Hi,
I am using Nokia N8 from past 2 months , recently i am facing a new problem with my N8. 
whenever i try to text a msg it's always resting on Outbox with the resent notification ,i am trying several times to send manually too but no joy. i have checked the message centre too all setting were perfect , to test with the service i have tested with different mobiles services too but it doesn't work , But after i changed the sim to other phone i am able to send messages then i found that there is no problem with Network it 's with N8.....can someone please let me know is there any chance to fix this bug

Hi, I have the same problem with mine it started two days ago.  I've updated the software but still have the issue.  I've used my sim card in another phone and it works fine.  I put another sim card in the N8 and had the same problem.  Definately a phone problem.  Called my network provider and the only option they gave me was returning it for repair.  Seems rather major when the only problem I have is I can't send texts.  Everything else still works as normal.  I seem to remember having the same issue with my N95 a couple of years ago.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?  From other posts I read the software update should have solved the problem.

    We are running into an issue in our organization where messages forwarded or composed from an iPad 2 ( iOS 6.1.0.3) with an attachment greater than 5 Mb fail to send.
    iOS devices connect through MobileIron into Exchange 2010 SP1 RU8. Our message restriction on the Exchange end is 25 Mb.
    Our MobileIron support team has ruled out any issue on their end. We cannot determine if the matter resides with the devide or Exchange, though we are suspecting the device.
    We are able to forward or compose messages up to 5 Mb without an issue. We have also been able to receive different attachments up to 17 Mb without too much trouble, the exception being a 12 Mb MP4 video. The 12 Mb MP4 file would not download. This is why we're suspecting a device issue.
    Has anyone run into something similar?

    Are you certain it is not a limitation with your SMTP-server? OR the receiving end of your larger-than-10MB message?
    Try and send a big one to yourself. If it doesn't work, try a free SMTP server.

    You need to make sure that the setting You can be reaached by iMessage at: is the same on both devices or at least have a common entry.

    I buy E52 two days ago and i have a lot questions; at the first:
    I have big problem with sending emails because i can't. I have personel mail account with my hosting and i retrieve all messages from my inbox but i can't send a mail.
    I tried gmail account and it's works fine.. 
    I configured my account with pop and imap (my mail server supports both). Both configuration retrieve mails but didn't sent! Always same error "Unable to send message: Name Surname <[email protected]>" 
    By the way I'm from Turkey and in the Turkey smtp 25 port is closed, we're using #587 port and i configured at the email account installation.

    Actually i don't use with Service Provider, you know in the Turkey it's very expensive... I tried only with wireless lan. My salary can't cover Service Provider prices and I'm already use GSM not UMTS or 3G network for battery usage duration...
    By the way, i want use my mail server not Nokia's servers or another... Why i'm connecting Nokia's servers?
    We will try another phone to sure for problem  source not phone... I guess you have two E series phone and i have only one Please try the account information in the below;
     username:[email protected]
     password:hadimassa
    server (pop and imap, incoming and outgoing): mail.baskale.com
     and you should use 587 port for smtp and use outgoing authentication option...

    I am trying to find more information about this error I see in the App log. There are thousands of entries with different message IDs.
    I have searched Google/Technet and cannot find anything that references this error message. Does anyone have any pointers on where to go to find the account causing this?

    I have just started and taken over for the previous admin so am still learning the setup as well.
    We have 3 Exchange 2010 servers (2 in the same location and one remote), all 3 have the same errors in event logs with varying message ids. Only 2 transport rules (One for large attachments and one to add a disclaimer) and both appear to be working correctly.
    I was hoping to find a way to track down more information about the message based on the ID to see if I can find any similarities but have not found a way. I have found how to find the message ID based on sender/recipient/etc. but not the other way.

  • Unable to send message in Service bus queue through Webrole which are connected to Azure VPN

    I have created two Azure VPN and two cloud services(deployed webrole) and one service bus queue
    First Azure VPN and cloud service(deployed webrole) is created in same affinity group.
    Second Azure VPN and cloud service is created in West US
    Service bus queue is also created in West US.
    When I send message in service bus queue from first cloud service (same affinity group) then message sends successfuly
    but when I send message in same service bus queue from second service(West US- Webrole) then unable to send message and not throwing any exception.
    I don't know, whats happening?
    Its very urgent..... client is waiting.

    Thanks for reply. Got the cause but still looking for solution.
    Actually we have created Azure VPN using Express route and
    all are configured for Private Peering.
    Try to access service bus queue from Web role which is attached to Express route network.
    I am unable to access service bus queue and send message...because cloud services deployed in virtual networks are supported over the private peering path.
    There are 3 types: public, private and default route (forced tunneling). 
    How  can be configured for all 3 which will force all traffic through the tunnel except for Azure public service?
    Do you have any idea on this scenario?

