Unable to redeem prepaid cards

I'm trying to redeem two prepaid cards--one for Photostop and one for Illustrator.  I keep getting the message "The code you entered is invalid. Please try again."  Just now it has changed to "We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later.".  I've been trying for two days.  I waited two hours to chat with support only to have the chat window stop updating when I got down to #4 in line.

Hi Josh908
If you're still having issues please send me a private message with the redemption codes and the Adobe ID you are signing in with.
Thanks
Bev
