Unable to recover my wordpress site's password because the email function is not ennabled

I have a wordpress blog I am hosting on azure, and I had let it go inactive for long enough that I have forgotten and completely lost my credentials to log in. I want to pick the blog back up and write more in it, but I can't recover my password. I
have seen some forum posts that talk about how we have to use a word press plug in to do email via smtp rather than the mail function. My problem is that in order to set up a plug in, I have to log in. I can log into my azure portal and manage
the site, but I can't see any way to recover my word press credentials through that.
Is there any way I can recover my word press credentials being that my wordpress site can't send me the email?
As I see it a plug in like this won't do me any good without already having my credentials:

Have you tried resetting your password directly in the database?

On your iPad? The reason I ask is because you posted in the Mac App Store forum for the Mac OS X.
Tap Settings > Store > Apple ID
Type in the correct Apple ID and password.

I cannot reset apple ID password because the email accounts (original and recovery) no longer exist.

If you can't get the password reset via http://iforgot.apple.com (do you have a rescue email address on the account ?) then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the password reset (they should also be able to reset your security questions).

I did a factory restore and then restored it with iCloud back-up. I have been using lots of Apple products and i have used three different email adresses. Almost all apps restored perfectly but everytime i try to play a song in the Music app, i asks me for a Apple-ID i had no idea i have used.
Hence:
I lost my password for my original iTunes account
I can't recover it because the email address it is registered under is not longer valid
How can I access my old account?
Can't find a place to change the email address to my new one without the password which I no longer remember.
There is no way to just erase Apple-ID's on my device either.
What to do? Should i ju give up and start from scratch and delete 2 years of stuf?

If you can remember the answers to the security questions when you set up that account - I think that you can reset the password without needing email authentication. You can try it here. Read it and see if it's possible. But if you can't remember the answers to the questions it will not work.

Are you particularly attached to your ex-MobileMe email address? - it sounds as if you haven't actually used it for very long time. Your easiest option would be to use the ID you have logged in with here to open an iCloud account and choose a new @icloud.com address.
If you really want to reactivate the MobileMe email address (which is also the ID for that account) you will need to contact Support. Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; select 'All Products and Services' in the first column, 'More Products and Services' in the second column, then 'Apple ID' in the third column. In the next page select 'Other Apple ID Topics' in the first column then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password' and click 'Continue'. You will be offered options to contact Apple by phone.

Where are you trying to log in? You should be able to change your ID at http://appleid.apple.com - can you log in there?
Before you change your ID you should log out of the iTunes Store and on any devices which are logged into iCloud. Then once you've changed it you can log back in with the new ID. (Your iCloud synced data will disappear from the device when you do this but will reappear when you sign back in - give it time).
If you are unable to sign into http://appleid.apple.com you will need to contact Support. Go to http://iforgot.apple.com and sign in with your iCloud login. A new password will be sent to your associated email address. If this doesn't work you will have to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click' See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'. Your sister can go to https://iforgot.apple.com/ and see if she can recover her password.
There is nothing anybody else can do.

All you can do is to restore and thus erase the iPod unless you can get a data recovery company to preserve the data.
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

It sounds like you are trying to change the Apple ID logged into the iTunes & App Stores on your iPhone. Use these steps:
Changing your Apple ID account
Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores, then tap the Apple ID signed in.
Sign out of the current Apple ID account and then sign in with another account or create a new Apple ID.

You cannot merge Apple ID accounts, that has never been supported.
You can contact the Apple ID Security folks per the listing in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 and they can help reset security questions and get the account working.

All content from iTunes is tied to the account that bought/downloaded it, and it can't currently be transferred to a different account. If you don't know the account's password nor it's security questions (http://iforgot.apple.com), then you could try contacting iTunes support and see if they can help you get access to it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
