Unable to recieve emails

I am sending and forwarding some emails from {edited for privacy} to my wifes email address which is {edited for privacy}  The emails I am forwarding are important and definitely not SPAM.  I am on her safe list.  Verizon appears to be blocking these important emails due to the content.  I can send her other emails with simple text, I can forward emails with minimal content but the important emails that I am trying to send and forward are never showing up either in her Verizon Webmail or in her outlook.  I am not recieving notificaiton that they are not going through and she is not receivng notification that anything is being blocked.  They are just being blocked.   I thought she was just ignoring me.

Make sure that her spam detector is set to save to the Spam folder. (It's set to delete by default.) Check for the messages there.

    im just wondering if someone could help me please? I have been able to recieve email on my blackberry curve 8520 since i bought it just before xmas, but for the past 24hrs i have not ben able to recieve emails, i have done a battery pull and i have also deleted the email account and reset it up on the blackberry but still  doesnt seem to be able to recieve emails? It is important that i get this fixed ASAP as i use the email for work.

    I have been experincing similar issues.  My original post is on another thread (there are numerous threads trying to address the same problem) but I wanted to pass this information on.  For most of us it is not a "settings or password issue at this point.
    Per Verizon Tech Support (Phillipines):
    My issue is part of a National and International Outage. Due to security upgrades that were implemented on approx.
    9/17. This is affecting 3rd party email clients. Some servers are blocking 3rd party dynamic IP addresses. Enginneers and Technicians, Network Specialists are working on it. I was given a reference # for the outage {edited for privacy}  that is not a reference number for my trouble ticket, but for this outage.
    No aprox. time frame given for a resolution, just that they are aware and trying to get it resolved asap.

  • Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 - Unable to recieve emails from outside

    I'm having problems setting up brand new installation of EXCH 2013 on the VM server.
    Infrastructure - main server Windows Server 2012 Standard, a VM server. Domain vwc.local, VM server introduced to domain. EXCH 2013 installed on VM server.
    I'm able to send emails outside, but unable to receive ones from outside. Server provider A, MX records point to mail server. The local router redirect SMTP traffic to VM server - all ports.
    According to Wireshark the SMTP traffic hits the VM server, but no connection with EXCHG receivers can be established. The external domain name - valleywomenscarepllc.com. Firewall is turned off. The receive connectors are setup to accept anonymous connection,
    use all ip addresses associated with the VM server network adapter. Netstat shows that 25 port is available. Connectors are in an valid state by running ECHG commandlets.
    I'm running out of ideas. Please suggest an area for research or request additional info to narrow down possible causes.

    Turned out that MX record was pointing to mail.valleywomenscarepllc.com. I changed to point to valleywomenscarepllc.com and all immediatelly - external OWA, ECP started working as well outside emailed delivering.
    I've been fighting with EXCHG for over month, encountered multiple issues, and finally got it working. Thanks to everyone for suggestions!
    Can anyone suggest on mobile dvice access. I setup my iPhone mail to to work with valleywomenscarepllc.com, however I get error that the server cannot be verified. ECP\Mobile access is on, no mobile device policies are in the effect, the autosync is
    allowed on the user mailbox level though I get this error. Has anyone ever encountered similar issue?

  • Cannot Recieve Emails

    I have recieved an email in my Thunderbird email account inbox telling me that my mailbox memory is full. I now have not been able to recieve emails in about a week. I have deleted all messages in my inbox and have very little emails left in my sub folders. I still am unable to recieve emails. Can this be resolved?

    IMAP mail accounts have a remote view of the folders on the server. Headers are downloaded and when you select an email, the folder contents are downloaded to a temporary cache to faciliate quicker access. These emails are not stored on the computer as the temp file will be deleted when you exit.
    If you synchronize folders, a copy of the folder is downloaded and stored on the computer. When you make changes, it resynchronises with the server to update the server. So that the folders appear the same.

    When you compact your Inbox folder, all traces of 'marked as deleted' mail are removed.
    Have you emptied and compacted your 'Deleted/Trash' folder?
    Tools -> Account Settings -> Server Settings -> Clean up ("Expunge") Inbox on Exit will auto compact the Inbox folder when you exit Thunderbird. If you check "Empty Trash on Exit" it will also empty and compact the Trash folder when you exit.
    You can also access emails via your webmail account, but this is done via a browser and logging on. This webmail account depends upon whether you have a website account, ISP mail account and email address provided by your broadband provider or a general use mail account like gmail or yahoo etc.

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
    Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts   Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

    Both devices are on Verizons 4G LTE network. Both devices do have some of the same APPS installed. Can this be a case of him connecting to a rogue wifi network of a hacker that may have installed malicious code on his devices when he connected? That would explain why only his devices have the same exact issue only at BWI airport.

    Something similar I've experienced. I was once having to use a AT&T hotspot and the iPad simply refused to access my mail via the mail app. But if I used safari I could get it.  So the internet was working, but my supposition is that something with the hotspot's firewall messes with mail exchange.
    next time your boss is at BWI, do you guys have a web interface? (for example if I wanted to access my work mail I could get them to set it up via the mail app and exchange, or I could go to a certain web address and access my mail that way via safari)
    He could try using safari and the web interface if you have it.
    If it's something in the hotspot's firewall I doubt it's anything that can be changed.

  • Why am i suddenly unable to send/recieve email on LG Spectrum?

