Unable to Redeem the MSFT App Voucher

During registration of my phone with Nokia, I am unable to "verify" my phone number. The results normally say that there has been an error, unable to send message, try again later.
I am guessing this is why I am unable to apply for the $20 voucher.
I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this post, my apologies. Thank you for your time.

Yes, it means you don't know how to use a forum like this to its best potential. The procedure to be followed in cases like this is outlined HERE .
As you may notice, that thread is not even in this section of the forum. Surely you have to agree that copying this information across all existing threads on this subject is waste of time and could be avoided if all posts on the same topic were kept in the same thread ? Having 20 threads with 3-4 posts all on the same subject will bring the same outcome as one thread with a 100 posts in it - it will just be easier for anyone else with the same problem to find the solution in future. And the whole point of this forum is for users to help other users - not make it even more difficult for them.

If you have redeemed the voucher for something separate from the computer, then it's a non-issue. If you redeemed it as a price reduction for the computer, then they will return only what you paid less the coupon.

I am unable to see the Sync apps next to Music

I have downloaded Itunes to transfer my music from my computer to my IPOD. I am unable to see the Sync apps that are shown in the support information. They should be seen next to Music however I do not see anything. Any ideas?

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar.

I have this problem too. I've had it downloaded previously on my 1st Gen iPad, so it even shows up on my "Purchased Items" list, but no icon showing any option at all ie, Download, Purchase, Open.
Is it because the current version is not compatible with the iPad 2's latest iOS? If that is the case, isn't the App store supposed to serve the last working version??

HT1430 Unable to operate the mail app. It has frozen.

All my apps are working ok but the 'mail' app that comes with the iPad is inert and will not work. How do I fix it.

App Store is an application in Applications folder on your hard disk.
But what error do you get, when trying to update iTunes? That should be possible in Snow Leopard too!

I have been unable to get the health app to work

I have a iPhone 6 and my wife a 5C, the Apple Health Apps works on my phone but not on hers. My neighbor has the same problem, it doesn't record record distance or steps. I have them in the dashboard but nothing happens.

This is because the iPhone 5C does not have a motion coprocessor: a chip that calculates and records your motion like steps and distance. Your iPhone 6 has one (it's called A8). In this case your wife can use a Health supported third party app (like Nike+ Running) to report this data to the Health app.

Unable to download the Podcasts app

I have just upgraded to iPhone 6 and having restored it from my iPhone 4S, the Podcasts app can not be downloaded. It is stuck on the Waiting status and occasionally a warning message pops up to notify me that it can not be downloaded successfully (screenshots below). Could you please help me reslove it?

I have a couple of suggestions for you that will help you troubleshoot this issue. First, you should try to reset the iOS device by following these instructions:

I Can only find music and book apps which are great and no problem with those but if I want to buy music or redeem iTunes cards, I have to go to the PC. Can anyone help? I have an iPad 3rd generation.

Check settings> general> restrictions> iTunes store to see if iTunes has been restricted. If you can't find iTunes Store tap redeem at the bottom of the App Store page to redeem gift cards.

Unable to start the android app while clicking the appropriate file
