Have you tried reinstalling the update?
Please connect your device to Nokia Suite and reinstall the current firmware from the updates tab. If that does not do the trick, please fully back up your data (Tools > Back up). And hard reset device: type *#7370# on the keypad. Default lock code is 12345.

Sending videos through whatsapp in nokia lumia 520

hey so i been using whatsapp in my nokia lumia 520., i can recieve videos from friends and even forward the videos to others also.
But what i can't seem to do is send other videos that are there in my memory card/internal memory to other users thru whatsapp. when i try to attach a video file.,all i get is the option to record a video.
how do i attach a video and send it to others thru whatsapp..??
ANy ideas.

I can give you a correct answer. Forget about sending prerecorded videos using Lumia with Widows OS.
As Window phone does not allow all other App developers to access to its video library.
So it is not possible for sending video using lumia series for sure. I have 920 before and just switched to Samsung Android because of this issue

Unabl eto share Internet connection through Airport

I have a new Samsung wave S8500. I'm trying to access the internet connection shared by my mac on the airport, everytime i try to connect to my mac through the Wi-Fi on my phone, it doesn't connect. I put a 40 bit WEP Key length on the sharing options. The airport can connect to my other phone which is a Nokia N97, the Samsung is able to connect directly to my friends Router(wi fi) and I'm able to use the net. I'm unable to pin point where the issue is.

When I first tried to do this yesterday, I got a series of error messges, something to the effect of "Final Cut has produced an unexpected error". I can edit fine but if I can't output the video, then FCP X is pretty useless.

Cannot dowload YOUTUBE Videos through RealPlayer anymore since your update...I can through IE, which I hate!

Since I updated to Firefox 5.0 , I am unable to download YOUTUBE Videos through RealPlayer...that download Icon has disappeared. I opened I.E. and guess what! I can still download through them...however I absolutely HATE I.E. and love Firefox.
What has changed? What did you guys do?

Dear Pat, please forgive my total ignorance about programs. I'm confused as to why when I had only my Windows Media Player with a plain Adobe I could watch all videos and such, and now suddenly I can't watch them unless I install the Adobe Flash Player and a number of other programs too???
I try to avoid using up so much more memory as programs take, as my computer is pretty old (though works well) and it doesn't have much capacity for installing more memory.

I must not have it since each time I try to open a video or Youtube it doesnt let me view it and a flashing popup urges me to "GET THE LATEST FLASH PLAYER".

Watching Quicktime videos through Safari

I recently noticed that I am unable to play Quicktime videos through Safari on my iPod Touch 1st Generation. I first noticed this when I wanted to watch the new iMac video on Apple's site. I also tried to watch the newest Apple ad on the site. I was able to watch older ads on the site. Keep in mind I am not referring to Flash videos, I know they don't play. These are actual Quicktime videos (the ones on Apple's site which are not Flash). Any ideas?

It doesn't play on my iPod either. I have a feeling that the videos are not formatted for the iPod touch - wrong screen size, etc. Apple doesn't have a mobile site like many manufacturers so much of what you see is not optimized for the little screens.

(b) What did you or the program set as the project preset to match the properties of the source media?
(c) What specific requirements do you have for this H.264.mov export file?
File size can be a compromise between bitrate, file size, and quality.

How to share videos through iPhoto

I have a Mac BookPro using version 9.5.1 of iPhoto. I haven't been able to share videos through iPhoto. The error message just says " Videos cannot be emailed." What's the best way to share videos?

Simply, sharing video via email is not advisable.
Many email services have an attachment limit of 20mb and some a limit of 10mb. As emails are sent through an array of relays, the effective limit is the smallest file size allowed on any of the relays. That means that video is rarely suitable for emailing.
Then there's the whole issue of Codecs and not all machines will have the codecs to play all videos. Plus, folks with slower connections can find it very inconvenient to download large video files.
Finally, sharing video from iPhoto via email is not supported. All that gets you is the Movie thumbnail. If you feel you must share via email then you'll need to export the video first, and attach that. Use the File -> Export command and set the kind to Original.

Other than that your options include:
Upload it to a sharing site like YouTube or Vimeo and email a link - these will allow the recipient to view the material online. That will avoid the codec issues mentions, and the person can still download the video file if they wish.
Upload it to sharing services like Dropbox or YouSendIt and email a link. This will require that they download the material to their machines to view.

Unable to send photos/videos or share contacts using iMessage

I have recently been unable to send photos/videos or share contacts using iMessage on my iPhone 4S, although I can send simple text messages. Everything else seems to be functioning as expected. I have tried quitting messages, resetting my network settings and rebooting the phone, none of which has worked. Any suggestions?

You mention iMessage, then you mention text message. Are these messages you are sending in a blue bubble? If so, then they are iMessages. As far as adding content. That would make it an MMS, and you would have to add data to that. You need to either have cellular data on, or be on Wi-Fi for that to work, and to have MMS turned on in the Message Settings. If they are regular text message MMS, then you also have to have a SMS/MMS plan from your carrier.