    I've had LG Spectrum for about a month.  All going well.  As of last night, can't send/recieve email. 

    Maybe you can help me out also. My brother has got the LG Spectrum and we cannot figure out a fix. Here's the steps we're trying to do to compose an email with Gmail and attach a photo file.
    Open Gmail app, get the inbox.
    Tap compose and get a compose email screen.
    Add a contact to send to.
    Tap the attach selection.
    Select Gallery. (Selecting Pictures only gives him pics which were transferred from his older phone by the Verizon rep.)
    Select a pic from the Gallery, but it opens the pic full screen.
    Tap the pic and it give the options to Delete, Share or More.
    This is where we are stumped. Why would it not just attach the pic when he tapped on it to select it and then take him back to the compose screen where he can send the email? It appears that the other generic 'Mail' program is taking over somehow. I could not find any way to set the Gmail app association on his 2.3.6 software version phone. He has no App Association selection available like I do with my HTC One phone.
    Any ideas?

  • E72 : Unable to configure email post 071.004 firmw...

    My emails on e72 were working perfectly fine before this upgrade. but post upgrade, I was unable to recieve my emails. So I removed the accounts and tried to reconfigure them. But the configuration wizard doesn't get past the 'Detecting Email Settings'. This is really annoying and I have lost an import feature of the phone. Can someone help me out?

    I did same firmware upgrade. It killed the Nokia email software for using yahoo email.  I was able to get Yahoo email working with IMAP settings BUT it is so bad it is hardly worth it.
    On my main phone screen I have two email notifications
    1) Mail for Exchange
    2) Yahoo account
    I see the Yahoo account count down to zero(number of unread messages) and then back up to a number. It is like it kills all the messages int he back ground and then re-downloads them.  While this is going on the phone, it is so "CPU" bound that I cant use anything on the phone. If I am on a phone call , sometimes the phone goes so CPU bound, it wil drop the call!
    Nokia has really done something with this latest firmware upgrade first by killing yahoo email and then by the email takes so much CPU, the phone is un-useable.
    Another issue I have seen with the upgrade is
    1) I get exchange server busy messages. In 12 months prior, I never saw this! I get over 500 pieces of email a day and NEVER have I see this until the firmware upgrade
    2) On a SEND from mail fro Exchange, I also get an error message that the server is busy and it dumps the message into Drafts box. also new since upgrade
    3) I now get out of Memory errors when simply going into the calendar or other things.
    All I have or use on this phone besides making calls is the Mail for Exchange, Yahoo email, google maps, contact list, calendar, some text meessages and the Nokia bult-in GPS. 
    This phone all worked fine until this firmware upgrade which I had to do as before the upgrade my mail also stopped working so Nokia customer support told me I had to do the upgrade
    Thank You Nokia for making my phone worth about $1.00 in a flea market... time to buy an iPhone or a blackberry. This WAS the best phone on the market for a non touchscreen, but Nokia has killed the phone... At times I cant even make a phone call as I have to shut the phone off and re-start it,.
    Yes NOKIA, thank you for making my E72 simply just a phone from all the wonderful things it used to do. Oh yes, I find I have to reboot the phone at least every other day. Priot to your upgrade, the only time I ever turned the phone off was on a plane.  If I dont re-boot, I get Memory errors and the phone is so slow is is also un-useable!

    We are using CRM 5.0 Application. As apart of it we configured exchange
    server for sending and receving mails from CRM system.The problem is
    our CRM system is unable to recieve the mails from the exchange server.
    All the settings fro receving the mails has done in exchange server.But
    our CRM system is not capturing the mails.We also Maintained all the
    parameters fron SAP level and we are able to send the messages to the

    As you said we have already done that settings in SCOT and also the other things specified by you.But we are unable to recive the mails to our CRM System.
    Mail are going to external ids from CRM. While replying back exchange server is also receiving it. And as said is also forwarding to the contact id (crm.xyz.com).
    But there it waits for time and bounces back because SAP CRM system (and the concerned user for whom that email is assigned) is not accepting the email.
    I also sent all the steps what we configured to your personal id with reference to sdn.
    Pls provide your suggestions

  • BB9930 Unable to "Open" Email

    Currently have access to my company's email via an Enterprise Account established. While emails continue to show up on my BB9930, for some reason I am unable to "open" emails so I can read the content, reply/reply all or forward; either via tapping on them or using the menu option. Interestingly, I am able to "Delete" them, and also am able to "open" calendar meetings. I HAVE NO ISSUES in receiving emails; my BB9930 is syncing up correctly with my corporate email account. ALSO, I can recieve/read/reply to Instant and Text Messages. I have gone through all Options that are available in my phone, thinking I might have pressed a particular option that "turned off" somehow my reading/reply/forward capabilities on emails, but no luck. Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks for the detailed information about your issue! It sounds like your provisioning on the network end and on Blackberry's end is correct. We can determine this by the successful connection to the email server and the ability to receive calendar appointments.  If there were a problem on the network provisioning end, you wouldn't be able to set it up at all. There is likely a server setting that needs to be altered, and a call to you IT department may be necessary.
    If you want to set up your Enterprise email connection from scratch, you would need to wipe the handheld first. Instructions to Wipe 9930.  If I were in your shoes, I'd give a call to your IT department first, and if they are unable to resolve it, try the wipe.
    Let us know your results when you have the time.
