Unable to sign up for Onlive

I am unable to sign up through the BT website for their free 3 month offer of Onlive. It says my line doesn't meet minimum speed requirement. According to the Onlive FAQ a minimum of 3 meg is needed and 5 meg is recommended.
I currently sync at 6.7 meg and throughput is 5.7 meg using various online speedtesters, including BT's. Can anyone shed any light on why my line is being refused. I am a BT customer before anyone asks
I have already signed up directly with Onlive and have been using it today without any issues so my line is clearly capable.

Thanks for posting. Can you try running a speed test? If the results confirm your connection speed is ok then  
support.onlive.co.uk will help with the onlive problem.

    Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear you have had a few problems signing up to the Onlive offer. As long as your the BT account holder and have BT Broadband and your speeds match the minimum speed required you should have been able to sign up.

  • Unable to sign up for any Oracle Develop sessions at OOW 2006

    Has anyone with a full conference pass been able to sign up for the Oracle Develop Sessions through the Schedule Builder tool? I talked to a customer service rep a couple weeks ago, and she said there was a problem with their Schedule Builder tool and thought it would be fixed later that day, but I still can't get any OD sessions to show up.

  • Unable to sign up for Skype

    I have tried a half dozen times. Skype will not accept my sigh in name nor the different codes they have sent me to try to sign on for the first time.

  • Unable to sign up for Azure

    Hi,
    I am attempting to Activate Microsoft Azure for my MSDN account and am receiving an error.  I have tried performing this from:
    -  msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/manage and clicking on the link to Activate Microsoft Azure
    - within VS 2013 by selecting Tools > Connect to Microsoft Azure Subscription...
    - manage.windowsazure.com and clicking Sign Up for Windows Azure
    All three methods take me to account.windowsazure.com/SignUp where I am told that I am eligible for an upgrade.  I click the Select the Upgrade Offer(Visual Studio Premium with MSDN) and select to Agree and then click Purchase.  At this point,
    after a few seconds, I am shown: Sorry, we could not complete the operation. Please try again later or reload the web page.
    I have tried this from IE 11 while using InProvate browsing to rule out cookie issues.  I chatted with an MSDN support person who verified my account information and then sent me here.  Can someone help?

  • Unable to sign up for Student discount

    Hi everyone,
    my account is in premium status since i am a member of spotify. Now i found the information about getting a lower price caused by the fact that i'm a student. I canceled my premium subscription and registered at unidays.com via the spotify landing page (https://www.spotify.com/de/student). After that i verified my unidays account with the email address of my university.
    After getting back to the spotify page i am getting the error that i am not allowed to buy the price reduced product, but i am able to sign up for normal premium subscription. The original error message is ->  "Wie es aussieht, kannst du das reduzierte Produkt, das du kaufen möchtest, nicht erhalten. Du kannst dein Konto trotzdem gerne jederzeit auf Premium umstellen." ... 
    In the unidays account i am registered as a student until 11/2015 and everything looks fine.  Could you please look into my case and fix this? The registration email from unidays is the same i am using with spotify.

    If you are currently on a subscription, you have to cancel it first then click the checkout link to have the discount successfully applied. :)

    For all account sign up issues you need to contact Microsoft as Nokia has no control over those. Its probably an issue with you internet connection, web browser or PC.

    Hello, I'm trying to sign up for the $9.99 - 800 minute/month Skype subscription for calling China. I select this package from the Rates page - http://www.skype.com/en/rates/ - click Continue and it takes me to a page that's all in Chinese - http://client.skype.tom.com/skypebuy/#02?product=package-global-country-mixed-cn-v2-800. I click the button at the top to translate it into English, but there is no option there for the subscription plan. There are two buttons to buy from either the Skype or Skype China site. When I click the Buy From Skype button it takes me back to the original Rates page. Any Advice?

    Similar to yourself, I cannot access anything other than the three countries featured with their own buttons. When I type in SP and select Spain, ES(pana) and select Spain the the busy bubble spins for a moment (javascript&colon; shows in the notification bar and then nothing. All variations of timing and spelling have been tried with no solution. I tried to get help 3 months ago without success and there has been no change to the problem.

    Strange I can try a 1 month world subscription and my payment is accepted for that item.  My mother lives in Spain and she is now very frail.  My father died 2 months ago. I need to telephone my mother each day for however much time as is needed for her to be happy.
    Where are you Microsoft when your technology is needed to work? Where is Skype now?

    I was trying to sign up for the unlimited world trial account, but it says that it already expired or signed up on a different account. How can it expire if I didn't sign up yet, and I only have this account? I read that the offer is not available for some countries, including China. So is the problem because I signed up for Skype while I was in China? But I live in a different country now, which is not excluded from this offer, so I don't see why there is a problem.

    Hi, Can any one tell me how to register a product for Support Updates via e-mail if toshiba does'nt even has its own product on the list of models to choose for registration. My laptop is a Satellite Pro model L 650-1PK, but there is not even one model L 650 on the list to choose from, only L 630, L640 and L 670 models.

    The App name is Messages
    iMessages is one form of the messaging it can do.
    When you run Messages for the First time it asks for an Apple ID to "register " with the iMessages Server.
    If you updated from Lion it should also list all your "iChat Accounts" (AIM, Jabber, Google @Mac.com and so on)
    If you have entered your Google Talk ID into Messages as a Fresh accounts it needs to follow the following.
    At Google the Talk option needs to enabled in your Account settings.
    On the Mac the name should be exactly as it appears on the GoogleMail Web mail page.
    That is to say you may have a names that is [email protected] or one that ends @googlemail.com
    Google's Mail Server seems to allow either and even deliver to the "other' as it were.
    The GoogleTalk server is more fussy about such things.
    The password needs to be your Google Password.
