Unable to see friends' locations when sharing location for day

when we we share locations for an hour or the day, my friends are able to see my location but whenever I check theirs it says "location not found". All my location settings are on so why can't I see their locations? I can only see it when they send me a current location pin, but if they share a live location for a duration it won't ever pick it up even if I go into contact details and open it.

Their location relies on their device sending it, it's not altered by your settings.
You need to check they have updated all the same settings as you have enabled, also check that they have mobile data or a working wifi connection active, otherwise the data cannot cross the internet to get to your device.
They may have background processing disabled too, which could cause similar issues that stops the data being updated.

I am unable to see All Photos when I'm changing the wallpaper in iOS 8. I can only see my Albums that I've synced from my computer and Recently Added. Is this is a bug, moved the feature or just some odd thing going on with my phone?
Workaround: I can go to the actual photo in the Photos app, select it and send it to "Use as Wallpaper"

Try rebuilding the database, see if it helps:
Hold down the apple and option keys and launch iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild.

Unable to see variant description when transported from development box

When you maintain translation, its not added to the transport request automaticly.
You can add translation manually to the request transport or use the program RS_LXE_RECORD_TORDER.

Unable to see Australia regions when creating a VM

Hi,
I can see Australia East and SouthEast when creating a new website, but cannot see these regions when selecting a new VM.
My billing address is set to New Zealand, and I have a colleague who also has an account but doesnt have this problem.
Any one got any ideas on what could be going on? I have also tried accessing the new portal, and get the same issue.

Which image did you select when creating the VM? Did you colleague have the same kind of subscription as yours?
I checked on my subscriptions and found that it seems that the Australia regiosn are not available for the MSDN subscription when creating an Azure VM. You can check your subscription. In addition, please make sure that you selected "create a new cloud
service" when you create the new VM.

Unable to see the application in BPM Workspace for Sales Quote tutorial

I have created the Sales Quote tutorial steps and deployed the process. The Enter Quote Details user task is in the "SalesRep" role and I have assigned a user from WebLogic user store to "SalesRep" role in the BPM Organization artifact.
In order to kick off the process, I logged-in to BPM workspace with the user I have assigned as "SalesRep" role but don't find the Sales Quote application under the "Applications" tab.
I am using 11g PS4(11.1.1.5) and didn't seed the demo users, instead just created the user using WLS console.
Any thoughts why the user is unable to see the application in BPM Workspace?

Check two things:
1. Login to Workspace as weblogic and click the Administration link at the top to verify the role is actually set to a user (just to double check this).
2. Login to EM, click the SalesQuote composite, scroll down and click the EnterQuote human task component, and click the Administration tab.
This shows you if there is a task form URI associated with this human task. If not, the initiate link won't show up in the Applications menu in Workspace.
If not, you can either deploy again from JDeveloper, making sure you have selected the task forms in the deploy wizard and making sure the deployment is successful in the Deployments log window.

Unable to see preview thumbnails when importing from D700

Having read the reports of problems with the D700, RAW image quality and Aperture 2, I seem to have a different problem!
When I go to the import page in Aperture 2.1.1 (with the D700 connected via USB), I can see no preview images - I get the dashed boxes though and when I click on one of those boxes, the data information changes with each picture (ie date/time etc). Any ideas how I might sort this out??
On the quality side, I seem to be having no major problems - there are obviously differences between Aperture and Nikon's Transfer and View software, but nothing serious at all.

Unable to see download button when trying to download latest reader using IE8

I was in ther process of trying to download the latest adobe reader, using IE8, after having rebuilt the mobile workstation. In the process of the download I got this series of error messages from the download page, I was not even able to see the download button as per page instruction.
I do not get the download button appearing at all on the web Page, this is turning out to be too hard for something that is so simple I just rebuilt the mobile workstation and all of the web page errors just keep appearing one after another with no possible way in accessing the download facility in order to update the Reader??? !!!!

Unable to find framedyn.dll when compiling VI for fpga

When trying to compile an FPGA on cRIO, a window with the following message popped up: unable to find framedyn.dll. How can I resolve this and compile the VI?

I just had this problem and NI Help was able to solve the issue. It is actually a windoze enviroment variable problem.

