Unable to recover account

My God - Skype customer service is horrible!!!
How does one recover their name/password when the recovery code is never recognized? I've tried multiple times with a 100% failure rate.
Is there a phone number we can call?
I hate to just walk away, because it's a neat application, but they make this SO DIFFICULT.

My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. If you upgraded from 3.6 to 5 (you didn't indicate buying 4.4) then you will need the serial number from 3.6 in order to be able to use 5. If you did not keep a record of it there is a chance it might be available thru your Adobe account online, but if not, there is likely not much you can do except to return the upgrade and purchase a full version. Try contacting support using chat and explain your situation to see if they can help.

If you did purchase 4.4 then that should be sufficient to use to activate 5.
I can never be sure what goes on with Lightroom, and the Adobe site (even when it works properly) makes finding information about products difficult these days so I am at a loss to confirm anything I say.

I can no longer use my aol on mac mail. When I set up the aol account name and password I get a message that says "Unable to verify account name or password". This is on all my Apple devices. Seems like an AOL server issue but no help from them!

I can no longer make my AOL e mail work with Mac Mail on all my devices. When I try to set up the account and put in the correct aol account and password I get the message "Unable to verify account name or password". Delete your Gmail account from the Mail/Contacts/Calendars settings page, and then add it back in using the new Gmail password.

I just bought a MBP after my PC crashed. How do I set up my itunes library on my new Mac? I do not have a backup drive, and I was unable to recover anything from the trashed PC drive. Can the library be rebuilt/restored??

Finally made the switch from PC to Mac, after my PC crashed and burned. I Do not have a backup on an external drive, and I was unable to recover any data from the trashed PC hard drive.
Can I download my library, or is there a way to get my itunes content on my new Macbook Pro? I have almost 10 years of music and stuff on my iTunes, so I really hope there is a fix!

No backup is a huge mistake.

HT4436 Every time I try to access my icloud account it tells me Verifying, then it says, Unable to Verify account. What did I do wrong?

I bought my iPad several months ago and I thought I set up my iCloud account correctly but I may not have, as I was fairly new to this venture.
Every time I try to access it, it tells me, Verifying and after a little while it tells me Unable to Verify Account, so I guess I don't have something right.

Problem (2) is, I can't add Contacts to my Contacts APP. Now I asked a Person at the ATT store where I purchased my iPad, she showed me what
to do, I said that was easy enough, and when I got home I went to my tablet and My APP did not have a (+) Sign at the bottom of the page like hers
did, and hers looked so easy. Is my CONTACT APP not downloaded correctly, or is it an old version? Because it came on my Tablet already? So How do I
ADD my Contacts?

I have had the same problem as yours on my Ipad after upgraded Procreate 2.01. My iOS is 7.04. I tried to find solution from internet for weeks. Fortunately, the problem was resolved a few minutes ago. It is very simple,
1. Lunch outlook.com to confirm you can access hotmail mailbox. It means your account is Ok.
2. Go to setting>Mail,Contacts,Calendars.Delete your hotmail account from your device.(my device is Ipad)
3. Turn off your device, then turn on again.
4. Go to setting>Mail,Contacts,Calendars and create your hotmail account by tap outlook.com. Be sure the incoming mail server is pop3.live.com.
5. Waiting for validation.

I am implementing sales from Factory. I am unable to creat accounting document for my Outgoing excise invoice. When I click the Utilization button, The excise invoice type is selected Deemed.
1. How to control which Which Excise invoice type should be selected in J1IIN.
2. For Deemed exports will system not genererate Accounting document for Excise Invoice?
3. Where to view the excise invoice document types (Like Billing and order types)

For deemed export sales,
-Accounting documents will not get generated. (ref: Excise Acct Determination in CIN settings, you will not find Excise Tranraction type:ARE3 for which G/L account will not be assigned)
-Excise Invoice type will be automatically triggered based on configuration : Excise Group / Series Group detetermination.
- For Deemed Exports , only Quantity will get updated in RG1, but not the value. thats the reason, accounting document will not get generated.
- This excise invoice is created, for - to update the RG1 registry / ARE3 creation.

I got exchange mail working. It seems issue is around "Push". I enabled "push", account verified & all worked well. After that I disabled push (I do not want it & to save mobile data use).
By googling, I found many have got it up & apple may fix it in it next iOS udpate.

Recording on DVD - "Unable to recover TOC" error

Whenever I try to record on a DVD a face "Unable to recover TOC"
I've tried to change the recording speed but no use.
When I go to DVD properties and click on enable recording it does not recognize the DVD or any other CD in the drive.

1. What software do use to burn cd/dvd disks? Try to use Nero, Ashampoo burning studio, Alcohol CD and DVD Burning Software,
2. Then, I advise you to use high quality medias as TDK or Verbatim.
3
Go to device manager and remove the CD/DVD drive from the device list.
Then access the registry and remove the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters values completely from the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Reboot the notebook and wait until the CD/DVD drive would appear again
If you still have problems, maybe there is a problem with your cd/dvdrom

Burn fails: "The device failed to respond properly, unable to recover or.."

Hi all,
Whenever I try to burn a disc with iTunes (I'm backing up my whole library), I get this error: "The device failed to respond properly, unable to recover or retry." I'm using MBP and the SuperDrive is Matshushuita UJ-857D.
Anyone know what's going on? I've tried 4 different discs and SuperDrive has destroyed all of them so far

same thing is happening to me... first my superdrive would hang and i would have to force a restart... now i bought a BRAND new lacie external dvd burner and i am getting "The device failed to respond properly, unable to recover or retry." it looks like all the posts dealing with this are fairly recent... probably an OS problem... hello??? apple???
