Can you check payroll status of the mentioned employees in PA30. (IT0003)
See whether employee number has been locked for payroll or there are dates in the fields for retroactive calculation etc.

Best practise for SAP users who leave the company

Could anyone reccommend a best practise document or give advice on how to deal with SAP user ID's when employee's/contractors/consultants leave? I am the basis admin just starting an SAP implementation and we have no dedicated authorisation team at the moment, so I have been asked to look into this :
Currently we set the validity date in SU01 to the termination date.
We chack there are no background jobs scheduled under that user id, if there are, we change the job owner to a valid user (we try to run all background jobs under an admin account).
We do not delete the user as from an audit point of view I believe it restricts information you can report on and there are implications on change documents etc, so best to lock it with validity dates.
Can anyone advise further?
We are running SAP ECC 5.0 on Windows 2003 64 Bit/MS SQL 2000.

Hi,
Different people will tell you different versions of what they believe is best practice, but in my opinion you are already doing reasonably well.
What I prefer is
1. Lock ID & set validity date.
2. Assign user to user group LEAVER or EXPIRED or something similar (helps with reporting) out of SUIM/S_BCE* reports.
3. Delete role assignment (should you need it, the role assignment will be in the change history docs anyway).
4. Check background jobs & act accordingly.
For ease of getting info I prefer not to delete the ID though plenty of people do.

pa0001 table but it has so many rows regarding one employee. I needed get all employee organization unit including if the employee left the company also.
I have done a query like
select * from pa0001
where pa0001~endda gt sy-datum.
but I think It will not take the employee who left the company.

Yes your question is true.
To solve this give following condition.
select * from pa0000
where pa0001~endda <= sy-datum.
if pa0000[] is not initial .
select * from pa0001
for all entries in pa0000
where pernr = pa0000-pernr
and endda = pa0000-endda.
endif.
And as far as you want data for all the employees in employee master with there organization unit.
-- That you can get it from PA0001 so it will solve your query ..

Retropay by element run Errors for one employee

When i am running retropay for 3711 employees one of them errors out and the retropay by element process ends as Incomplete.
The following is the error for the assignment:

you can delete the retro assignment action for the moment, so you can launch the run for all employees.
As such, you have some more time to debug the issue.
I would activate some payroll tracing, so you know which fast formula throws this error. And then you should dig further, so you can identify the sql retruning multiple rows.
Or you do a sql*trace. That one will also point you to the offensive sql.

1. Check Infogroup for Russia country.
2. Check SU3 for country grouping.
3. Check authorizations - do a SU53 after the hiring gets terminated.

I have been trying to find a solution to the same error message
In my case, the power pivot reports were working before on a regular team site , but then two things changed:
a) I created a toplevel site using the BI Center template. Now I am using a Business Intelligence template , created a power pivot gallery library and uploaded a few powerpivot reports
b) On the  backend, the database instance was upgrated to SQL Server 2012
     Front end Server VDSP01 remains SQL Server 2008 R 2 where Sharepoint 2010 was installed as a FARM
Now, the reports will display in sharepoing however they will not refresh. the error message i get is the same.
Scenario recap:
a- Server VDSP01 uses SQL Server 2008 R 2 where Sharepoint 2010 was installed as a FARM
b- On the back end, the database instance name was replaced with SQL 2012 Server:
         from SQL Server 2008 R 2 (instance DBDEV-COTS\COTS)
           to     SQL Server 2012 ( instance VTSQL01\COTS)
c-  I was told that:
     From VDSP01, they ran
CliConfg.exe to create SQL Server Alias :
       where    BEFORE: vdsharepoint --> DBDEV-COTS\COTS
            and AFTER    : vdsharepoint --> VTSQL01\COTS

Unfortunately you've discovered too late how important it is to maintain an up-to-date backup of your iTunes library (and all other data of value). You could, before wiping the drive, have considered making use of a commercial data recovery service that could (albeit at considerable cost) have extracted your library from the hard disk, even if virus infected.
In the absence of that option, you will need to restore the content of your library from its original sources:
Depending on your location, you may be able to re-download any iTunes Store purchases that are still available on the Store
Likewise, most digital purchases from Amazon (including auto-rip copies of purchased CDs) should be available from the Amazon Cloud and via the Amazon Music application - the same may be true of other commercial sources for digital downloads
Content imported from your CDs will have to imported again
The specific situation that you describe regarding the music imported from your friend's external HDD suggests that either the source is badly organized and/or originates from a source other than iTunes (other media players may use alternative tags for information like artist, title, album, etc. that are not wholly consistent with how iTunes handle these). Without details of the issues you're seeing it is difficult to suggest a remedy other than going through the media album-by-album, track-by-track, and correcting the inconsistencies.
In the absence of a backup or access to the original library data there is no option other than painstakingly recreating your library as described above. As you do so, you'll now realize how important creating and maintaining backups are - in my case I have at all times three separate duplicates of my library, in two different locations, where none is ever more than a week old compared to the content of my master library.

You can use the same apple id for two separate phoones to share apps/music, however you would need a separate apple id for both phone for imessage/facetime/icloud.

Im using Windows 7, I'm assuming Im not the only one with this problem.

If you want to access other's archive mailbox, you need to grant full access permissions to user primary mailbox first, then you can see personal archive from Outlook side.

Wrongly payroll run for one employee, who left company several month ago

There is one case.
One employee left company several months ago and his payroll data was also determined in the system. But the month payroll run included this guy not correctly. And also there are not any change found for his info type data with pc00_m16_uaud. But system shows the payroll administer, who run the payroll this month, changed his payroll master data in infotype 3.
Any suggestion about this case will be appreciated.

A Retro payroll runs if "Earl.pers. RA date" is changed in Infotype 3. This also changes if there is any master data change in any payroll related Infotype like 8, 14, 15 etc. Please check if any data has changed for the employee to cause Retro payroll run.

We have hired a new employee, maintained all infotypes including 0009 also. We are facing problem once the payroll have run. his RT table have got updated, cluster result have been updated. but when we go for posting purpose, that employee doesn't gets selected for posting run also. the system is not at all selecting the employee for any document creation.

Enter Employee Code
Select the tick - display Log
Do live run
This will show you the run number if the employee data has already been selected for actual run.
You can use this Run number for further processing.

I am configuring FIM Reporting in which initially I installed scsm 2012 r2 which was not supported and after the uninstallation I installed scsm 2012 sp1,after the installation of scsm management server 2012 sp1 and dataware house when I am running the "FIMPostInstallScriptsForDataWarehouse"
script it says the following error message in the first screen and when I am trying to install the snappins then it says me to delete this existing files in the second screen.
My question is how and where should go I go and delete that exisiting snappins so that the script can run. please find the below screen shots