Unable to see logs while using split tunnel for RA

hi everyone,
I have config RA VPN at my home lab using split tunnel.
I can connect fine and able to browse the internet.
When i go to internet sites i do not see logs generated on the VPN ASA?
Need to understand whats the reason behind this?

Hi Mahesh,
You are using Split Tunnel VPN. This means that you have configured the VPN Client connection to only tunnel specific networks through the VPN Connection while its active. You have probably configured an ACL that contains your LAN network behind the ASA.
This means that only traffic destined to that LAN network mentioned in the ACL reaches your ASA through the VPN Connection.
The Internet traffic of the user or any traffic that is NOT destined to that network in the ACL will simply use the VPN Client users PCs local Internet connection or local network.
This is the reason you are not seeing any of the Internet connections from the VPN Client on the ASA. The VPN Client connection is only configured to forward traffic to the LAN network and pass all other traffic past the VPN Connection through the users local network connection.
If you were to configure Full Tunnel VPN for the user this would mean that ALL traffic would be forwarded from the VPN Client through the ASA and the ASA would control where that traffic would be forwarded and if that traffic would be allowed.
If you want to look at the current configuration on the CLI you would first have to issue
show run tunnel-group
And find the connection that you are using at the moment. Then you would have to check what "group-policy" is configured under that "tunnel-group"
Then you could issue the command
show run group-policy
This would list you the Group Policy configuration for the VPN connection and would show something like this under it
split-tunnel-policy tunnelspecified
split-tunnel-network-list value
The above configuration would show you the ACL that the VPN Client configuration is using to tell the VPN Client what traffic to send through the VPN Connection.

I am trying to see the files that the users have exported.
Navigation:: Admin -->Import and Export Tools -->Export Request Queue.
and then trying to view the files.
I am getting an error as "Access denied.(SBL-DAT-00553)".

Debendra, you will see this error for both export and import request attachments if you are not the owner. This is currently being evaluated and a patch may be coming to change this behavior.

Which "publish size" to select when sharing video for YouTube

iMovie gives you 2 size options to choose from: 480 x 360, or 640 x 480.
which one do you recommend?
of course, it would be nice for iPhone users to see it, which leads me to 480 x 360. but at that smaller size, will there be enough resolution for people to enlarge it YouTube player?

You can actually get the 640x480 onto an iPhone, but the big issue is file size - it'll be roughly 80% bigger than the smaller version.
Given the limits of Youtube, I generally use the smaller size. Try it and see - if you're not happy, reshare at the larger size

If you have a networked printer, they sometimes have SD Card slots, USB thumbdrive slots, etc... and the printer offers to be a file server to share the contents of those removable camera storage devices.
It is possible your home WiFi router can also act as a printer server, or with a USB disk (or thumb drive) attached, a file server.
You could use a utility such as Bonjour Browser which will give you more information about the devices it sees on your home network

We are trying to view aggregated sales history data in APO SPP via transaction /SAPAPO/SPPMDH
We have loaded sales order data from flat file into DSO 9ARAWDAT & infocube 9ADEMAND. We can see the data in the cubes & also via the standard queries attached to 9ADEMAND cube.
Also we are able to adjust sales order item level data via transaction /SAPAPO/SPPMRD: Adjust Raw Data .
However we are unable to see any data when we try to adjust aggregated demand history via transaction /SAPAPO/SPPMDH.
The replenishment indicator is stocked & the forecast periodicity is maintained as well.
Could you please let us know if anything is missing? Thanks in advance

Check this stuff (from help.sap.com) we had a quite similar issue, until we've fixed it:
For the demand categories we defined to be in your system, you have transferred the DataSources 9ADEM_CAT and 9ADEM_CAT_TXT as well as InfoSources 9ADEM_CAT and 9ADEM_CAT_TXT to the Business intelligence system (BI system) in SAP SCM and activated them. You have transferred the following InfoPackages for these InfoSources:
● Load Master Data from APO
● Load Texts for Demand Categories from APO
Note
Each time you change the relevant for forecast indicator of a demand category, you have to reactivate the master data of characteristic 9ADEM_CAT.
