Unable to see back page in print preview

Hi Experts,
My requirement is to print terms and conditions on the back side of the page.
So i have created two pages 1.First and 2.Back. On pages window , in standard attributes,I declared 'First' in Page and 'Back' in Next page.And print mode i had set to 'D'-Duplex.While seeingthe print preview of the invoice i am giving the logical destination as 'LOCL'.
I think this is the standard procedure we follow to print anything on the back side of the page.But i am not getting the back page in the print preview.
Could anyone help me out if there is anything else that i have to do to solve this issue.

I have worked in this scenario,,
In print preview you are unavble to see back page, in print preview it seems as front page onlu, if you give print, in print out your able to see back page.

With these changes I can only print a page the print preview capability has been taken away I use it all the time when wanting to print something from a website

When I was in a website and I wanted to print a page there use to be in the upper left hand corner of my screen a tab that said 'FIREFOX', I could click on that tab and I had several options, one was 'print' and 'print preview'. I use the print preview button all the time to see what the page would look like when I was printing and how many pages there were. I could then choose to print all or some of an article and adjust it to what I wanted to print. I no longer have that tab in the upper right hand corner. Now in the upper right hand corner is a tab for 'open menu', however in that menu is only a 'print' button. There is no option for 'print preview' and therefore I cannot adjust what I want to print. I also could adjust the margins, etc. from a view tab, that too I cannot find. I really hope there options are still available and how do I find them, where are they located?

In my updated firefox, the print button does NOT open print preview first.
How can I access print preview function?

Unable to see JSF pages in Design View after upgrade to Netbean 6.1

I have a Sun Java Studio Creator Update 2 Project and I upgraded to Netbean 6.1 according to Sun's migration guide. It compiles and runs OK, but i can not see any page in design view at all.

In Smartform able to see the logo in print preview but logo not printing.

In Smart form there is a logo which i am able to see through Print Preview but when trying to print that form the logo is not printing. What might be the reason for this problem, please suggest a solution for this problem.

I am able to see the logo for all other smart forms i have developed using the same printer. But the problem is only with this Form. If the printer settings are not correct i should not be able to get the output for any form using that printer.

Unable to get chinese character in print preview or in printout

Hi Gurus!
I have searched in SDN before posting this thread, as i could not able to find solution for my problem.
In VL02n - Delivery note - my user gives the customer part number sometimes in English and sometimes in Chinese.
Now i am facing the problem - i could not able to see any chinese characters in print preview ( it shows some garbage characters sometimes and sometimes #### ) and in printout - i see ####.
The things i have done is:
i have activated the multibyte functionality in local layout (ALT + F12) - I18N.
Checked the printer output device - in SPAD - the device type is 'CNSAPWIN : MS WINDOWS DRIVER VIA SAPLPD'.
In control panel - regional and lang. options - install east asian languages has got tick mark
So what else i need to do to get the chinese characters in print preview as well as in print out.

Also, for me in PDF, i could not able to view the print preview at all. I am using Adobe Reader 7.0 and it is saying chinese simplified font is installed. but not able to view it. it is again and again asking to install it.
may i know how you able to view it in PDF? or Are you using any higher PDF version?

Won't print but 1/2 of the page from firefox, and only show half of page on print preview, but will printwhole page from IE and quickbooks.

When trying to print anything from the Web, only the left portion of the page will print, nothing from the middle to the right of the page showing. It shows this on the print preview. I tried taking it off shrink to fit and it still doesn't show the right half of the page, the print is just larger.
I can print anything from Internet Explorer and from Quickbooks, but not from Firefox. I have downloaded all of the versions up to 5.0. It did print before upgrade, but I don't remember which version actually worked.

That did fix it, thanks so very, very much! I went to the " prints to a small portion of the page" and changed the paper size to A4 like it said and it worked immediately. This was the first time that I found this particular information listed on Firefox after looking at numerous questions/answers. Again, thanks so very much!!!!!!

