Unable to sign in to Adobe

I am having trouble trying to sign in using my Adobe ID and PIN to use the Lens Profiler for Lightroom.  I tried updating my PIN, but still no luck.  Any ideas?

  • Unable to Sign out of Adobe Community.

    After recently changing the password for Adobe Community ID. Sign out page errors out (404). Page cannot be found. Provide(s) a choice to go back or home. None of which helps to sign out.

    When are they going to get around to fixing it. How about you hoping over there and fixing it for them since they don't know how. It eveident their people are about as smart as 3 year olds.
    This is ridiculous should have been fixed with forty five minutes of first report.
    Both for sign in and sign, out I've cleared cache, I've quit and reopen at least 10 different Browser's up to 4-6 times. I restarted computer at least 2-3 different times. I've done everything but hired a Native American to do a Rain Dance.  This has been going on for about 4-5 days now.
    Some heads need to roll and Adobe needs to consider the possibility that Jive is a Sorry outfit and they need to be dumped.

    Please follow the step.
    Close the Creative Cloud application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    Delete the opm.db file.
    Launch Creative Cloud.

    I need to sign several loan documents in Acrobat but when I click on the signature icon the side bar pops up but the options are faded and not available for use?  Is this because its the trial version?  Thanks all, Sam

    They appear to be "secured"?  If they are protected is there a way to change that so that we can sign them? When I click signature there is no window popping up to say that they are protected or secured but when I click on edit a window does pop up saying that they are secured.

    The App name is Messages
    iMessages is one form of the messaging it can do.
    When you run Messages for the First time it asks for an Apple ID to "register " with the iMessages Server.
    If you updated from Lion it should also list all your "iChat Accounts" (AIM, Jabber, Google @Mac.com and so on)
    If you have entered your Google Talk ID into Messages as a Fresh accounts it needs to follow the following.
    At Google the Talk option needs to enabled in your Account settings.
    On the Mac the name should be exactly as it appears on the GoogleMail Web mail page.
    That is to say you may have a names that is [email protected] or one that ends @googlemail.com
    Google's Mail Server seems to allow either and even deliver to the "other' as it were.
    The GoogleTalk server is more fussy about such things.
    The password needs to be your Google Password.

    I'm unable to sign in and use the in-browser editing feature for my Adobe Muse created website, http://foreseeson.com
    which is not hosted on Adobe Business Catalyst, but hosted on a third-party (TUCOWS) hosting service provider.
    When prompted to enter hosting credentials (which do work -- I've verified this by successfully using the Connect to FTP Host feature within Adobe Muse),
    I'm given this message on the Adobe® Muse™ CC In-Browser Editing website:
    "The FTP server configured for this site doesn't seem to match the URL you entered.
    Make sure that you use the Upload to FTP Host feature in Muse to publish the site directly to the final location and that you are logging on to In-Browser Editing with the same user."
    is anyone else having this problem?

    I am also unable to access the Inbrowser editing page now for 3 days. It won't open up, either in my clients site https://inbrowserediting.adobe.com/login/www.edc.org.za or another client also: https://inbrowserediting.adobe.com/login/www.calgan.co.za or just as plain https://inbrowserediting.adobe.com
    I have tried it in 3 different browsers: Firefox, Chrome and Safari and it won't open up the site.
    This is becoming a big problem for me as clients need to update remotely.
    I used to be able to access these sites a few weeks ago and have not changed anything since. I don't have any special characters in the password and my IP is not being blocked. I am able to connect with FTP with Muse and with Dreamweaver. The sites are enabled for Inbrowser Editing under properties.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Is your Windows Vista 32 or 64 bit?
    Does the problem exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
    Is your video card/graphics card driver version up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card? How many video cards/graphics cards
    does your computer use - one or two. Please verify with Device Manager/Display Adapters/.
    Are you running the program from a User Account with Administrative Privileges? Even if you are, right click the desktop
    icon for the program, select and apply Run As Administrator.
    Have you gone through the remedies in the blog posts?
    Uninstall the program the usual Control Panel way
    Do a free ccleaner run through (regular cleaner and registry cleaner parts) to get rid of leftovers from incomplete uninstalls/reinstalls

    Reinstall with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.

    I think you'll find that the official Adobe advice here is misguided.  First, deleting bits of the program and program data is, as you've noted, perilous and often impossible.  Shame on Adobe for doing such a poor job of coding that such steps are needed.
    The solution I recommend is as follows:
    Restart your Windows machine and boot in "Safe Mode" with networking using the F8 key just as Windows starts.
    Go to the Control Panel and select Programs. Find and Uninstall "Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop". 
    Reinstall it by downloading it from the website  https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
    Restart your machine.
    Only in "Safe Mode" are you likely to be able to accomplish these tasks reliably.

    I can log in to CC with my Adobe ID without problem.
    Only changed the password once due to the debacle of some time ago.
    I newly updated FormsCentral and for the first time made a few forms but am unable to Sign In with it to test online functionality.
    Tried restarting computer. Program is not blocked by any blocker software that I am aware of.
    But always getting this message: "Acrobat.com encountered an unexpected error."

    Can you tell me where you saw '2013'?  I looked on Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe, Adobe - Adobe Runtimes / Reader Distribution License Agreement, and Adobe Runtimes / Reader Distribution Agreement, and I'm not seeing '2013'.  Once I find out exactly where this is at, I can forward it to the appropriate folks to update.

    Not sure how I got the Googleupdater.exe file on my computer. I did download Microsoft Security Essentials to help find the JIT problem, but it failed to install properly and run. The next day I remembered it probably only runs on Internet Explorer (which we deleted in 2009) after testing out Firefox. I then also deleted Security Essentials.
    I also downloaded on April 25th the free version of MS Visual Basics because I read on eHow that you can adjust settings in the 'TOOL' menu to stop JIT Debugging pop-ups. However, the free version was 'MS Visual Studio Basic 2008 Express Edition - SP1' which did NOT provide access to JIT Debugging settings (so it was not a solution).
    I must say I switched Internet Security programs to AVAST! on TU | Apr26th and love it so far. Highly recommend looking into AVAST! ver 6.0 at CNET downloads - free. The anti-virus program is free, but everything else costs about $30US for a year. WORTH IT Love the options | settings | flexibility|user friendly windows.
    Trend Micro was then deleted. It had always blocked usage of our internal CD|DVD drive. To use the CD|DVD drive we had to shut off Trend Micro and then turn it back on again after we finished using the CD|DVD drive. NOT a preference - for sure. Jaykay
