Unable to see repository objects in directory

hi,
i am unable to see repository objects in directory(like message interface, interface mapping).
i have tried cache refresh but the issue still persists.

Check in SLD whether required software component is assigned to your techincal system and business system.
If it is not assigned to required technical and business system:
1. Assign the Software product to your technical system in SLD.
2. Add the Software component to your business System in SLD.
3. Go to Environment -->  Clear SLD Cache in Integration Directoty..
Then try again.

  • Unable to see the portal content directory in content adminstration

    Hi,
I am unable to see the portal content directory in the content administration. I am not the super administrator.I have been assigned content admin role. But, I am unable to see the PCD.I see from previous blogs that permission has to be set for my role.
Can any one help me in telling the procedure to set the permission. If permission is not the issue then do tell me the solution for it.
    Suganya

    Hi Suganya,
The content admin role normally is sufficient to see / read the portal content catalogue (as far as the standard settings are concerned). But maybe they have been restricted on your implementation by some administrator.
Some with sufficient permissions on the portal content catalogue has to right-click on the root (portal_content) object, "open", "permissions", and has to provide at least administrative "read" permission to you, some role (content admin for example) which is assigned to you or some group you belong to.
    Hope it helps

    Thanks much in advance,

    Hi Sunita,
Contact your systen admin people , he/she will assign the Read/Write or Full controls to content_admin_role in the system administration -> Permissions -> select portal content folder and right click the select open Permissions , There he/she has to add content_admin_role in Assigned Permissions category and under Administrator category select Full Control and select End user check box and save the changes.
Then you can see the Portal Content and you can create /change the portal contents.
    Thanks and Regards,

  • Unable to see ODS Object in BEx.

    Hi all,
I am unable to see an ODS object in BEx, which is an active ODS Object with data in modelling.
Can any one show me a way out, how to find this ODS object in BEx as well.
    Thanks in advance,
    Regards.

    Hi Robert Zovic
    Thanks for your answer,
When I switced on th same..following is the eror message:
The BEx Reporting was switched on for ODS object 0RPM_DS02 ---> long text
    Message no. RSDODSO157
    System response
When activating ODS object 0RPM_DS02 SIDs have to be got for all characteristic values in the ODS tables, provided that these characteristic values are not already assigned any SIDs. This is required because the SIDs are used in BEx Reporting.
The activation of ODS object 0RPM_DS02 can thus take a while longer.
    Procedure
If the activation of ODS object 0RPM_DS02 terminates due to timeout you have to activate the ODS object with the program RSDG_ODSO_ACTIVATE in the background.
I'm working on this, is there any other way out for the
    same.
    Thanks.

  • BI Content Issue: Unable to see few objects..

    Dear Friends,
I have following 2 issues.. can any one help me with your experience?
    1) For few reasons i would like to activate 0OB* infoobjects. I am unable to find them in my "business content" - any idea where can i get them?
    2) I understand that one of my datasource is migrated to 7 and then reverted back to 3.5. For this datasource, I went into Business content to activate a transfer rule.. I am unable to find it.. any reason?
    Thank you for your time.
    Regards,
    Hari

    Hello Hari
    1. Can you pleaqse check if you are having correct BI content version which contains these objects. Also you can confirm this by searching for these objects in metadata repository -business content objects
    2. For your datasource- check if this is activated and replicated on source system side. Also check if you have selected he correct source system in business content installation screen (yellow box with X marked on that)

    Hi,
Did you talk about the Microsoft Azure Active Directory Sync tool ?
If yes, this issue occurs if one or more of the following conditions are true:
An object in the on-premises Active Directory has an SMTP address that's the same as the SMTP address of the object that's reporting the problem.
An object in the on-premises Active Directory has a mail attribute that's identical to the object that's reporting the problem.

If you are still experiencing problems after checking your settings, you may need to update your SAP GUI patch. This solved my problem when I couldn't see the object list selector.

  • JPDK - Unable to see Sample provider in repository - getting Error

I have been trying to intall the sample provider as outlined in
the document "Installing the PDK-Java Framework and Samples".
Everything works fine except that I am unable to see the
provider in the repository...even after I refresh the repository
or restart the server. I see the following error when I click
    the Refresh Error link in the Portlet Repository;
    wwpro_api_provider.get_portlet_list 09-OCT-2001
    PROVIDER[1097547]: SampleWebProvider
    LANGUAGE: us ERROR: HTTP_PROV_EXEC_EXCEPTION
I am able to see the test page fine and don't have a problem
registering the provider, it just doesn't show up in the
repository and I cannot add the provider to a page.
    Has anyone encountered this problem?
Were you able to solve it?
Any ideas on how I might fix this problem?

Hi , me too I have the same problem.
I cannot see the sample portlets in the portlet repository , after I have succesfully registered the provider , in the "administer" tab of Portal.
    If I click the refresh error , I see this error : wwpro_api_provider.get_portlet_list 12-SEP-02 PROVIDER[208]: JSP_esempio LANGUAGE: us ERROR: HTTP_PROV_EXEC_EXCEPTION
    My jserv.log says :
    [12/09/2002 13:59:39:007 GMT+02:00] sample/DefaultProvider.getPortlets() - ProviderId = -1
    [12/09/2002 13:59:39:007 GMT+02:00] sample/ - start index = 0

    [12/09/2002 13:59:39:007 GMT+02:00] sample/DefaultProvider.getPortlets() - returning 14 of 14 portlets
    It sounds good :-)
    jserv_mod.log doesnt give errors.
    My environment is:
    9iAS : 1.0.2.2.2

  • Unable to find generated objects in repository - Activating BE

    Hi,
I´m  trying to migrate MAM from Mobile 7.0 to Mobile 7.1.
I got to import the syncbos as data objects successfully. However, when I try to activate a Backend Adapter, the error: "Unable to find generated objects in repository" comes up.
I applied the note number 1408036, which is to correct the issue, but it didn´t work (I´ve already re-started the server).  We working on Mobile 7.1 - SP08.
Anyone has some clue for this problem?
    Thanks.

  • Repository Object Browser - unable to use Download functions

We want to use the options
    - Download Folder Contents in one zipfile
    - Recursively Download Folder Structure Contents
in the Repository Object Browser (version 9.0.4.7) of Designer.
Clicking on these options gives the following error:
    Not Found
The requested URL /rob/oracle.des.rob.standardServices.Download was not found on this server.
    Oracle-HTTP-Server/1.3.28 Server at JSTD-OWCDD01.ad.minjus.nl Port 7777
How can we solve this problem?

If you are trying to use change control within a Designer Repository that does NOT have version control enabled, then you may be better off by creating new application folders for each new release. I do this by judicious use of naming and a hierarchical structure e.g.
Project_Name (Folder) - This is a container to hold all versions of the application
    Project namev1.0 (Application System)
    Project namev1.1 (Application System)
    Project namev1.2 (Application System)
    Project namev1.3 (Application System)
I create a new version by exporting and importing the previous version.