In Top Gap is coming after first page in print preview (SMART FORMS)

Dear Guru's,
I created the one smart forms with one main window with four secondry window in secondry window i have taken the logo,address subject and footer .
And in main window i had taken 10-15 text all second window and main window in my first page ,now my problem is that, in my second and third page at upper side some gap is coming i don't want that gap in my page.
I am thinking that gap is coming because of my other secondry window such as logo address and all but i need only these information at first page so i selected the only first page check box.
Kindly help me how to rmove the gap from the other pages which is coming in print preview .

Hi,
I think you should create a page next (then indicate first page to page next).
In page next, you copy main window of first page and resize as you want. Moreover, you can copy secondary windows in page first to next page that your want to show.

If both of ur pages are using main windows then it will not print.
For this you can do one thing let ur first page hold a main window and here donot mention anything in page attributes next page.
simply create a command. check goto next page : term page
Now create a term page and create a secondary window which is of exact size as first window. and page attributes next page :be empty
If you are asking for term page should be printed at the back of first page. then your first page o/p options select print mode to be D (double sided)

Unable to see Login Page

Dear Gurus,
I am new to EBS can somebody help how get the following error resolved:
When I go to http://vpcss.virtualprofessionals.com:8000/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp link it doesn't show the login screen and just hangs up at wating for reply.

HP 8625, cannot see Print Preview or Select Pages

On my new HP 8625, I cannot see the Print Preview feature nor can I select to print specific pages. This used to work on my HP c309, so I'm thinking perhaps it's a printer driver issue. I am specificially having this issue with Excel but it may be occuring in other programs as well.
Any suggestions?

Hello @TheEveryman , welcome to the forums
I would first suggest checking to see if you have Print Preview and the option to print specific pages from other programs, besides Excel as this will show us if the problem is solely within MS Excel, or all programs, which could be a driver issue.
Skipping forward a little bit and assuming the issue is in all programs, you could try Uninstalling the Printer Software, restarting the computer and reinstalling the printer, here: HP Officejet Pro 8625 e-All-in-One Printer Drivers.
Please let me know which operating system you're running on your computer and the results from testing the other programs on your computer. The more detail you include, the better!

Blank page seen in the print preview ?

Hi all I have deveoped a smartform and created a second page with main window......but the problem is , iam getting a blank page output when i see it in the print preview . suppose if data
is only in two pages iam , i can see the third page with no data...can anyone tel me wats the problem ?

do you have any data in second page of smartform
if so check whether the data exists or not

Unable to see page-content control filed in subsite level for responsive sharepoint site !!

Actually, I am facing unexpected issue with responsive design package for SharePoint 2013 environment. I
am done with lots of try here and there but no luck yet so finally putting my issue here to get the help on this.
I have applied responsive design package from this codeplex solution - http://responsivesharepoint.codeplex.com/
Which is working as expected , however when I add the following snippet in "Banded" Page layout , I am unable to see the Page Content field on pages at subsite
level, however I can see the same field on root site pages of site collection.

Even , I don’t see the page content field in sub site pages for default "Blank Web part Page layout".
I have also noticed that in responsive design webpart page layout is having only
"Page Image" field in first row as shown in following screen:
While in default publishign design , I can see many page content fields as shown
in following screen:
Is this by responsive design ? or Is there any problem in page layout - I am not sure !! :(

Just sharing the root cause of this issue which may help to others facing same.
The reason behind this behavior was actually silly :) which is always the case once we know it !
somehow , page content types was not having "Page-Content" filed rather it was using publishing columns but not page layout columns and hence I was unable to see the page layout columns in my page.

I have created a custom page layout in my site collec. using VS 2012 and deployed am able to see the page in the pages lib [inbox.aspx].
Here, I have added a page viewer web part and I want to redirect to another application page, which is already coded [inboxredirect.aspx] in my solution[its another dll - another SP solution which has appln pages and web parts
etc - ]
The issue is that, i am unable to see the page viewer web part when the page is displayed. inbox.aspx is a page which is created once my custompagelayouts solution is deployed and when i navigate to this page, i am stuck . i am getting
the " access denied " message is displayed.
can anyone help why this error is displayed?
in my inboxredirect.aspx page i am inherting from unsecuredlayoutspagebase class, so i dont think , access denied message should come.
