Unable to Release request number from DEV

Hi All,
I want to release the request Number from Development,But it is not allowing me and saying :'You are not authorized to lock requests or tasks". please help how can i solve this problem as we Dont have Basis person.
Target System is QAS.

Unable to upload serial number from desktop while doing goods receipt MB01

Hi,
We have upgraded our system from 4.7EE to ECC6.0. While doing goods receipt for purchase order (MB01) in ECC 6 for serial number profile material, I can't find the option for uploading serial number from desktop where as the same option was there in 4.7.
Please help me .....

I found my question resloved.
Actually, in previous version, the standard program has been modified by taking access key. When the upgradation happened, it got overwrited to the previous one. So, in recent version it is not appearing.

May I transport request number from PRD to QAS ?

Dear experts,
Now we need to transport a request from PRD system to QAS system because of the important data was missed in QAS system, so could you give me a solution about this ?
May I create a temporary transport layer and how to create it ? Our current transport rout is DEV>QAS->PRD.

Thanks for your reply, but I can not find the data & cofiles in PRD system directory if there isn't the transport rout.
The cost center master data was delete, and I don't know which table contain these data.

I'm having difficulty getting this CASE statement to return a number as these modifications cause generic compilation errors.

Sorry, but I copied some old information in my code example. the CASE statement I'm actually using is;

What I did was click on the pencil/paper icon to the left of the alias of my column in the "Column Attributes" pane in "Report Attributes" to get to the "Column Attributes" page and plugged #QUANTITY_AVAILABLE# into the HTML Expression field of the "Column Formatting" pane of the "Column Attributes" page for the "QUANTITY_AVAILABLE" column.
No joy, sort still broken...
Isn't the problem that fundamentally, the CASE statement returns an alpha? I wouldn't expect the sort to ever work until it can return a number (which it appears SQL, used this way, it cannot do).
So, I considered that END AS QUANTITY_AVAILABLE might be the problem as it's named the same as the column, so I changed it (and the HTML Expression entry) to END AS QUANTITY_AVAIL (changed the name).
Sort as alpha still happening.
Any other thoughts?

How to check released request transported to Production sys or not

Iam not a Basis guy, so waiting for your replies.
I have around 200 released requests in my dev system and i want to check wether these requests have reached my production system or not as a mass. I can able to check on one by one but how to do it in mass. ie..i load these requests and find withwether it has reached my target system.

One simple ms excel method described below.
1.Take list of transport entries from E070 table ( SE16)in production method ( you can select a particular time period).
2. take a list of all the released request from Dev system.
In excel , use Red color for production entries and some other color for Dev entries. Then paste them in a single column and sort them according to name. If a request has been imported in Production , you will find two entries for the request number.

How to get Request Offering from given Service Offering using Service Manager SDK?

Recently, I am working on application where I have to fetch all Request Offering from given Service Offering.
I can retrieve all Request Offering using following method of SM SDK :

But I am unable to get request Offering from given Service Offering as I am new to this platform. I have searched in web but can not find solution to this problem.
It would be great if someone guide for this problem or give me any suggestion related to this problem.

RequestOfferings are handled a little differently in the SDK, but fortunately, they're still backed by standard EnterpriseManagementObjects..it just takes a little work to get them.
There are a few ways you can go about getting a request offering's related service offerings. I'm going to show you the relationship route, but you could also use a type projection to achieve the same goal.
In your original post, you're simply retrieving _all_ request offerings..that's fine. If you wanted to retrieve a single request offering (as I do in my example) you need to find the request offering's identifier. This identifier is a pipe delimited string
of various values. The quickest way to find it, in my opinion, is to query the MT_System$RequestOffering table in the database, but you can also find it by looping through all the RequestOfferings returned by group.Extensions.Retrieve<RequestOffering>();
Anyway, for the following example to work, you only need your request offering's Identifier and your management server name. (Again, you could simply loop through all of your request offerings and retrieve the service offerings for all of them)
The comments inline with this example should guide you through the steps.

Unable to release transport request for modified Planning book from Dev Sys

can someone advice on this:
We have included a new key figure to our existing Planning book, which is already defined in Planning Area. This key figure is just getting shipping data for comparison and is not having any impact on macros also. We inserted key figure and set the attributes as output only and all looks good in Development system. But when we created transportation request and trying to release request it is giving error "Test Call of transport control program (tp) ended with return code 0208" Message no: TK094

Please check with Basis team. I think this is not related to planning book that you are trying to export. A look in the message text gives the following:
Check the following points:
Feasibility of the transport control program tp
Parameter settings in the transport profile
Availability of the transport directory and the subdirectories (cofiles, data, log, sapnames, bin)
Write authorization for the subdirectories
Write authorization for the files of the subdirectories cofiles, data, log, sapnames
Release the request again when the error has been removed.

if not released u can delete it from here.

Hi,
For SU01 role removal, you do not need S_USER_AGR with 02, and as you mentioned both authorizations available in production, if so trace should not show you the S_USER_AGR with 02 with RC=04.
I would recommend to do role comparison for the user performing the activity. and then check if you have the S_USER_AGR with 02 in user buffer SU56.
But ideally it should not ask you S_USER_AGR for 02 through SU01, so please take help of abaper to debug it.
Also put trace in non-prd to see if S_USER_AGR is getting checked with 02 for removal through SU01.

Error while importing request from DEV to PROD

Dear Experts,
                  i am having the problems with request no.. There are two transport request nos and these have to be transported
                 from DEV to PROD. I relesed these two but while importing into PROD showing everthing completed successfully
                  with one error and error is Generation or programs and screens for both transport requests .
                  I am just enable to understand what this message is for ..
                   Please someone help me out in this....

First check the source system: ZSTGLDV110 is exists or not. check the rfc connections (Also check the source system assignment in both the system to each other). check the settings in the stms tcode. check the suppoet pack on your quality system,.... there are plenty of reasons.

we are calling sharepoint webservice from our web application but we are getting below error while calling webservice.
Server was unable to process request. ---> Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
Our code is as below.
We used below 2 options but we got same error for both scenario,
1)

Hi,
This error will come when your are transporting any Query/ BW elements to Production system.
when there is element in the deve. class $TEM in your collected objects this error may come, so identify this elements and change this Dev.class to other package used in transportaion.
To change all the elements to common dev. class first collecting the elements using transport connection. secondly, using the Pencil button at the menu of trasnport change to required dev.class.
you can change individaul elements also.
