security code is invalid". How come it is invalid, when I handed the card my self when I tiped the number on my apple id. I've repeated it over and over again, but the same notif always came.
Anyone could explain to me, what's happen to my apple id axactly and how to solve this issue.

Which SRM version are you using ?
Please go through this ->
If you are using extended classic scenario you can simply delete the line items in the PO within SRM. This will replicate the appropriate changes in the backend.
You won't be able to change the PO in the backend as this is standard functionality.
You can also archive SRM PO incase you don't want to delete the same
PO Archiving
Once the purchase order is ordered and issued, it is a legal document between your company and the vendor. Only PO line items can be deleted and you can not delete PO header.
Deleting line item of PO is not enough. Make sure that PR or SC history does not contain any follow on document else system will interpret this a close PR or SC.
Because the PO was already printed or output exist... You cannot delete PO header.
Once the PO has been issued to vendor in any form, deletion is not possible at the header level, only possibility is deleting line items of the PO (deletion indicator marked for all the line items of PO). Only when the PO is rejected by the approver (in case any, which will be in the 'release rejected' status) or in held state (before issued to vendor), PO can be deleted at the header level, as the data still exists in SRM and not get transferred to R3 backend. If you want to forcibly delete the PO at the header level, flag DOC_CLOSED field in the table BBP_PDHGP (header tabe) through BBP_PD for the respective PO.
Try using the Function Modules "BBP_PD_PO_DB_DELETE".

Unable to download tv show

I am trying to download a tv show on my iPad from iTunes but it shows the episode as "grey" and unable to purchase.

In my experience, iTunes support has been terrible. All I get is some autoresponder telling me to try all the things I've already tried.
* Get newest iTunes
* Store > Check for purchases
* Restart iTunes/computer
The email responses are fast, but useless.

Weird "Unable to purchase" message...

In last few weeks (maybe months), strange message is appearing in my iPad. When I want to download some app (free or paid), or download some song, I get this strange message:
No matter what app or song I'm trying to purchase, it always says "Unable to Purchase "Virtual City HD (Full)"". There's always the "Virtual City". Anyway, I tap on OK and the requested app or song download with no problem.
I've bought the Virtual City HD in December (I guess) with no problem, however, this message comming up maybe since February. Do you have any idea what to do with that?
