Unable to send attachement to iphone user

is there anything that could be done to send and receive pictures and videos with a iphone user?

We were all on blackberry a while back, bbm was the Way to do it, but during the Last few years, more and more People been switching to iphones or Android, but People been using SMS increasingly, as a group we share a lot of pictures and other documents and since i'm the Last one to have a blackberry, can you imagine bbm is not the software used. Moreover, They been trying to convince me the i-**bleep** is a better Way and much more sofisticated tool to use now. I've been telling They were wrong but if what you say is True, then They are right...
BY the Way, its only some iPhone i can't send and receive, cause some of them are working... is it the carrier, the software version? or just that i'm one of the Last dumb that was still thinking blackberry had a chance of a certain future

  • Getting: Unable to send attachment with Mail Drop

    Mail Drop is not working for me, I always get error message while trying to send.
    Here is what happens:
    -I compose a message that includes a large attachment
    -I click send
    -I get the message "Unable to send attachment with Mail Drop" for a few seconds
    -My message is not sent and it goes into the Outbox folder.
    Configuration:
    OS X 10.10 Yosemite
    Mail -> Preferences -> Accounts -> Advanced. The option "Send large attachments with Mail Drop" is selected.

    I had the exact same problem.  I finally figured out what was wrong.  I believe you must have iCloud Drive turned on in System Preferences AND you also must allow mail to store document in iCloud Drive which you can check by clicking the "Options..." button in the preference pane of iCloud Drive. As you can see below.

    Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.   • Unable to send email to the users from Project Server Workflow

    Hello all,
    I am facing issues in sending emails to the users from the workflow in SharePoint Designer 2013.
    I am trying to send emails to valid users in a Project server 2013 Workflow by Email action.
    I have set up the SMTP server successfully, I have configured SMTP server successfully in IIS manager 6.0
    I have configured the outgoing e-mail settings in Central Administration successfully,
    I have configured the SMTP email settings for my web app in IIS manager as well.
    I have configured and synced the User Profile App with the eMail addresses from Active Directory as well.
    I have configured the Alerts and Reminders in Operational Policies of PWA settings as well.
    I can send the emails to the users successfully through Powershell.
    But when I am trying to Start a Task Process with a user in the workflow, the task process starts but it never sent an email notification. So I tested by using the Action Email, that also the user is unable to receive any email. But the Workflow is not giving
    any error also. The email sending is successful, but the user is unable to receive it. The workflow succeeds to next phase without any errors.
    So to cross verify I tried 'Alert Me' option on a list, but that also is not sending(or might be sending but the user is not receiving) the mail.
    What else should I do to solve this issue.
    Please help me.

    I tried editing the PWA instance as you said, but that also didn't help :(
    I even restarted the Project Server Service, but nothing is changed. 
    I tried creating a new workflow for a List and used send email there, but that also is not sending the mail :(
    How do I check where the issue is from ? I mean, whether the workflow is sending the mail and the mail server is not receiving? or whether the workflow is not sending the mail itself? how do I check this? Is there any way to log these details?
    Please help me regarding this issue, I am totally clueless how to proceed.

    I Can't send an iMessage to another iPhone user from my contact list, but can send one to another iphone user in my contacts list, I have reset my Network settings, the first contact is in green text  the second is in blue text. Can you advice me please

    Same issue for both my wife and I to a mutual friend.  We all have iphone 4s's.  Our friend can imessage us, but our replies go back as SMS.  All other contacts work.

    After the ios 5.0, me and my girlfriend tried to use imessage. I have an ipad 2 and she has iphone 4. Even though we both upgraded our software to 5.0, we are unable to send text to each other. She and I can send text to ourselves but we cannot send to each other.

