Unable to reinstall ps elements 11 on my computer
I had to re-image my computer back to original image at purchase, I have tried several time to reload Photoshop Elements 11, and every time it errors and then rolls back and tells me to reboot my computer and start again.
1 Can I use the same serial number that I used before?
any other suggestions, I do not want to have to purchase it again...

I am reinstalling Photoshop Elements 7 on my computer after my hard drive died. I found a download page on adobe's website for the software and installed. Install went fine but when I entered the serial number I received from my original e-bay purchase the software said it wasn't valid.
No, I am using the serial number from the original e-mail that I received when I bought the software. I don't think I ever registered the serial number, how would I check?

I had to uninstall and reinstall Photoshop elements 6 to my Windows 7 computer because the brushes were glitching on me, and now it won't accept my serial number to register it to my computer. I received it from a bundle package when I installed my tablet back in 2008ish. The warning is "A problem was encountered while trying to send information over the Internet". I have retyped it several times to make sure I put the right number without any luck either.
Not for free, no. Well I guess there is. Don't sync your phone. We don't, but then we only use it for talking and taking photos which you can transfer using even a pretty old computer.

I purchased a business app in the store and I would like to reinstall it to my Ipad. I see the app icon, but when I click on the icon, I am asked to authorize the computer. After I authorized the computer, I am still unable to reinstall the app. ty

In the Elements Organizer 13
The key to all this is to click on/select/highlight the Album that you have created in Local Albums.
Then make sure that the Sort By: (in the row below the highlighted "Media" header is set for Album Order.
You should see a number at the top left of each of thumbnails.
Then, click on the thumbnail that you want to move, hold down the click, and drag the thumbnail to the wanted new location
in the line up of thumbnails.
Often I had to press down hard on the drag.
Please let us know if that worked for you.
Also, in Edit Menu/Preferences/Keyword Tags and Albums/Enable Manual Sorting Options, I set all for manual.

I am unable to reinstall Photoshop CS6 (I do have the serial number) on my Macbook Pro 10.9.5 (Mavericks os). and am getting the message "Installation on case-sensitive volumes is not supported. Please choose a different volume for installation." I am further told that "Adobe apps cannot be installed on case-sensitive drives, you need to Install the product onto an HFS+ or HFSJ non-case-sensitive drive."
What I don't understand is this: I originally bought and installed Photoshop CS6 back in March 2013, and it worked fine. Yesterday my hard drive had to be replaced and my computer person salvaged as much of what was on it as he could, but now I have to reinstall Photoshop. 1) Why did it work before and it's not working now? 2) Is there anything I can do that does not involve reformatting the hard drive?It means what it says. The "computer person" formatted it wrongly/ unsuitably. it needs to be formatted again.

The certificate on my applications install DVD for bundled software has expired. I am unable to reinstall with this dvd on my snow leopard on macbook pro. Pl help. If I use Lion, it works fine with the expired certificate. But doesnt work with snowleopard.

I am a windows user that has converted to Mac and loving it but when I updated to Lion my wireless internet dongle would not work anymore and the Macbook Pro does not recognise the device at all so I am unable to reinstall it again. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I am unable to reinstall itunes. I get the message that it was not installed correctly. I HAVE DONE A SYSTEM RESTORE, I HAVE TRIED TO REINSTALL SEVERAL TIMES ALSO. I had iPhoto as part of iLife 11. I recently did an erase and install on my Macbook Air and without a CD drive I'm unable to reinstall. How can I install without having to repurchase all of the apps?
Do you have access to another Mac with a disk drive? If so you can do it in one of two ways:
1 - on the Mac with the optical drive launch Disk Utility and make a disk image of the iLife 11 disk. Connect the two Macs together and transfer the disk image to your MacBook Air. Mount the disk image and install from it. I have my iLife disks saved that way for quick and easy reinstall when necessary.
2 - connect the two Mac together so you can access the MBA from the Mac with the disk drive. Insert the iLife disk, and install from the second Mac to the MBA. -
