Unable to see Exchange Resource in list

Hello -
I was connecting to an Exchange Server resource via OIM. Everything was working fine. I then added 2 more Exchange Server resources, with different IPs and deleted my existing exchange server.
However, when I try to assign either of the 2 newly created Exchange server resources to a user, it does not show up in the list. It doesn't show up in the list when I try to assign access policies either. The old Exchange resource still keeps showing up.
I went to the design console and see that both the new exchange server resources have svr_child_key values associated with them. Not sure if that means anything. The old one doesn't show up there or through the Manage IT Resources page.
What should I do to be able to assign these resources to users or set them in access policies?

I created them as IT Resources, of type Exchange Server. It's not there under Resource Objects so I created one to test...it still doesn't show up when I try to provision it as a resource. I'm obviously missing something since under the original Exchange service, it's associated with a Provisioning task under the Process tab.
Suggestions?

that should be an easy one. you might not have the GP roles needed. give to your user the caf roles in the UME

Unable to see To Do list in iCal

Any time I attempt to look at my To Do list in ical by clicking on the pin icon in the lower rt corner of the ical screen, the application freezes. I am unable to see my to do list at all. How can I fix this

Users and Group Owners are unable to see their groups

Hello all,
I have an issue where security group owners are unable see/read any groups that they own. I have enabled the following MPR's but still nothing please help.
Group management: Group administrators can create and delete group resources
Group management: Group administrators can read attributes of group resources
Group management: Group administrators can update group resources
Security group management: Owners can read selected attributes of group resources
Security group management: Owners can update and delete groups they own
Security group management: Users can read selected attributes of group resources
Also when a user logs into the portal they are unable to see any Security groups listed under MY SG Membership. However when we check the group membership they are indeed part of the group both in FIM portal
and AD.

Reason might be that user's don't have access to group objects at all or are not able to read some of attributes of a group. Also make sure that BasicUI keyword was added to the specific elements of UI used in group management - this includes navbars but
also search scopes which are used for group filtering.
On the MPRs side:
Make sure that your Security group users set was not modified - maybe people are filtered out from these MPRs.
Use explore function in MPR part of a portal to check what actual MPRs are being triggered when user tries to access group object.

As for the security group users set, I have modified it to allow all domain users to be part of this set. When I click View Members all users are listed.

Resource can see other resources' projects in project center

Hi,
In PWA I have a resource (project manager) can see other resources' projects listed in project center when he logs-in. He is in Project Managers group like other resources (Project managers) and no direct access was granted to him by Project Permissions
and I want him to see his projects only.
Anyone knows how to solve this problem please.

You can handle this by using RBS this is one of way doing it
For example:
I have 3 PMS PM!, PM2, PM3
In RBS
Set like the below
Organisation
     PM1
        Dev
     Pm2
        Dev
     Pm3
        Dev
Go to Server Settings --> Manage Users--> Open the PM1--> In RBS set his RBS value like Organisation.PM1 same case with all.
Please check the security categories of the project manager --> My Projects -->
Only the below option need to be checked and uncheck the remaining.
The user is the Project Owner or the User is the Status Manager on assignments within that project
Users with permissions in the category where this option is selected can see projects on which they are a Project Owner or a Status Manager

Unable to see the deployed webservices in websevices list

In SAP EP System some of the APIs are not exposed to clients and those APIs needs to be called thru webservices (like get all Roles names from the SAP-EP system, add a role to user in SAP-EP system, Remove a ole from the User in SAP EP system, get all assigned Roles of a User in SAP EP system, get all users for a role in SAP-EP system, and get users for a group in SAP-EP system).
To achieve the above functionality, we have developed the portal (.par file) which will call the SAP EP APIs using web services.
We have developed a piece code (.par file) in net viewer Developer studio 2.0.9; we deployed /tested this .par file on to SAP EP6 SP2 successfully. Now, we need to test this .par file in SAP EP6 SP13 but we are not able to succeed in deploying this file like how we are doing it in SP2. After successful deployment of the PAR file we are unable to see the particular webservice in the webservices list.
For deploying the PAR file we followed the following navigation steps:
1.login into SAPEP as sapadmin.
2.click the systemadministrator tab.
3.click the support tab.
4. select the portalruntime link.
5.click on the AdministratorConsole link.
upload window will open where we upload the PAR file.
For checking the uploaded Webservices we followed the following navigation steps:
1.login into SAPEP as sapadmin.
2.click the systemadministrator tab.
3.click the support tab.
4. select the portalruntime link.
5.click on the soapadmin link.
In case of SP13, we are not able to see the uploaded webservices. But, when we deploy .par file it says deployed successfully (not throwing any errors).

Unable to see field list in Excel 2013

Unable to see a list of fields to choose from when creating a pivot table. I only see the field table.
I have tried this ActiveWorkbook.ShowPivotTableFieldList =True and received the following message

Did the issue occur in the special file or all the Excel 2013 file?
If the issue occur in the special file, it might be caused by the file self, I recommend you copy/paste it to a new/blank file to test.
If the issue occur in all the Excel 2013 file, it might be caused by the Excel15.xlb corrupted. It is located in your Windows user profile which varies with OS (Documents and Settings or Users).
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel.
Rename the file (Please note: If you don't backup it, you will lose any custom settings you may have made for Excel.) and then Excel will recreate it the next time Excel is opened.
If the issue still exists, please try to share us a sample file through One Drive, I want to test it.

Unable to see SFSF Adapter in Adapter list

Hi Experts,
we are doing the integration with ECC-HCM--> SAP PI ---> SUCCESSFACTOR

After all these admin activites, we are unable to see the SFSF adapter in the list.
As i understand we need to download .TPZ adapter SFSF Adapter file and import in ESR? Is my understanding correct ? i could not able to find the TPZ file in service market place.

If you are still experiencing problems after checking your settings, you may need to update your SAP GUI patch. This solved my problem when I couldn't see the object list selector.

As far back as you tell it to in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > [Scroll down to Calendars] > Sync > [Choose how far back to sync]

Unable to see BCC list in Sent Item

I have Outlook 2013 in Windows 7 Pro. I have sent a number of messages addressed to multiple addressees in the BCC field. However, when I open the Sent email, I am unable to see the BCC field and the addressees. I know they have received the message. Double
clicking the message doesn't help. How can I see the list of addressees?

Do you have other accounts configured in Outlook? If yes, do they display the Bcc field?
As Diane mentioned in the earlier post, please add Bcc column in the VIEW and check if the Bcc information is stored by your account:
Open the Sent Items folder, go to VIEW tab -> Current View -> Change View -> Select "Preview".
Then right click on the top bar of the email list, select "Field Chooser", choose "Address fields" in the dropbox, and drag "Bcc" to the top bar.
If the Bcc information was actually stored, you will find the "Bcc" information in the column. If you don't even find the Bcc information under that column, it seems that your account type doesn't store the Bcc information, it happens with some
account types.

gt_fieldcat_chld-ref_table = 'ZVP_ITM_QTY_BAND'.
APPEND gt_fieldcat_chld.

Hi sudhir,
If you click the ellipsis beside the content link, it will pop up a window for you to input the file link. No list option will be offered to be chose.
When I add a content editor web part to a list, I usually save the code into a Notepad file and save it to a document library. Then copy the url of the document and then paste it into content link.
Also, you could click Edit HTML Source, then directly add code into the popup window. It works as the same as the above method.
