Unable To Retrieve Adobe Creative Cloud as a Full Member

I have had 3 weeks of communicating with staff at Adobe in S.E.Asia. No solutions has been given to me thus far with regards to my membership subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud as follows:
1) My fully paid & agreed membership subccription has not been posted in the "My Adobe" subscriptions evn though its paid for.
2) The Adobe Creative Cloud icon that should appear in my applications has totaly disappeared from my computer and has not been solved until now.
I have consulted the Apple staff and have checked that my computer sysytem is in good working condition and there are no faults found. I really would like to know how this can be rectified as soon as possible with regards to the 2 points mentioned above. Also this case has been escalated to level 2&3 technicians, I was told, but nothing has been resolved!

Hi Violet Benjamin,
Sorry for the inconvenience you have been facing. Could you please let us know the OS you are using along with the ticket number for interaction provided by the Adobe.

Romit Sinha

  • Unable to Cancel Adobe Creative Cloud

This is absolutely ridiculous! If you follow Adobe's steps to cancel your account you get absolutely no where, you just go in circles and end up being directed to the same link again and again. It should not be this difficult to cancel a subscription. When finally resorting to the forum for help I find it incredibly unbelievable that when you type "cancel subscription" into the search bar dozens, upon dozens, upon DOZENS of results come up, each one with the same problem...hmmmmm if I were Adobe I might think then that there just may be a problem, but hey, if you can't cancel I guess we just get to keep charging you! This is absolutely preposterous, I am a college student and only needed creative cloud for one semester and will not use it again for the rest of the year. And after this experience I will NEVER use Adobe again and will warn anyone possible to never enter into a membership with them.
This is what Adobe has recommended I do to cancel my plan:
Click Manage Plan then Cancel Plan. You are then redirected to the customer service page and asked to contact customer support or go to this link (Cancel your membership or subscription | Creative Cloud)  that does not help at all. After wasting time on that crappy link you can contact customer support by phone, online chat or on the forums. Tried the phone number and that doesn't work, it just automatically hangs up on me half way through getting through the different options you have. Tried the online "24/7" chat and what a shock, that didn't work either. I finally tried the forums and all that did was confirm what a scummy company Adobe is for hoodwinking all of us into buying their software but having no way of canceling it.
At this point I refuse to pay for products that I do not and will not ever use again. The way I see it, they are basically stealing money from me. Money that quite frankly as a college student I don't have. I cannot even begin to describe how frustrated and disgusted I am with Adobe. For any of you that actually know of a way to cancel a membership any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Unable to open Adobe Creative Cloud. Please Help! Don't know what I am doing.

I quit out of the CC icon on the Apple Toolbar and couldn't get it to reappear yesterday. Today it has appeared but it is 'inactive', ie. in grey. When I position my mouse to it, I get the 'spinning colour wheel of death'. To make things worse, I then couldn't get the app to open from Applications. I got the error:
I then tried to uninstall the app, and reinstall it from the site, and received this message:
I don't know where it's opened, and now I trashed the app to be able to reinstall the Creative Cloud app, but am receiving the same message.
Someone please help! It's driving me nuts!!

  • Adobe creative cloud set up to install on a mac with parallels windows 8

Unfortunately it is not possible to install the program it always displays an error message. how can you loess the problem?
error message: This application can not be run from a network drive-. copy it to a local folder and strarten it again.

I have just the regular version, not Professional.
I mean "les integrated", in the sense that you really run Fusion "in a window". The more "integrated" approach means that Windows applications run as if they were for the Mac, and you do not see the Windows interface at all. I personnaly think tjat is too confusing. There is nothing wrong with it, just a bit more confusing. i like having it clear that Windows is in a seperate Window.

Currently you cannot share a folder, only individual files. Sharing of folders is a feature that is coming in the future.

  • OSX: Adobe Creative Cloud unable to update (stall at 50%)

    Hey experts,
ever since signing up for Creative Cloud I have been unable to update any application as my regular user on OSX. After exchanging 23 emails with the Adobe support in 2013 I finally gave up and created a workaround in the hope that the Adobe developers would finally look into the issue and fix the bug. With the last update of Creative Cloud my workaround stopped working so I took time to do a complete reinstallation of Creative Cloud to see if the bug was finally fixed. It was not.
    The bug:
-Installation of Creative Cloud and Photoshop, Lightroom etc. through the Creative Cloud app works.
-Any try to update a CC applicaton (e. g. Photoshop CC 2014 results in the state "waiting" at 50%):
-Trying to update through the menu of Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 "Aktualisierungen"
resulted in the following error message:
Translation: "Update failed. Unable to apply updates. Adobe Application manager is already running. Close all instances of Adobe Application Manager before applying updates. etc."
What I tried to resolve the problem:
    What did not work:
    -Complete reinstallation of Creative Cloud:
         -Uninstall of all Adobe applications
-Ran the Adobe CC Cleaner tool
-Eliminated every single *[Aa]dobe*-folder on my disk including my profile.
         -Reboot
-Re-installation using a fresh CC download.
-The common 1st-level-support acts of desperation:
         -Rebooting
         -Checking the file system
         -Fixing permissions
-The bug even survived 2 OSX system upgrades
-Even tried to track down the bug myself which I gave up after having discovered the endless chain of Creative Cloud and AAM-Processes executing each other...
    What worked:
-Installing updates as another OSX user. (Which is cumbersome and to be honest I am unwilling to create a new profile and redoing the settings of all installed (especially non-Adobe) applications because of an Adobe bug...)
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  • I need to retrieve my serial number so I can sign into my Adobe Creative Cloud programs.

