Unable to send BBM & PIN to a specific contact only with foreign sim card

With just one contact on my 9700 (TIM Italy) I suddenly can't bbm or pin. He can send me messages, but not me to him. Pin says service blocked.
if i remove my sim card and i use one from the same country as him, it works!!
i'm in italy and he's in south america and when im there, using a local sim card it works perfectly.
somebony can help me?
i've contact the both carriers and they say it is all ok with my and his data plan, i've contact rim trought twitter but they didn't help me.

Unable to send picture using iMessage to specific contact.

All of a sudden this afternoon I can no longer send pictures using iMessage to a specific contact. The contact is the other phone in my house which is an iPhone 4 and I am using a 4s. The iPhone 4 can send photos to me using iMessage with no problem but I cannot send any to that one. iMessage will show delivered and then change to not delivered, I have turned iMessage off and on, done soft and hard reboots, and done a restore as well from a time when it was working. In every scenario I get the not delivered message. Can anyone help with this?

of course all 3 iphone 4s are using there own apple id's
all 3 did work when new
turned all off rebooted turned back on then 2 worked then stopped working a day later
other one is showing a an email address even though its set as phone number
the exact settings as the 4s that shows a phone number
but i cant send text or photo imessages to that one from the other 2 4's devices
first time i fixed it it still wasnt sending photo imessages until i sent a photo imessage to myself from the recieving device then all **** broke loose and i started recieving test imessages id been sending the past few days
stopped working next day again as expected
dont worry bout it bro, thanks for the advice but its already wasted too much of my time
turning it off and leaving it off is the best fix ive found lol

I have been cheked mail server is UP and i am able to send mail through FIMService account.
but this is not sending Securitycode notification to any users when i login through any user gives correct answering to the Question that i was set at registration time.this gives fallowing error:

Unable to send a text to one specific person?

I have an iPhone 4S , for some reason it is not allowing me to send a text to one specific person
This person has an iPhone 4, when I try to send the text it says 'not delivered'
However if they send me a text I am able to reply?
What could be causing this how can we solve it?

ok here is the issue I bought lumia 822 for the fact that it is global phone and I go to Philippines a lot and want to not be charged arm and leg for service so changed to smart sim card there and cant send sms can recieve can call and recieve and can recieve text messages but cant send text...I paid good money for this phone and now gave it to my gf there as I switched to 928 worried that I will have prob with this one also meanwhile my gf cant really use her phone...I talked to verizon tech as heard t-mobile had same issue and they came up- with fix verizons fix was add her phone to account and they will ship her verizon global sim card ...come on Verizon REALLY???????????????????? dont want to pay arm and leg for her to have to text I have had multiple phones from you and have had 3 lines with you for over 15 years now ..should not matter what I want to do with my old phone that I paid you good money for wanted my gf to have nice phone while she is over there we have taken it to tech and cant figure it out either ....CAN SOMEONE COME UP WITH FIX FOR THIS KNOW THERE HAS TO BE A WAY TO GET AROUND THIS AS T-MOBILE HAD CODE...VERIZON STOP BEING SO CONTROLING..plus if I go over there for month like I do a lot then want to not break the bank and add sim card and be able to AFFORD to use my phone

Bbm will not work with a sim card

My BBM will only work on WIFI without a sim card in the phone.. I have a Blackberry Classic. When i take my sim card out my BBM works great. The app store works as well it only seems to be BBM. any suggestions on what I can do to fix this

If i buy an iPhone 4s in the uk, and send it abroad as a gift, will it still work with any sim card or will it need unlocking?

If you buy an unlocked iPhone from Apple, it will remain unlocked.
Apple is the only source for unlocked phones in the UK. Be warned, the phones sold at Carphone Warehouse are NOT unlocked. They will ONLY activate with a UK carrier and will lock to the first carrier used.

Try restarting the device first..
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, then swipe the slider to power off.

BBM Pin got changed itself

Hello, everybody!
My problem with the BBM Pin is the following - A few years ago I had BlackBerry 9900, and I had a BBM pin assigned to that device. Later on that device was physically destroyed and I started using BBM on Samsung Galaxy (the same BBM Pin).
Recently i acquired BlackBerry Q10 and started to use BBM with the same pin (from BlackBerry 9900). It was not a problem, until I updated BBM a few days ago and then I noticed that my BBM pin has changed.
Does anybody know why it happened and what to do with such issue? I mean, eventually I am going to create a list of contacts with my new BBM pin number, but there is no guarantee that such sudden change won't happen again.

Thanks again. You completely answered my question. I guess for now I can't solely rely on leaving my BBM pun number as a contact method with me (unfortunately). It's really too bad that we can't keep pin number like an email address. The BBM system is a great method of communicaton, but being so heavily "connected" to one device/pin it's a bit frustrating. Well, there is nothing what we can do really. Thanks again. ) Being informed means being warned and prepared.

IMessage Problem: cannot send iMessage to a specific contact!

So here is the problem:
It's about 24 hours I cannot send iMessage to a specific contact only! Both of us have access to the internet and both of us can send iMessages to other contacts.
We have tried rebooting the phone, and turning iMessage on and off.
If it matters, we both live in Sweden and use different MNOs but still we are both on Wifi and cannot send and receive iMessages.
Could anyone give me and idea of what to do?!
Oh..and Apple...your iMessage is reaaaaaaally bougus.. do something about this pile of crap.

I had this problem with my sister living in Austria and I am in the States and at first I wondered if it was some international problem.
Are you sure you both have your apple ID's programmed into your contacts? For some reason it wasn't registering my sister's phone number as an iPhone but when I added her apple ID e-mail, it sends fine. I just have to iMessage her to THAT particular e-mail. That's the only way I was able to sort this same problem. iMessaging her to that e-mail works just fine.
I've iMessaged people in the states before just using their phone number only and not having their apple ID e-mail but with messaging to my sister in Austria, I have to use her e-mail. Wondering if anyone else has this issue with international iMessaging? I've iMessaged someone in Australia before with just their phone number and it worked fine so maybe it's completely random? I don't know. But definitely check and see if you have their apple ID in there in their contact information and try to iMessage them on that. See if it works! It did for me.

N70. Received sms spawns "unable to send" from out...

N70 sms problem.
A received sms creates a blank copy of itself and attempts to send from the outbox. This fails and an irritating "unable to send" pops up every 5 seconds. Only recourse is to delete spawned sms. Doesn't do it all the time, I can get several days without problem then comes back for a few days.
Any ideas?

Backup your data from Phone memory and try reset *#7370#, remember it'll wipe your phone memory, if this code doesn't work try this; + Turn off the mobile device.
+ Press and Hold the following three buttons: the green Call Answer button, the “*” button, and the number “3″ button.
+ While holding these buttons, turn on the phone and keep holding the keys untill the mobile phone restarts and prompts you to enter details.
