Hi,
I have been Successfully registered with emailid in FIM 2010 R2 Password Registration Portal.but when go in FIM 2010 R2 Password Reset Portal and gives all right answers of questions after this gives fallowing
error:Unable to send a security code. Please contact your help desk for assistance.

I have been cheked mail server is UP and i am able to send mail through FIMService account.
but this is not sending Securitycode notification to any users when i login through any user gives correct answering to the Question that i was set at registration time.this gives fallowing error:

    If you always get this error, then I don't know the answer. However, I see this message if I try to open a second Discoverer Plus session from the same browser session (either the same connection dialog, or on another tab of the same session). You can have multiple sessions of Discoverer , but they must be opened from completely separate browser sessions, or different browsers.

    According to your description, could you please post the summary and detail logs for further analysis? By default, the logs can be found in: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Setup Bootstrap\Log.
    Usually, the error occurs when the Windows Installer Service is not running or the Windows Installer registry settings are corrupted.  I recommend you reset the Windows Installer Service settings in the registry and restart the Windows Installer Service,
    then reinstall SQL Server 2008 R2. For more details, please review this similar

    Has anyone overcome an issue with logging in to a Citrix server and getting the following message: Contact your help desk with this information: cannot create connection file “CitrixID”? I can log on, but once logged in, the apps available to me will not launch.  All worked fine before I upgraded to OS X Mavericks. I do a lot of foreign travel and Citrix kept me connected to the office. Unfortunately, our IT team aren't really "Mac Guys" so they are just as perplexed as I am. I have deleted and deleted Citrix Receiver several times as posts on other sites recommended, but to no avail.

    So after another forty minute call - insisted that the call was escalated - got a manager who understood what I was telling them and was aware of the technical situation. Put me on hold and then deleted the BToneID (I found out by the email that I received whilst on hold)without warning me, then after being on hold for ten minutes the line went disconnected.
    Created new BToneID and am now able to see bill and check calling charges.
    Waiting to see how long I am able to access this account before BT "improves" the website yet again.
    Seriously unimpressed with the way BT have dealt with this issue.