I have my Adobe ID and password, however, I need to retrieve my serial number so I can sign into my Adobe Creative Cloud programs. It has been 10 months since I used Illustrator and I need to update my resume on that program. I would appreciate your help.

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

  • Adobe Creative Cloud unable to find any installed applications

I was updating my Indesign CS6 DPS Tool via Creative Cloud Desktop last month. However due to some internet connection error it failed. Tried to update it again later but there is no updates anymore. Logout from CC Desktop Application and log back in, all my applications are gone. It is no longer listed in CC Desktop. I have mainly CS6 and one CC application on my mac.
I have tried the following and it all did not work.
    1. Change Language Perf from North American to International
    2. Delete opm.db file from OOBE folder
    3. Uninstall and Reinstall CC Desktop
    4. Run Adobe Creative Cloud Cleanup tool
Now i am trying to reinstall but all the programs return an error. Uninstallation Failed. Your uninstallation encounted errors. Only program I manage to uninstall is CreativeCloud Desktop but it also states there are a few errors. Is there any log file I can refer to? I have also notice in the cleanup tool there is no CS6 or CC programs listed. The programs are working fine but it just do not appear as installed in creative cloud and the clean up tool.
I was using mac os 10.8.5 but yesterday I had to send my notebook for repair and the harddisk was replace due to bad sectors and the os is upgraded to 10.9.2. I used migraion utility to restore my files.

THe product I have installed is CS6 Design and Web. So I have Illustrator, Indesign, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro installed. I also have several trials like After Effects CC, Audition CS6, Edge Animate, Premiere Pro installed.
Currently all adobe installations are working fine no problems and issues. In the individual program I can also check for updates. Check the update preferences in application manager and all my installations are listed too.  Below is a list of stuff that is broken.
    1. Creative Cloud Desktop do not list any applications installed. It thinks I have no program installed. Tried all the possible fixes listed on the internet such as chnaging language, delete OPM.db file, reinstall and nothing works.
    2. Downloading any new software or existing software fail at 42%. Which is when the download completes and the software begins to install.
    3. Using any uninstaller included with the programs listed above results in a adobe application manager error. (Uninstallation Failed) So far I could only uninstall creative cloud desktop, flash player, adobe air.
    4. Using creative cloud cleaner tool also do not list any cs 6 or cc installation. only creative cloud desktop.
    5. I have tried reinstalling over using a dvd and also using prodesigntools website direct download links to reinstall it will result in a adobe application manager installation fail error
So currently I have all my adobe programs working great, there is no way to uninstall unless I manually delete the files which I feel is too drastic action to take since everything is working fine. If I uninstall it manaually and I can't reinstall it back due to errors I won't have any adobe software for work.
This problems started after a fail update and after logging out of the creative cloud desktop.
    Any solutions?

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Panel Issues

First, let me say that I've been an Adobe user for more than 18 years.
A while back (about two weeks ago) I went as usual to launch the little Adobe Creative Cloud desktop panel that shows what's installed, updated, available apps and available updates. Instead of it launching as normally, I was told that I had to LOG IN.  I'm pretty sure I did just that with my Adobe user name and pwd, but suddenly found myself no longer within the little app management panel, but instead on a screen that told me I could drag and drop files into the cloud there. I did not want to drag and drop any files at all! What I wanted was to use my CC desktop apps management panel so I could INSTALL Dreamweaver CC using the CC desktop apps management panel.
So I dismissed (exited out of) that "drag your files to here" screen. And now every time I launch the desktop panel, it asks me to log in, and every time I try, it comes back with "You've been signed out / Please sign in to continue."
I have been around that loop of changing the password several times over now, with no change to the behavior of the CC desktop apps management panel.  I simply CANNOT log in there any more ... What's perplexing is that I never HAD to log in to it before, either!  I had been using it for MONTHS since I first installed Adobe CC, and it showed me my apps list and available updates and all that just fine for quite a while, but now it has its head stuck in a corner.
Now when I launch it, I cannot get the panel to display my apps list as it should, but instead it keeps asking me to log in.  I have "changed the password" multiple times now.
Thing is, I can log in with that same user id and pwd to my CC account online through the Adobe web site, but the little desktop apps management panel is no longer usable.
Can/should I uninstall and reinstall the apps management panel?  Can I do that with the management panel ALONE and NOT cause problems with the CC programs that I DO have installed already (such as Illustrator CC, InDesign CC, and Photoshop CC?)
And why does Adobe support keep closing my case at the same time that I'm pleading with them to HELP me resolve this problem?
Should I simply uninstall the desktop apps management panel and forget about trying to use that and instead control all my CC apps directly from my account via the Adobe website instead?  CAN I do this?
Two weeks now and still not resolved.