    I had issues getting iPad and iPhone to actually sync up when sending test iMessages to my wife who also has iOS 5 on her iPhone.
    Whether it was coincidence or not the trick that made it all work was going into both iPhones mine and hers and in the iMessage settings you'll see a field that says caller ID. I changed this option and selected the email address for both iPhones and only after that did I get joy.
    Not sure what that option is and it does NOT make her iPhone pulse an email address to other people she texts...
    Strange but that worked for me.

  • Text messages stall when sending to other iPhone users from my iPhone5- recently started, how to get the texts to go through instantly?

    Recently, after updating for i0S7, when texting other iPhone users, my texts never go through.  However, if I hold on the test it will give me the option to "send as a text message" and will send immediately (with the green message, unlike the blue that use to send to iPhone users).  How can I get these text messages to go immediately?

    Reset your network settings:
    1) Turn off iMessage
    2) Reset network settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Netwok Settings
    3) Turn iMessage back on
    Note: resetting your network settings will delete any stored WiFi passwords.

  • IMessage won;t send to non iPhone users

    iMessage has always worked just like texting on my phone. I use ATT and would simply text from my computer and would perfectly integrate with iPhone and send messages to anyone on any OS on any network without fail. I do not have nor do I want an Aim account. I recently upgraded to MAvericks and now iMessage will only send emssages to other iPhone users. Please help make ti work just like it did with Mountain Lion and jsut like they promise it will work with Yosemite. Thanks!

    You will be able to do that with Yosemite and iOS 8. Your Mac will connect with your phone over bluetooth and send an SMS message via the iPhone.
    It never worked in Mavericks that way.
    As KOT states, iMessages only works from AppleID to AppleID on iDevices.

    Error message states: "The sender address (mine) was rejected by the server". I use Outlook and my ISP is comcast.

    You need to check with your email provider for the proper settings to use on your iPhone.  You need to set the phone up to authenticate to the SMTP (outbound email) server.

    So I have been trying to send my boyfriend pictures from over the weekend. He has an iPhone 5s as do I. When I go to send him a picture from either my iPad mini or my iPhone 5s it says "delivered" then a couple seconds later says "not delivered" with the red ! . This is very irritating. I have already turned off iMessage and logged back in. I have reset network settings. Nothing is fixing this issue.

    It means the messages were not received and your SMS option is disabled
    Settings > Messages > Send as SMS > On

    Any updates?
    From your description, alerts work well on internal users while external users won't get email alerts.
    Since emails from SharePoint are sent via SMTP server, such as Exchange server. Not sure what SMTP server you are using integrated with SharePoint server. The issue might occur to two stage: one is if the alert is triggerred by SharePoint side, another is
    that if the email is sent via SMTP server.
    As alerts could be sent to internal users. Then I'd recommend you firstly troubleshoot if SMTP server works well for exteranl users.

    Hi,
    This has to do with what addresses you have linked with you Apple account and which you have set as a default to send/receive from. If you go to Settings--> Messages --> and note that your iMessages tab at the top is switched to "on" then scroll down to where is says "Send & Receive" and it will list something like your iphone number and any email addresses you have registered with Apple (I happen to have four addresses, 2 gmail, 1 icloud, and 1 me.com). Click on Send & Receive and whichever ones are selected are those that you will receive messages at or send from. If you scroll further down the page it says "Start new conversations from:" and you can select the one you would like to be the default whenever you're sneding from apps and the like on your iPhone.
    Depending on which address a person has as your contact (and assuming that address is also listed under your addresses in the iMessage section), is why you might receive texts as just an iMessage and others an email address.
    Also, if you go to Settings-->Mail, Contacts, Calendar: it'll show all of the email accounts you have associated with your iPhone and scroll down further you can see and change which is your default email account.
    I absolutely loved my iPhone 4, it has been a solid workhorse and a true pleasure! I hope you enjoy yours as much.

    I will be purchasing a new iPhone in the next week or so if my old iPhone doesn't show up, so I don't want to completely delete my stolen phone off of my account just in case someone decides to return it. Is this a problem with apple, blackberry, or my carrier?