    In a number of recent threads, here and on the Blackberry boards, it has been found that eliminating the "1" in front of the area code-phone number will resolve this issue.
    With landline phones, you often have to dial "1" before the area code. I discovered long ago that it is not necessary to do so with my cell phone. It works with the "1" first, but also works without it.
    Lately, the "1" has been interpreted by some phones' software as a country code for the US and pre-pends 011 to the phone number rather than just the 1, causing havoc, undelivered messages, etc.
    The simple solution is to remove the "1" from all your contact phone numbers. And while you are checking and revising, make sure all your numbers include the area code as well.

    I also have a Nokia 5230. after using in several days, "Sim card invalid" appeared on screen. so i change the sim card with another. then it start appearing "connection error". I cant call or send texts. but my network bar is full. still it says it doesnt have a network. I reset it to factory settings, change dual mode to gsm vice versa even in umts, i reinstall my firmware even though i have the lastest one but still connection error on screen. take note my other sim cards works well on other cellphone but not in my nokia 5230.
    by the way im in italy and using either Tim or Wind networks. thanks. i really need help!

    I use Chaos Intellect mail client to access my Verizon and non-Verizon e-mail.  I've had FiOS since Oct 2008.  Recently, as in the past week, I get the following message when trying to send mail from my non-Verizon e-mail accounts, "There are communication errors, Unable to send message: 451 Blocked - see http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?98.111.230.147"  The mail, of course, doesn't get sent.  I have no problem receiving any mail.  I checked spamcop and my domains are not listed, and their mail settings are correct.  I have to disconnect from FiOS and connect via my Verizon wireless broadband card.  There is no problem sending from the Verizon account.
    How can I correct this so I can send non-Verizon e-mail when connected to FiOS?

    Obviously you need to keep using your non-Verizon mail's POP server to receive that mail.

     Some SMTP server will block mail as spam if the from does not match the where from. Like [email protected] from a SMTP server named verizon.net. Many do block mail like this, but some do not. If you need reliable mail then I would say not to do it. You can send it with the reply to set for the other pop server but it is still a pain. I like many don't think Verizon should be fighting spam from their outgoing server. If someone is spamming punish that account not all of them! If has not been an issue for me since I shutdown my remote mail account but there are services that offer alternate port SMTP with custom domain names.

    No he has not turned iMessage off, infact when he sends me a message thru iMessage it says 'delivered'. I am at my wits end nd I don't know what to do anymore.

        Let's make sure we keep those messages flowing, NathanD96. stef7, provided a great suggestion with clearing the application cache. Were you able to do this successfully? If you are still having problems sending a message, please try deleting the entire thread and sending a new message.

    Hi, i am having the same problem. this is what i have noticed.
    I have 2 x imac's and 2 x macbook air's
    i upgraded the 2 macbook air's and 1 of the imac's to Mountain Lion, all these have problems acessing sites that require you to login .
    the one remaining imac is still running lion and works perfect.
    i am using a dlink router with DD-WRT firmware, i tested teathering from my iphone and i can log into websites fine using the newly upgraded mac's.
    It's not a wireless issue as my imac is using an ethernet connection.
    is there a compatibility issue with some routers.

    The receiver app has a specific list of servers it's compatible with, if the server is not on the list the app won't work in OS X.

    Unable to send message through iMessage.
    Retry fails over and over again.
    But able to receive from it.
    Tried resetting network settings then it works again until the problem comes back.
    Not sure what causes the problem. I do not wish to reboot my iphone everytime when it happens.
    Seems like ios7 gm issues.
    Never had this problem on the beta.
    Anyone have any resolution to this?

    iMessage is Activated.
    Facetime is Activated.
    Don't know what is preventing me from sending over iMessage.
    Receiving is no problem. Even during the the time I was trying to send.

    Hi, I'm using iCloud on the web because I have an old Powerbook as my primary device.  I specifically recall that Apple said that I can continue to use my .mac and .me aliases.  This is incredibly important since my business is tied to a particular .mac e-mail alias that I've had since, well, dotmac was around.
    It looks like I can receive messages with at least one of these aliases, but I cannot send messages with the alias.  The alias does not exist in the alias list pull down menu.  I tried adding the alias, but was told I already have too many.  Three?  Very frustrating!  Anybody know what's going on or how to fix it?  Thanks!

    Try to reset all Skype settings.
    Quit Skype or use Windows Task Manager to kill any Skype.exe process. Go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %appdata% and then press Enter or click the OK button. The Windows File Explorer will pop up. There locate a folder named “Skype”. Rename this folder to something different, e.g. Skype_old.
    Next go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %temp%\skype and then press Enter or click the OK button. Delete the DbTemp folder.
    Restart Skype.
    N.B. If needed, you will still be able to re-establish your call and chat history. All data is still saved in the Skype_old folder.
